    @MargMarvelous @virginmedia I know. Virgin is down in Glasgow but I still need a new hub as the reset button on mine is broken. I’ve been going in circles on the app and website for the best part of an hour. A simple email address would have resolved it in 5 minutes!

    Hey @virginmedia, can you help please? I’ve never plugged a landline phone to my router since becoming a customer. (I never needed one til now). So I just took the voip/landline adapter out the box and it’s broken. How do I get a new one so that I can plug in a landline? Thanks.

    @virginmedia is a complete and utter joke in Glasgow. Apparently there is a fault and won’t be resolved until January 5th. On Twitter, they redirect us to the service status page, which is “experience some problems” and we can’t check service status. Compensation is in order.

    @virginmedia how do I contact the help team? Recently joined and trying to setup billing / online account says to call you. But 0345 is 30p a minute. Can't find webchat, can't find text thing, don't have a live landline yet. I can access the dark web easier!

    @virginmedia Perhaps if you read my messages? 1st message said I don't have a land line. 0345 is 30p a minute on O2 PAYG (your merger partner) This is a sign of customer service to come. I will cancel before my connection date. Thanks for confirming my fears about virgin.

    Been trying to watch a movie on @NetflixUK via @virginmedia and so far it has cut out 8 times. HTP-998 is the constant fault. I've reset the router and the set top box each time, but after 15 mins or so it cuts out again. It's beyond a joke now. #Netflix #virginmedia

    @virginmedia Urgent cry for help! I cannot open my @ntlworld address email on the VM page. The page says sign in to VM but it does nothing except show me my last bill. Have the VM technicians been messing about again? Many others are also complaining.

    How bad is @virginmedia customer service. Broadband been down twice in the last 4 weeks and nobody is willing to speak to me. When we are now working from home this is key to have a service that is stable and reliable. 😡😡😡
