@virginmedia He has been cut off because of an outstanding payment which he does not owe and should have been removed. I’ve had to phone so many times and it hasn’t been fixed. I was told there would be no more issues now he’s been cut off!!!

@virginmedia Yes there was a refund put through on Monday to clear it as it was your error charging him for full price when he had a deal! It shouldn’t take 4 days to push a button. I’m going to make another complaint. The upset your company has caused it ridiculous.

@virginmedia Finally came back at 11pm , I shall be calling in to disconnect, over £80 pmth not even the top package and rubbish service , internet is constantly dropping out
