    @virginmedia It's not a servicing issue. If you look at my twitter feed or my account, you will see that some numpty in your company turned our Internet off three weeks before it was scheduled. We have been without Internet for 5 ******* DAYS! Sort it out.

    @virginmedia I'm on hold again right now, 'Dennis' in customer services was meant to call me with an update at 1415 but never. 1st person said it's due to me not having an active DD- everyone I've tried to pay via this method it has failed - no error at my bank.

    @virginmedia phoned to cancel but got told it was a 45 minute wait and to call back at quieter time which is Saturday as they don’t offer call backs - gave up when I was transferred to 5 different departments - is this a joke #stressed

    @virginmedia The broadband box was erected against my fence surrounding my back garden, making it easy for intruders to climb over, Virgin media have said that the box could have been placed at my front garden, where it would not have created a problem, but the manager did not come back to me

    For those on the Virgin media 350Mbps service, reboot your router. Upload speed appears to have increased from 20Mbps to 35Mbps.

    @virginmedia You have the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! No compassion,for a family who have just lost their dad and husband. Your staff are rude, you are left holding forever, give out incorrect information and then when I ask for the agents name you hang up!

    @LutonEye @virginmedia Just phone them & get put through to ‘I want to cancel my account’. I do this every year, with the full intention of cancelling, & as if by magic they manage to get my bill back down to more or less what it was (less one year!). So shady!

    @virginmedia @VMO2News Broadband down in LE2 7. Has been down since nearly 10am this morning. This is shocking. When will it be back up and running? It's been patchy for the last few days but today this isn't good enough.
