So ever since I told @Plusnet I was moving to @virginmedia due to terrible speeds provided in my area against Virgins 1Gig my internet speed has been throttled that it’s barely useable. Only a week to go of the worst service. #broadband #dontsettle

@virginmedia as a 25 year plus customer I’m shocked by your behaviour. I got £4.50 increase notified mid jan and called virgin. I was given automated option that said no increase (your system). Now virgin say no record and have introduced increase 😡. Shameful

@virginmedia I’m paying for 200mbps and sometimes I achieve that, like now, but I still can’t watch @BBCiPlayer without constant buffering. This “local” issue was supposed to be sorted. Seriously considering other options to watch @BBCMOTD

Time to go to @ofcom regarding @virginmedia . Got a deal then they put a price increase in. This never happened before when agreeing a price for a contract term. I will escalate this.

@virginmedia I’ve done all that and it always says “no issues” but often when you get through on the phone you’re told there are and engineers are working on it. I’m just fed up of having to go through all the tests and restarts every time I want to record something or watch catch-up tv

@virginmedia After all the time spent dealing with the issue I took the Agents (both!) advice and paid more for the Sky Movies so that it wouldn't affect my existing Contract (made crystal clear!) and they advised me to call back to give 30 days notice to cancel the Sky Movies I am now told

@virginmedia Service has been awful! The ping I’ve been receiving has been ridiculously high! More or less impossible to game at all! The area hasn’t stated a problem but there clearly is!
