@virginmedia I have been a customer for years but my bills have become over double what it started I decided to leave, but realised broadband is probably better with virgin! I found a deal on uswitch that was good, to be told no I have to pay double that offer as its only for new customers

@chateauxwindy @LadyCatHT @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom I now pay for a landline with @virginmedia because it would be more expensive to have broadband only 🤔 I have never used the landline, there is no phone plugged into it, no idea even what my number is.

Gotta laugh. My @virginmedia home phone is not working yet they want me to call on my virgin media phone to resolve fault. I am NOT paying over inflated charges from another line to fix my landline

When you get in from work late and just want to catch up on @Stranger_Things and can’t because, for the umpteenth time @virginmedia is down in PA1. Seems routinely to have problems after midnight yet they never admit to any issues. 💩

@virginmedia I’ve followed all these steps and been on phone waiting on Technical for 45mins. There was a known issue yesterday that was being fixed apparently. Since then no broadband access.

@virginmedia I did my maximum number of system checks yesterday and your operator did it too . Today when I first did there were problems identified and there are 2 ongoing issues with TV but no better and no information tonight

So looks like for some reason there was issues with our @virginmedia DIRECT DEBIT, meaning the service was suspended, So paid by card & told connected in 10mins - 3 hours, but then got emailing chasing payment (AFTER PAYING) and no resumed services! #BadCustomerService #FAIL

@virginmedia The repair was carried out this morning, it was a faulty connection outside. All working again now although the WiFi seems patchy having cut out twice in a short time. I'm wondering if I'm entitled to compensation as been without services for more than 48hrs?
