@taff_owst @Twitch @KCOMcare ah. load on the exchange (assuming you're on adsl?) or your isp throttling your downstream bandwidth then 🤔 I know virginmedia were/are doing this once you pass 1gb down, albeit there should still be sufficient headroom to watch streaming with no issues 🤔 bizarre!

@virginmedia Hi, eventually after over an hour of holding(for the third time) got though to someone who asked me to go through everything again for a third time. After 20 minutes of language difficulties got them to agree to send an engineer to my house in Wednesday to try and sort issues

@virginmedia No know faults. It goes off most evenings about 9 maybe a bit latter sometimes and in the day lots of times we can't use it. At the moment it's OK again. We have dad this issuse for about 8 months with maybe a 2 month working then goes down again.
