    @virginmedia ... my wife who has authority to speak on her account on her behalf has been unsuccessfully trying to get you to once again resolve the issue. As it stands, we have been advised someone will be in touch within 24 hours. Unacceptable!! My mother in law lives alone

    @virginmedia Absolute shambles of a company with absolute zero customer care. Phone up and agree a contract only to get something totally different phone to complain they tell you the phones getting cut off, the goalposts get moved continuously, communication atrocious. AVOID!!!

    So this is new- I spoke with a CSR @virginmedia in Scotland. I struggled with her accent & she got irritated with me & snarled "Do you even understand English?" I mean, I have a few degrees issued from Canadian universities... maybe they felt bad for me?

    @virginmedia Not only that, when pointing out to your CS team that the account holder was a vulnerable person, my wife was advised "what do you want me to do with that?" By the operator. Shameful. Fix her issue and stop cutting her off for no reason!!

    So @virginmedia won't send out a technician because the signal coming into my house is fine - even though I keep telling them it's a problem with the WiFi from the router. I was offered a technician at a cost of £25 !! Absolutely disgraceful customer 'service'.

    @virginmedia Cannot be rectified as the services have been disconnected. I spoke with someone on Friday that said services would be reinstated within 4 hours. After 6 hours, we received nothing. Called back and basically said that call never happened and have no log of the call.

    @virginmedia I have had no broadband in G75 8 area of East Kilbride since 10.30pm on 3/11. We've had 4 rolling fix times which now says 14.15 today. tried your WhatsApp - told you are not taking anymore fault reports. Can you give honest fix time please?

    @virginmedia The point is the contract sent out on 15th Aug wasn't what was agreed when challenged I got put on the virgin no customer service merry-go-round which due to our personal circumstances i had to give up u are an absolute rotten company ur service agent admitted this was appalling

    @virginmedia Your customer service is absolutely shocking. You have cut off a vulnerable pensioner twice in the past 72 hours for reasons of your own error, leaving her with no means of communication whilst apparently being unable to fix the issue for 24 hours. Shocking! 🤬

    @virginmedia Hi, your status page says no issues in my area but I'm only getting upload speeds if 0.5mb/s. Download speeds as normal. Have rebooted router 3x. Can someone investigate?

    @virginmedia I called yesterday and got told I was right that she didn't owe anything and it was virgins error in not updating notes adequately. Can you please check the notes so I am not explaining a sensitive issue in public?

    @virginmedia You should provide the service as per the contract. Since Virgin media have not honoured their side of the agreement by means of providing the service I pay monthly for, why would I have to uphold my side of the agreement?

    @virginmedia I believe that this current area issue, is making it impossible to check if my local issue is fixed. The technician is due tomorrow to attend to the street and change equipment along the line to increase my low end frequencies. This issue has now been ongoing for 4 weeks.
