    @virginmedia Yes there was a refund put through on Monday to clear it as it was your error charging him for full price when he had a deal! It shouldn’t take 4 days to push a button. I’m going to make another complaint. The upset your company has caused it ridiculous.

    @michaelt1967 @virginmedia We gave up, constant hassle with poor virgin wifi... fitted Nest wifi and turned our virgin Hub to Modem mode. Everything is brilliant now.

    @virginmedia He has been cut off because of an outstanding payment which he does not owe and should have been removed. I’ve had to phone so many times and it hasn’t been fixed. I was told there would be no more issues now he’s been cut off!!!

    @virginmedia Mailbox unavailable.I have spoken to many agents who change my password thinking that will fix it. It hasn't. Have been told I need the fms dept but after holding 3 times for just under 3 hours then to be cut off after 16 days nothing has been resolved. And worse...no one cares

    @virginmedia 2/2 I then got email saying we had agreed the complaint was resolved. I’d specifically said it wasn’t resolved. I phoned back. Was told I’d get a phone call within 24 hours. That was three days ago.
