    @taff_owst @Twitch @KCOMcare ah. load on the exchange (assuming you're on adsl?) or your isp throttling your downstream bandwidth then 🤔 I know virginmedia were/are doing this once you pass 1gb down, albeit there should still be sufficient headroom to watch streaming with no issues 🤔 bizarre!

    @ballinacup69 @virginmedia Been with them since the old ntl days .. got boxes in 3 rooms , just trying to cut it to what we use !!! Absolutely disgraceful that a grown woman comes off the phone in that state .. @virginmedia have serious customer issues .. it’s all about ££££ nothing else

    @mcneill_craig @virginmedia They don't make live chat easy to find for existing customers. If you are a new customer browsing packages it's there. But minute you log in to VM online the function vanishes into thin air

    @virginmedia I have an outstanding complaint since 12/01 with a promise a supervisor would call within 72 hrs having heard nothing since 12/01 I phoned yesterday and was told a supervisor would call within 24hrs still no call appalling customer service. Where do escalate this to

    @virginmedia I have been trying for days to call 150 from my virgin home phone but can never get through I just get told all lines are busy and it hangs up. Is there a reason for this? Very strange that I don’t get the normal options.

    @virginmedia Hi, eventually after over an hour of holding(for the third time) got though to someone who asked me to go through everything again for a third time. After 20 minutes of language difficulties got them to agree to send an engineer to my house in Wednesday to try and sort issues

    @virginmedia is terrible, on demand and catch up down in my area since yesterday and told online it will be fixed by the 8th, if it’s not that it’s the broadband, definitely leaving when my contract finishes, don’t even get my broadband speed and I’m on 200mb😡

    @virginmedia Why can’t you pass it to a dept that can deal with it? Why can’t you pass it to a manager, seeing as we have been told there would be a call coming our way that never did? Can’t you see that I’ve had it to the back teeth of going online, making calls and talking to a screen?

    @virginmedia my broadband is slow and intermittent and cutting in and out. Apparatus fine. Neighbours share situation. Status incorrectly states all fine, this is wrong. Customer service none existent. Options please?
