After problem analysis he announced “our systems are down, please call back after 4 hours”,I asked him to call me back,our system cant do that,really? Worst customer service - bye Virgin. 👋

Haven’t used them since (2010 was last time) because they dragged feet for so long.

Had to spend ages online trying to find a solution to jobs that could not be done offline. Managed to finally speak to someone at Virginmedia and shown how to get update some progress.
