Well done @virginmedia for leaving my husband, an NHS doctor, without a working phone while he is on call at the hospital for the next 48 hours. And NO solution via customer service. Terrible and very disappointing service!

@virginmedia No, it’s an issue regarding the SIM card. I’ve just spent almost 2h in a chat with customer service, where not only any solution was provided, I also had to wait an average of 5 minutes for the agent’s reply to each of my questions. Very frustrating and terrible customer service.

@virginmedia Totally wrong show from iPlayer. E4 and a few other channels say that you cannot fast forward as the channel doesn’t support even if you watch live, pause and try and fast forward the ads. Pretty rubbish

Been having issues with @virginmedia where the internet drops several times during the day. Only get told to do a reset/factory reset of the hub but the issue continues to persist. Not helpful when working from home.

@virginmedia Shows no faults and says everything is fine despite having to use 4g at the time to even run the test. There was an engineer out a couple of months back who done a factory reset but was only a temporary fix. Internet goes down several times a day whilst connected to hub.

Got a phone call yesterday from someone saying my VM router was being used by other people. Guess it is a scam. Plus broadband down completely today ....and bad yesterday. Appalling service in #Glasgow G 11. @virginmedia

@virginmedia It has been down since 8.20am this morning - no devices can surf the internet. I’ve restarted the WiFi and this returned the same result. No lights showing on the hub apart from the usual yellowish main light. I’m unable to do my work due to this issue..

@virginmedia I'm in Birmingham - service status is showing a fault, due to be resolved @ 12:50. Fine, I get things break sometimes, but a big part of the reason I moved my mobile to Virgin was due to the unlimited data offer which (supposedly) gave me a backup when working from home.

@virginmedia, go through a load of steps for about half an hour to get the Internet fixed, absolutely zero help, it tells me to use the app, which then doesn’t work because it can’t connect to the internet that doesn’t exist. Phenomenal customer service that👏🏻
