    @virginmedia Thanks ML. My issue is with the misleading info in your initial comms to me. It does not reflect what @TurgenSec says is in the database. I don’t particularly care what you say to the ICO. Your first duty as the data controller is to me, the subject of the data.

    @gillykim55 @virginmedia Think you need to do that by phone. I've not found a way of removing stuff before. They are happy enough to sell you more of their crap online. I'm thinking of ditching @virginmedia entirely. Apart from broadband I dont think I actually use anything else i get from them

    @virginmedia My Internet connection has been buffering since last week it came back on this morning then just 10 minutes ago went back off I turned the router on and off and it seems fine but it is really annoying so I would like to know if they are problems in my area 28

    @virginmedia every night our service drops out saying invalid internet connections . I’ve had a new router, there’s no flashing lights just no connection! Can watch tv but not catch up /on demand. Has went on for months! Fed up phoning 🙄

    @virginmedia Broadband. We're at 166 Buchanan Street. Office block in Glasgow City centre. Every business in the building that uses Virgin is affected. No broadband service.

    Day ³ of no @virginmedia service & 2 engineers turn up. Not convinced as they are baffled how we got a cable to our house (it seems "you guys dug up the garden" is a mind blowing response) & while agreeing that @SGNgas messed the wires it seems "f**k knows" is all they can offer

    @virginmedia Well yes it have did the test on my virgin media app why can’t virgin media put a notice or send a notice on this app to tell us network problems in certain areas and also this twitter page why cant it be updated with area out of service terrible 😡

    @virginmedia Rebooting and factory resetting doesn’t help, unfortunately. I switch the hub to modem mode, the light goes purple like it should, connect the other router but this then shows no internet

    @virginmedia Hi there. Since signing up for virgin media I have had very poor WiFi service. Connection dropping a lot. A resolution for this is using the super hub 3 in modem mode and connecting another router, but I’m having a lot of issues doing this

    @virginmedia hi, since we’ve upgraded to 1gb and hub 4 we’ve had problems connecting @Tesla M3 to WiFi. Advised the Plume mesh might fix it and we can receive FOC but been out of stock all year it seems. Any idea when they might be back in stock to try and fix our issues please?

    @virginmedia have the worst customer services ever. If the phone cuts, you don’t get a call back after hours in the queue. They cut the phone off too.

    Hi @virginmedia - paid to rent out Godzilla Vs Kong and every 20 minutes it says network unavailable and turns off - been trying to watch it for 2 days now and keeps happening and the rent time finishes tonight - want a refund pls! Happens all the time your on demand never works!
