@virginmedia Made numerous complaints since last Friday. They are not being resolved. Mis sold the product by agents. Account not been created correctly, wrong hub has been installed. Engineer did not install at point requested and WiFi extenders not provided. Super bad service

So ever since I told @Plusnet I was moving to @virginmedia due to terrible speeds provided in my area against Virgins 1Gig my internet speed has been throttled that it’s barely useable. Only a week to go of the worst service. #broadband #dontsettle

@virginmedia Surprisingly when I agreed to this service it never entered my mind that YOU would not be able to provide a service within the capital and also that I would be moving. So not surprisingly this obviously very small print did not seem to matter to me at the time.
