Been having issues with @virginmedia where the internet drops several times during the day. Only get told to do a reset/factory reset of the hub but the issue continues to persist. Not helpful when working from home.

@virginmedia Shows no faults and says everything is fine despite having to use 4g at the time to even run the test. There was an engineer out a couple of months back who done a factory reset but was only a temporary fix. Internet goes down several times a day whilst connected to hub.

@virginmedia No, it’s an issue regarding the SIM card. I’ve just spent almost 2h in a chat with customer service, where not only any solution was provided, I also had to wait an average of 5 minutes for the agent’s reply to each of my questions. Very frustrating and terrible customer service.

Well done @virginmedia for leaving my husband, an NHS doctor, without a working phone while he is on call at the hospital for the next 48 hours. And NO solution via customer service. Terrible and very disappointing service!

I rang @virginmedia who confirmed they do have a major problem with their servers and @twitter which will take another day (so four in total) to resolve. So why not put this message on your social platforms to save everyone time including your staff? "Media could not be loaded"

@virginmedia @AlanC_44 I had an issue. Reduced my package in april to £120, You are now charging £214 per month. Phoned up. "Sorry about that, someone will call back in 48hrs" That was 620 hours ago.

Spent an hour on Monday cancelling Virgin Media following their price hike. Just received an email from them thanking me for staying and amending my package. This really takes customer retention efforts to new depths. Avoid.

@virginmedia Gloucester highways are in contact with Virgin Media now apparently and they seem to be saying #virginmedia will have chosen where the box should go exactly, not the council. #gloshighways are very slow coming back to me about it so I’m not sure what’s going on!
