@virginmedia Broadband. We're at 166 Buchanan Street. Office block in Glasgow City centre. Every business in the building that uses Virgin is affected. No broadband service.

@virginmedia Hi there. Since signing up for virgin media I have had very poor WiFi service. Connection dropping a lot. A resolution for this is using the super hub 3 in modem mode and connecting another router, but I’m having a lot of issues doing this

Day ³ of no @virginmedia service & 2 engineers turn up. Not convinced as they are baffled how we got a cable to our house (it seems "you guys dug up the garden" is a mind blowing response) & while agreeing that @SGNgas messed the wires it seems "f**k knows" is all they can offer

@virginmedia have you done an update to the superhub3 as my WiFi signal has gotten terrible I need to reboot my firestick every night as it drops off and so dose my phone and laptop

@virginmedia Rebooting and factory resetting doesn’t help, unfortunately. I switch the hub to modem mode, the light goes purple like it should, connect the other router but this then shows no internet

@virginmedia... starting to get frustrated with your level of service! I have been trying to sort out black spots in WiFi in my house since the start of Jan. Tonight I was on hold 39mins for someone to do some tests & we got cut off. 2nd call and it’s been 10mins on hold so far..

@virginmedia It was ur customer service staff that caused the problem in the first place I’m certainly not goin to be contacting virgin when they should be contacting me, I’ve lost a day off work due to the incompetence of the customer service staff

@virginmedia £63 a month for ‘super fast’ broadband! Unless it rains, then it’s not only slow it drops out every few minutes. Oh and FYI, I live in the north west, rain is a given, perhaps add a clause to your advertising/sales pitch.

@AlexSchillemore @virginmedia I called a couple of months ago, told them the bandwith was crap, they promised it would be doubled (so why not until I complained?) & yet I don't think it's any better... possibly worse! Looks like their main effort is enticing new customers rather than looking after existing.

@AlexSchillemore @northcamesouth @virginmedia They are terrible. They slipped my grandfather onto a contract (once his original term ran out) where he was paying £90 a month for services he didn't even use. No refund, no apology when we realised. Wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.
