@richardbranson Mr Branson, I pay for your virgin media services every month without fail, twice this month I have been without tv and wifi for more than 6hrs, this year alone it has went down on more than 3 occasions sort your company out, your quick to take the money from us

@JellyJelson @virginmedia Been with virgin a year, although the team they hire for work in the area are horrific and the customer service doesn't get better, the speeds are amazing, however I would reccomend a router as the one they provide can not handle more then 3 connections at a time.
