    @virginmedia It says there are no problems in my area!what does it take to actually speak to someone, or get a technician out to check where fault is originating from!it’s absolutely shocking!Ive worked in customer service for a good many years, and never experienced such awful service!

    @virginmedia There is no dial tone and I’ve tried another phone and line is still dead, so it must be the socket that is broken. I’m out now until 1230 if someone can arrange even a web chat as it’s almost 2 months without phone.. Ty

    Virgin media sucks. Keeps disconnecting every 2 minutes. Takes 30 minutes to connect CustomerCare. They ask us to restart 2000 times. They perform a reset and works for 2 minutes. Then disconnects. 3rd call. 90 long minutes wasted @virginmedia
