@virginmedia It's not an area issue; you prematurely closed my account on the wrong date as I'm moving house and the team members handling the cancellation put the wrong date in. I phoned customer service yesterday morning and was able to be reconnected, it's fixed now.

@virginmedia thank you for the excellent customer service. 38min long phone call which has ended with being cut off. Of the 38mins, i reckon I spent a good 25mins on hold or waiting in a queue

@virginmedia good morning, we've had numerous phone calls over the past few days from a call centre claiming to be you guys.. Saying that there is an issue with our router and asking us to tell them what lights are on etc? Is this a scam as I feel uncomfortable giving that info.

@virginmedia Still having issues Too mentally exhausted and disgusted to waste more time on another pointless phone call. Sought advice elsewhere and diagnosed a new set top box required. A reputable company unlike you would have delivered this and compensated me. You just don’t care do you?

@virginmedia The point your missing is you have “upsold” me a service - taken away a service that was working - and not done anything but stall and tell white lies on how it would all be working in 24 hours. I’m now looking at 4 days with no heating control with a young family - well done!
