@virginmedia I got a new box replaced yesterday am by your engineer. It was saying there is a c1020 error. Your engineer said every new installation is being affected because of a registration outage but would be fixed last night. Same problem this morning. Any updates?

@virginmedia It is not frustration, it is wrong. No other company keeps money that has been taken for a service someone is no longer receiving for that length of time. Oh and not to mention the hassling for the return of equipment when I was told I did not need to return it.
