@virginmedia every night our service drops out saying invalid internet connections . I’ve had a new router, there’s no flashing lights just no connection! Can watch tv but not catch up /on demand. Has went on for months! Fed up phoning 🙄

@virginmedia Thanks ML. My issue is with the misleading info in your initial comms to me. It does not reflect what @TurgenSec says is in the database. I don’t particularly care what you say to the ICO. Your first duty as the data controller is to me, the subject of the data.

I also really can't think it's an efficient business model to monitor your (potential) clients' clicks on line and harass them by call! Glad I'm not the only one to find it... Bad!
