@virginmedia I'm on hold again right now, 'Dennis' in customer services was meant to call me with an update at 1415 but never. 1st person said it's due to me not having an active DD- everyone I've tried to pay via this method it has failed - no error at my bank.

@virginmedia (2) so tried to confirm. Chat service just kept repeating same thing 5 times - despite my explanation that none of options applied. Then tried Tel call & after rigmarole of security got cut off. No engineer, day wasted and parcel only just available to collect now.

@virginmedia are the absolute worst. Broadband box has been doing an update for 2hrs. Phoned the help and the best they can do is offer me an engineer when I have to take time off work. £41 p/m for terrible internet speed and now the box isn’t working. Absolute joke.

@virginmedia ok what the f is going on with your broadband, I have not been able to get internet access for hours now, yet your service status says no problem, when I try to do an in-depth test It doesn’t let me log in to test, the times it has it says my equipment is offline wtf

@virginmedia can someone actually sort my daughter and son in laws services from you. Phone calls & texts haven’t got them anywhere and they are not paying for a service they are not getting to use. A formal complaint has already been placed as it’s beyond a joke now

@virginmedia hi had call from you guys saying as a loyal customer you would add on calling mobiles to my landline. Then agent mentioned TV package and when I declined said he’d leave my package as it was and rang off!!! Not impressed!!

For those on the Virgin media 350Mbps service, reboot your router. Upload speed appears to have increased from 20Mbps to 35Mbps.

@virginmedia Technician called David 46582 came, came in looked said straight away what he needed to do, changed box over no fuss no questions, very professional and down to earth. Pity some of the staff who answer phone when you final get through arnt like that, 👍👍👍 for David though
