    @Vadoseflame @Shadow_Official @virginmedia Never have been, I remember having a local techs mobile number because anytime anyone joined locally it borked my connection, and he'd fix it on the way home. So many 2hr+ calls to tell them I was offline and go through "diagnostics".

    @vmbusinesshelp @virginmedia New cable installed on Monday, still no service. Being told that they checked this with the internal team and advised that the national hit issue is still outstanding… I am seriously considering cancelling before this becomes even worse!!

    @terrychristian @SkyHelpTeam It is a pain in the arse, to be fair. We find Virgin seem to strangle bandwidth and slow the network down massively. Two sons, one on a PS4, other on an X Box. Causes major grief. Had Sky before with no issue, yet @virginmedia seems much worse. 😳

    @virginmedia Apparently a work order has been issued and the problems (yes, multiple) should be resolved within 48hrs. I look forward to calling again in 48hrs when it hasn't been done.

    @virginmedia I am a new customer 11 days into my account. After 8 days I finally got the internet and TV (aren't I lucky!) Now I find that I cannot create an online account for some reason??? Their IT cannot either - you could not make it up !!

    @virginmedia Why don’t you check your service status page…it’s not loading when I’m logged into my account for Virgin Media. While you’re doing that, why don’t you check for any failed status in SW11 it’s the start of a postcode…not that massive of an area for you to check.
