    @virginmedia It says there are no problems in my area!what does it take to actually speak to someone, or get a technician out to check where fault is originating from!it’s absolutely shocking!Ive worked in customer service for a good many years, and never experienced such awful service!

    @virginmedia can someone answer me why I have spent 48hours trying to help downgrade my cousin package with you and we just get passed around different departments? Today alone we have been transferred 8 times and so far call time all time 4 hours 35mins 😡😡

    Keep seeing these adverts for @virginmedia for stream. I can't get a signal if I am more than 6 feet away from the router and the signal booster they sent out is useless won't be bothering with their new service as tge service I have now is rubbish

    @virginmedia How can I phone 151 when my phone line isn’t working! And yes, I’ve dialled the 0345 number on many occasions yet still can’t speak to anyone!!no doubt I will hear from you when I cancel my direct debit and move to another supplier!

    Never ever going with Virgin Media again. Internet has been down for nearly 24 hrs, and it's been down nearly everyday for at least 1-5 hours over the course of the last week or two.

    @virginmedia so you put a block on our service because a loose wire was affecting surrounding service, but no card left informing us! Great customer service not! Had so many issues with virgin since i changed wished i hadn't!

    @virginmedia I did that a month ago and was told the cheque would take up to 45 days (don’t really believe that) and it’s well past that now anyway. Do I really have to raise a complaint through @CISASUK when you’ve already agreed resolution just you forgot to pay it

    Struggled with extremely poor @virginmedia connection, contacted them told my package wouldn’t be able to service the number of devices I had. I was advised the most expensive package would be suitable so swapped over. I get the same level of connection to my devices -pisspoor
