@SupportPDC **** them then mate! Having a similar problem with @virginmedia - given them ample opportunities to sort an issue, no joy. Just cancelling the direct debit instead, that’ll instigate them to contact me!

@virginmedia Fortunately, though unable to resolve the problem, the 4th person I spoke to didn’t feel the need to hang up on me or lie and has arranged an engineer visit for next week. All this after listening to the same hold music for a combined total of 83 minutes (3/3) 👍🏼

@virginmedia Potential cancellation. My mother was present at the time of the call, and I wanted to discuss options, whether to downgrade/cancel. But contact centre were so unhelpful.

Oh dear, I've been struck by the @virginmedia WiFi dropping out issues only to be told I can pay an extra £5 a month to get better coverage in my house. Absolutely not, I'll use my phone as a hotspot instead and cancel at the earliest opportunity.
