Day ³ of no @virginmedia service & 2 engineers turn up. Not convinced as they are baffled how we got a cable to our house (it seems "you guys dug up the garden" is a mind blowing response) & while agreeing that @SGNgas messed the wires it seems "f**k knows" is all they can offer

Im howling. The customer service i have recieved from @virginmedia is an absolute joke. Talking to one of their "internet techs" and they didnt even know what a Cat 6 cable was. Not to mention im paying £41 a month for a service that drops randomly every few days.

@virginmedia It’s not made me thought I want to cancel. I actually am. Sick fed up of your no broadband at weekends when I spend the most time at home. Get Richard Branson to fix the problem. I won’t be flying in one of aeroplanes either.

@virginmedia Broadband. We're at 166 Buchanan Street. Office block in Glasgow City centre. Every business in the building that uses Virgin is affected. No broadband service.

@virginmedia The agent was very dismissive. The outcome was that if anything was removed from her service it would make minimal difference to her bill because she's on "such a great deal". Is it standard practice for you to keep calling vulnerable people and hounding them?
