    @virginmedia Still having issues Too mentally exhausted and disgusted to waste more time on another pointless phone call. Sought advice elsewhere and diagnosed a new set top box required. A reputable company unlike you would have delivered this and compensated me. You just don’t care do you?

    @virginmedia this has got to be THE WORST service in the whole world. Been a virgin customer for years and years then when you bill goes up and you phone you get a good deal... promised a deal. Sitting all day waiting for instalment to phone to be told it was rejected!

    @virginmedia you told me a router would be delivered on Saturday. Yodel says they couldn’t access the building, even though we were all in. You told me it would arrive today, yodel just rebooked it for tomorrow. I have been your customer for 3 days and I already want to l LEAVE

    @virginmedia thank you for the excellent customer service. 38min long phone call which has ended with being cut off. Of the 38mins, i reckon I spent a good 25mins on hold or waiting in a queue

    @virginmedia Been a Virgin customer for years. Cancelled Tv but have broadband and phone. Even my Freeview channels have been blocked on my boxes!! How churlish can a company get??😳 Freeview channels?! Show some compassion to your customers

    @virginmedia good morning, we've had numerous phone calls over the past few days from a call centre claiming to be you guys.. Saying that there is an issue with our router and asking us to tell them what lights are on etc? Is this a scam as I feel uncomfortable giving that info.

    @virginmedia Yeah, spoke to them briefly. Waited 75 MINUTES. Your rep admitted the fault. Said he was outing me on ‘silent hold’ for 2 minutes then 20 MINUTES later the line went dead. Absolute joke. Shambles of a customer service. Apparently that is quite common.

    @virginmedia Yea it’s sorted now, I’ve had to cancel with you guys, Virgin has been no help whatsoever and your advisers just blame everyone else for my poor internet, even naming other companies that they believe are at fault. This is another customer that you will never get back😡

    @donk0802 @virginmedia Try turning on computer and next time when all hell breaks loose check see if pc can get online fine. If it can't, and it's same as WiFi, no internet, get onto virgin, don't take their **** and explain Synchronisation is being lost and it's their responsibility to investigate.

    @virginmedia The issues should be dealt with immediately, not ignored and fobbed off until customers give up. The issue is on your end and all you’ve done is fail to follow through on things you’ve guaranteed twice.

    @virginmedia Apparently we have a congestion issue but our connection issue has been going on 4 weeks. Not helpful when my partner is a teacher & I'm a website content creator. What's even better is u r going to increase ur prices yet have made no effort to increase the quality of it service!

    @virginmedia Virgin Media internet & Tv spoke to an employee on the 02/02/2021 , 04/02/21 & the 09/02/2021 in regards to your error. I am a manager in customer service in and hands down your company is the worst I have ever dealt with. Apparently mangers take a week to call back?

    @virginmedia Nope to be honest I’ve now purchased and I’m streaming from a @vodafoneUK SIM card so dunno if I even want virgin anymore as a customer of over 20 years I expected a lot better service then the attitude of oh well
