    @virginmedia Raised several complaints. No one helping. Mis sold product. Incorrect router installed. Engineer did not install where requested. WiFi extenders not fitted as promised. Major account errors. Shocking service.

    @virginmedia I spoke to a member of the team who said they couldn’t help as I haven’t received my password in the post yet so couldn’t verify who I was. So now I have to wait a further 5 days for a password to come through.

    @virginmedia Made numerous complaints since last Friday. They are not being resolved. Mis sold the product by agents. Account not been created correctly, wrong hub has been installed. Engineer did not install at point requested and WiFi extenders not provided. Super bad service

    I rang @virginmedia who confirmed they do have a major problem with their servers and @twitter which will take another day (so four in total) to resolve. So why not put this message on your social platforms to save everyone time including your staff? "Media could not be loaded"

    @virginmedia Hi, Yes engineer has been out and has advised its to do with the ports and requested this to be opened by the telephony team, and then wait 24hrs. 2 weeks later still not working, called customer service numerous time and getting all different reason...nothing is getting done!

    @virginmedia No idea .. it's just about everyday .. we're having to constantly disconnect and reconnect devices to the Wi-Fi .. then you get a Phone call from virgin wanting you to take out other products or upgrade..when you tell them the internet problems their not interested

    @virginmedia I do understand the terms and conditions of the contract but when you moved to a place where you have the service it shouldn’t be a problem to moved your contract to the new house. High Street Quarter is a barratt development that have virgin media installation already
