Every time I service check my broadband it tells me there's a fault in my area and its being investigated and to come back in 24 hours and it will be looked into but when I do this it just gives the same response . Its very confusing. And not very helpful at.

I can't get a signal if I am more than 6 feet away from the router and the signal booster they sent out is useless won't be bothering with their new service as tge service I have now is rubbish

"Unstable network". Before you asked yes the router has been reset and tested multiple times. Turned off and on and yet still the same issue.

There is no way to communicate with anyone and yet, strangely enough, you still charge me for a service which only works intermittently.
