    @virginmedia Your WiFi is absolutely horrendous. Sick of phoning about it. Got a booster and honestly it's made no difference whatsoever. Working from home and constantly being cut off when in meetings. Going to cost me my job at this rate. Ongoing issues for months. Ridiculous

    @virginmedia Logged in & service status doesn’t show my issue. My issue is: I applied to switch my package (end of Oct) my current deal was about to end, this didn’t happen & now I am on a rolling contract that I don’t want to be on because it is costing me far more than I was paying before.

    @virginmedia Write a letter? For the effort I might as well pop in and see them. And here’s where the customer service falls down for me - it’s not quicker to call them (I’ve proven that several times) and the idea that nobody there has an email address is ridiculous.

    @virginmedia We’ve spoken to multiple people, many of who were due to call us back and never did. Today your customer service refused to answer our calls until we paid our bill, which was not paid because someone at virgin media cancelled it. Because we had no service. Honestly ridiculous.
