@virginmedia Your WiFi is absolutely horrendous. Sick of phoning about it. Got a booster and honestly it's made no difference whatsoever. Working from home and constantly being cut off when in meetings. Going to cost me my job at this rate. Ongoing issues for months. Ridiculous

Keep seeing these adverts for @virginmedia for stream. I can't get a signal if I am more than 6 feet away from the router and the signal booster they sent out is useless won't be bothering with their new service as tge service I have now is rubbish

@virginmedia Not hard enough. 20 hours and 20 minutes without television and broadband which I pay dearly for and that's the best you can say. Time for compensation for no service and move away from @virginmedia to someone more reliable and actually cares a little about customer service

@virginmedia My "unstable wi fi messages" are driving me crazy !! I have to disconnect my Smart Devices, to Zoom and my CCTV camera goes off line too. I really need an invite to upgrade my Hub3 to #Virgin Hub5 at no extra cost as promoted by #Virginmedia in October.

@virginmedia I work in payroll for a big well known company a loss of Internet for one whole day means I will not be able to process wages for over 1500 employees, I cannot believe a company as big as virgin still have so many issues ans have no back up plans when things like this happen
