  • Perdita21 anne collins (@Perdita21) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@virginmedia Yes. I was assured that it would be fixed by 9.20 this morning after dealing with support from abroad that took 20 mins. Tried again 7 hours later and same result.

  • dtr1984 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿David🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@dtr1984) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@virginmedia Broadband service becoming a complete joke. Cutting out all the time. Impossible to get any work done. £100 a month 🤬

  • BrittenyCox Britteny Gibson (Cox) (@BrittenyCox) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@virginmedia Sorry, I can say for certain regarding wired as I don’t have an ethernet cable to test but wireless is constantly down - usually a few times a day signal completely stops.

  • Gordon_Keenan Gordon Keenan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Gordon_Keenan) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@vmbusinesshelp @virginmedia New cable installed on Monday, still no service. Being told that they checked this with the internal team and advised that the national hit issue is still outstanding… I am seriously considering cancelling before this becomes even worse!!

  • Perdita21 anne collins (@Perdita21) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@virginmedia WiFi signal weak in G129UE again. I thought this had been resolved after 2 days. Fed up !!!

  • Gordon_Keenan Gordon Keenan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Gordon_Keenan) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ramfrancisuk @virginmedia It's the completed lack of information that starts to irritate me. If they expect me to pay £61 a month and out of that month not get 100% service then I'll not be happy in any shape or form.

  • Gordon_Keenan Gordon Keenan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Gordon_Keenan) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ramfrancisuk @robmckenzieuk @virginmedia Even posting online, you get nothing back from them, unlike many other companies whose customer care team swoop in and help. Off this is the way the business users are handled....

  • Gordon_Keenan Gordon Keenan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Gordon_Keenan) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ramfrancisuk @virginmedia That’s what I am thinking… they are placing a business package in a residential area… I’m giving them the option to just cancel everything and let me move on… but we’ll see what unfolds…

  • Gordon_Keenan Gordon Keenan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Gordon_Keenan) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ramfrancisuk I’m told there is a fault….. but no idea what type of fault….. Oh well, back to work today after 2 weeks off, crap weather throughout, now got a cracked wisdom tooth I think, and no update from @virginmedia on my business install… I’ll change my name to MARVIN I think…

  • discostu67 Stuart O'Kane (@discostu67) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@virginmedia It tells me there is a problem with my tv service which is working fine and my broadband is ok which it is not, this has been going on for weeks now

  • rchlcrns rachael (@rchlcrns) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@Melfyx @virginmedia They are truly thee worst WiFi company in the whole world I loathe them

  • BrittenyCox Britteny Gibson (Cox) (@BrittenyCox) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@virginmedia We don’t have a home phone hooked up. So If I phone, I’ll be charged on my mobile. Can I please have the contact details of the complaints department. It’s unacceptable that Virgin thinks its okay to let their customers go without service for several hours.

  • Gordon_Keenan Gordon Keenan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Gordon_Keenan) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ramfrancisuk @robmckenzieuk @virginmedia Well this is a new business install... The lack of why there is a problem is the infuriating part. More so, I've taken two days out of my holiday to be there for their install engineers.

  • GeorgeCochrane1 George Cochrane (@GeorgeCochrane1) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@MotoNutJob @virginmedia Thing is BB appears to be regional. Different providers give better service in different regions. You cant even recommend switching to supplier 'X' Good luck!

  • bazer100 Nanook🐶 (@bazer100) reported from Cumbernauld, Scotland

@virginmedia broadband off again this morning, Bill's going up, service keeps going down. Improvements needed or change is on the horizon

  • Gordon_Keenan Gordon Keenan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Gordon_Keenan) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@virginmedia This is a new installation, and I was told the thing would be operation on Monday 10th after cable installed. I was then told, there is a system problem with Virgin… so I’m a week down the road and no further forward.. Frustrating with no details on why this is happening to me.

  • graemeT2010 graeme Tannahill (@graemeT2010) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@virginmedia help please I tweet in twice now REPLY

  • Perdita21 anne collins (@Perdita21) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@virginmedia help Virgin Media. Broadband in Glasgow G129UE down for 2nd Day. No text updates. 2 calls to India useless. I will be leaving if this is your idea of customer care!

@virginmedia I've done the test your equipment states it is fine. I had this b4 with VM years ago and a engineer came out and found I to be VM. Now to be fair I pay for this. So my self help is done. Do you have a number I can call or I just find it. Thanks

  • uk_husky_pup pup-uk (@uk_husky_pup) reported

@virginmedia the complaints team have NOT actually addressed the main complaint and just given me a roundabout answer. Also apparently they tried to call me this afternoon but I have had no missed calls and I have good VM signal

  • g30rgiakh georgia💫 (@g30rgiakh) reported

Really rude of the virgin media minimum spending cap being £5. B

  • idrewdoughnut Andrew Molodoi (@idrewdoughnut) reported

@virginmedia The service status page shows no fault although there are 2 ongoing faults, but I’m not getting into why it says no known fault when there are known faults, since it’s a dead end discussion. All I want to do is to be able to report my loss of service

  • sarah_favourite sarah (@sarah_favourite) reported

@virginmedia Hi all sorted, you have a new customer 🤓but my current provider says I should tell you to take over the line. (Whatever that means)

  • adamskiheaton Adam Heaton (@adamskiheaton) reported

@virginmedia Brilliant, so 2 hours on talking over text messages to be sent the same website you sent me earlier. Can a human being actually speak to me and actually help me!? Is this too difficult to ask in 2021!?

  • 73paulr Paul Reynolds (@73paulr) reported

@virginmedia Then I’m afraid you are not much help to me. But I’m quite used to this kinda service now from Virgin media. Thank you for attempting to help.

  • lfbcee Lauren (@lfbcee) reported

@virginmedia No it isn’t. It’s a work mobile. You shouldn’t even have a note of this number - it’s a local authority issued mobile and it’s never been used to contact virgin media. Do you have a complaints email I can use to have my number removed?

  • Matthew_Yau Matthew Yau (@Matthew_Yau) reported

@virginmedia Hi, no, frankly they didn't understand why anyone would pay £99 for a plastic cover...are you suggesting we wait until rain causes fire damage before you do something about it?

  • idrewdoughnut Andrew Molodoi (@idrewdoughnut) reported

@virginmedia How would the service status page confirm the total loss of service if I have no option to report it??
