@virginmedia disgraceful customer customer service from you. Trying to sort your mistake and being hung out out to dry. Prepare for cancellation. Almost 90 minutes on the phone and still being told to wait. Total disrespect for a long time customer. No more.

@virginmedia Your WiFi is absolutely horrendous. Sick of phoning about it. Got a booster and honestly it's made no difference whatsoever. Working from home and constantly being cut off when in meetings. Going to cost me my job at this rate. Ongoing issues for months. Ridiculous

Seriously @virginmedia , after your phones not working for two days, you put me on hold for 45 minutes then hang up. Anyone would think you are purposely making it hard for customers who want to leave.

@virginmedia I've been fobbed off by multiple people for weeks saying they'll send me a letter with my account number on so I can login on the app. I'm fully expecting this reminder letter for the "correct memorable word for this account" to have the exact same one as the previous 2 letters.
