    @virginmedia Yes there was a refund put through on Monday to clear it as it was your error charging him for full price when he had a deal! It shouldn’t take 4 days to push a button. I’m going to make another complaint. The upset your company has caused it ridiculous.

    @virginmedia Wifi still not working. Been down for about 4 days now. Ended up unplugging our superhub 2 and plugging in the superhub 3 which was sent out a while back. Still not working though

    @virginmedia He has been cut off because of an outstanding payment which he does not owe and should have been removed. I’ve had to phone so many times and it hasn’t been fixed. I was told there would be no more issues now he’s been cut off!!!

    @virginmedia I’m through to someone now. But we’re definitely cancelling. The service on this matter has been severely lacking since set up in September and to be frank we can get him a better package with Sky.

    @virginmedia I spent 4 hours - yes 4 - on phone today. Pushed from pillar to post often with a 20-40 mins hold in between. Finally worked out my account had not been transferred properly and equipment not paired. But still no TV or internet. Truly appalling service.

    @fiveub @virginmedia honestly mate virgin fibre is pretty terrible, the download is great but the upload is shockingly bad compared. Im sitting at 350 down and around 35 up where as in my previous flat i could get 80/50 with BT

    @virginmedia 1. It came back on at 9:30am, therefore down for nearly 29 hours, no one answers the phone on tech support, no explanation as to what the problem was, all you get is “we know what the problem and our engineers are fixing it’ you then get times when it will be fixed which do not..

    @virginmedia @virginmedia been on hold on the phone for a faulty DVR with “a serious problem” on a green screen on 3 occasions more than 1 Hr each before you hang up without ever answering the phone. Problem can’t be fixed online as there is no error code. No tv for 2 days! 😡

    @virginmedia To our knowledge there is no service issues in the area.Planned maintenance was arranged and service was back to normal. This was last week. I have still not received an email or call & still no landline. How do I take this further?
