Keep seeing these adverts for @virginmedia for stream. I can't get a signal if I am more than 6 feet away from the router and the signal booster they sent out is useless won't be bothering with their new service as tge service I have now is rubbish

@virginmedia Not hard enough. 20 hours and 20 minutes without television and broadband which I pay dearly for and that's the best you can say. Time for compensation for no service and move away from @virginmedia to someone more reliable and actually cares a little about customer service

Come on @virginmedia, this is getting ridiculous now. Been without Internet for over 24hrs - ever since yesterday's maintenance at 9am. Still not got my Oomph unlimited data to help ease the pain either and no ETA on fix. This is beyond silly.

@virginmedia It says there are no problems in my area!what does it take to actually speak to someone, or get a technician out to check where fault is originating from!it’s absolutely shocking!Ive worked in customer service for a good many years, and never experienced such awful service!

@virginmedia Unfortunately no. I've spoken to multiple agents all day and an engineer is scheduled for tomorrow. If it isn't intermittent outage, it's a massive speed decrease (currently getting 50Mbps down/3Mbps up on a Gig1 line, usually 800Mbps down/55Mbps up)

Here @virginmedia - any idea of some suggestions please, on how to contact your complaints/Customer Relations Team about a complaint I’ve submitted? Tried phoning, passed from pillar to post in the sub-continent, and getting nowhere. Two words: NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Never ever going with Virgin Media again. Internet has been down for nearly 24 hrs, and it's been down nearly everyday for at least 1-5 hours over the course of the last week or two.

@virginmedia customer service is something else. Phoned me to try and cancel our engineer visit because they have done some checks and all is fine apparently. When I asked them what they have fixed to stop video calls cutting off or games lagging, he just hung up

@PMurphy1978 Don't have any advice sorry, but I do have sympathy. Our Virgin Media hub is absolute garbage. Goes down at least 2-3 times a week, constantly have to restart it, and we lose internet on a regular basis.

@virginmedia Been on and off all day. None of these jssues have been noted in the service checker - which isn't unusual. Sure it'll all be sorted out before the consecutive 48 hour outage that qualifies me for compensation is up. Really useless. End of my contract can't come soon enough
