@virginmedia The up load speed keeps dropping out to zero resulting in loss of connection! Think engineers call that surging! We have had the same issue at our property before but according to your engineers was only us and they couldn't find fault!

@chateauxwindy @LadyCatHT @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom I now pay for a landline with @virginmedia because it would be more expensive to have broadband only 🤔 I have never used the landline, there is no phone plugged into it, no idea even what my number is.

@joelycett Used the text chat service of @virginmedia once. Response after 3 days waiting was to call their helpline. Only got through on the 4th attempt on the helpline, after first 3 attempts disconnected after an hour on hold. 😁😅

@virginmedia I did my maximum number of system checks yesterday and your operator did it too . Today when I first did there were problems identified and there are 2 ongoing issues with TV but no better and no information tonight

@virginmedia Please contact me ASAP about my complaint. I was driving when your advisor contacted me and wasn't able to talk. Yet again my broadband is incredibly slow. I dont pay for slow broadband, but it appears that you charge me for it nonetheless.

@virginmedia your service is diabolical litterly the worst I've ever came across! Your customer support is on par with the service! I've had poor Internet in Glasgow area now for over two weeks and there still no outage notification on your site! Bye virgin media

@virginmedia No again it's only when test is complete it tells you there a problem! When we call they say there is a problem but the service status for the area isn't updated with the problem or estimate fix time! The cust services have no idea what I'm talking about! Scripted calls!

@virginmedia OK all that being said, what do we get in return?? Because I assume we will still have to pay for it even though we have no Internet or TV for three days. Even if there is an outage as you say, this is a shambles and not fair on anyone who is with Virgin media

@virginmedia I suspect things will return to your usual exceptional standard of intermittent service and four hour download times for movies and a necessity for me to restart my hub every few days to try and get some form of basic service. Worth every penny of the £55 a month you charge. 👍🏻
