    @virginmedia We’ve been having issues. Especially with the on demand service or anything we record. Constantly asking us to test the connection. I’ve switched everything off and back on again. Including modem and still getting the same error.

    @iamalisonperry @virginmedia To be fair VM supply to your house, beyond that you are on your own. Boosters are probably the worst way as they half the signal each turn. We receive 200Mbps, and 3 floors or in the garden up we still have 200. Look at powerlines or mesh networks — best investment you’ll make.

    @virginmedia usually singing your praises however your safeguarding policy for customers who are older people needs refinement. Sales teams not speaking to customer service has caused me and my parent great upset. Please look into training for all your sales staff please.

    @virginmedia I’ve tried to speak with someone for weeks re issue with my email connection, your recordings provide a link to help online, but it is only suggestions of what might be wrong! I can’t access emails and now having bother with my WiFi. Customer service is shocking!!!!!

    @virginmedia That's the result from running the test after logging in from the link you sent me. Running the test from my router doesn't show up any problems. Logs at the times had No Ranging Response, SYNC timing Sync failure, RCS partial service, no unicast maintenance opportunities errors.

    @browntoby @virginmedia My wife works at a well known provider. The biggest discounts are available from ‘retentions’ i.e tell them you want to cancel and you can sometimes get over 1/3 off your bill.

    @virginmedia Oh and another thing, if a customer asks to speak to a manager or someone in charge it should be done. No excuses, we were refused to be put through to someone higher up when phoned last night. We'll be going to another provider that actually HELPS their customers

    @virginmedia Can't get through to anyone. Our discount has been stopped, so we're looking at all the new customer deals that BT and others are offering. We tried to get rid our landline before, told it wasn't possible and now there's an ad on the radio saying you don't need to have one.
