    @virginmedia Yeah, I’ve already done this. I had a guy sent out to take a look and he just left without fixing it. Mind I can’t use most of these support things cause I was never sent my customer number or contract information. This does also make it so I’m unable to cancel my contract @Ofcom

    @virginmedia Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Cut off twice. I only wanted to buy a new remote. Absolute shambles of a company. Disgraceful customer service.

    @virginmedia any chance you can contact me regarding my house phone which hasn’t worked for 7weeks. Have written to Sunderland and spoken to robots, and constantly get told to dial 151 which I can’t as house phone line is the problem!ty

    @O2 @virginmedia probably the worst mobile phone company to deal with. Customer service is a joke. Trying to resolve fraudulent activity on my account and no understanding. Abysmal. Please go anywhere else except them. Just cut me off now.

    Hi @virginmedia after 2 weeks of repeated calls and being promised a new remote ordered each time when it wasn’t, I finally reached a customer service agent called Maciej Betnat who took the time yesterday and today to help. He is great & I want to see that this is recognised. 👏🏻

    @MargMarvelous @virginmedia I know. Virgin is down in Glasgow but I still need a new hub as the reset button on mine is broken. I’ve been going in circles on the app and website for the best part of an hour. A simple email address would have resolved it in 5 minutes!

    @virginmedia There is no dial tone and I’ve tried another phone and line is still dead, so it must be the socket that is broken. I’m out now until 1230 if someone can arrange even a web chat as it’s almost 2 months without phone.. Ty

    @virginmedia Unfortunately no. I've spoken to multiple agents all day and an engineer is scheduled for tomorrow. If it isn't intermittent outage, it's a massive speed decrease (currently getting 50Mbps down/3Mbps up on a Gig1 line, usually 800Mbps down/55Mbps up)

    @virginmedia Hi, it's been like this since last Thursday. Our Tivo box is constantly flashing and apps don't work as we have no Internet probably. Internet not worked since then. Its a real issue as we need Internet to work.

    @NicolaG01 @virginmedia My experience of Virgin has always been they suffer from technical issues. Many is the time in the past I have called them, they have told me to do things at my end which I know will achieve nothing... and then it magically works!

    @vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness . Just "upgraded" to Voom 1 gig from 500. Speed slower than previously. Called technical .. they did some fault clearing and told me to reboot router, now I have no internet at all. Technical can't help reverse the error as they don't have full access .. unbelievable. Worst service ever. How can a technician make things worse and then tell me an engineer will be with me Monday ..

    @virginmedia since 1pm yesterday afternoon we have been told that the problem is being fixed. Every time the estimated time comes up you change it again. We have little to no information about what’s happening. Could you please advise on when. It will be corrected ?
