@virginmedia Fortunately, though unable to resolve the problem, the 4th person I spoke to didn’t feel the need to hang up on me or lie and has arranged an engineer visit for next week. All this after listening to the same hold music for a combined total of 83 minutes (3/3) 👍🏼

Yo @virginmedia I really, really need your UK based customer services to call me. This insufferable. Getting passed around the call centres and speaking to everyone who apparently can't help me. I'm gonna lose an entire week of work because of a virgin media mistake.
