I have 2 properties in the one block I requested one of them to be disconnected! VM disconnected both the tenant is now screaming at me as she works from home 😡😡

All was fine until I renewed my contract, they overcharged me for services agreed and I even had it in black and white on a contract from them, multiple phone calls to India with no resolution.
