Virgin media is the WORST company to have WiFi with oh my god, use my 4g more than I use their WiFi bc it’s doesn’t work half the time 🥴

@virginmedia As with many in West Central Scotland, my Internet is down. I have tried turning the router on and off shark, but to no avail. What's bothering me most is that Virgin Media are refusing to acknowledge what must be a huge outage. I'm in the PA2 area.

@virginmedia Oh yes. A couple of times. The two line (let's not call it sentences) response I got was: Compensation offered Technical support offered £20 compensation which I have had offered 3 times. Taken before but didn't bother again. After 9 months you want it fixed. £20 is a fob off.

@Rockchic65 @Seons_Le @virginmedia Indeed I'm so sick of mine going on and off or trying to watch something online yet says internet speed too low well it shouldn't be I pay for the fastest speed they have and never get even halfway up to the highest speeds and if you call them they say its somehow ur fault?!?!
