@virginmedia How can I phone 151 when my phone line isn’t working! And yes, I’ve dialled the 0345 number on many occasions yet still can’t speak to anyone!!no doubt I will hear from you when I cancel my direct debit and move to another supplier!

Keep seeing these adverts for @virginmedia for stream. I can't get a signal if I am more than 6 feet away from the router and the signal booster they sent out is useless won't be bothering with their new service as tge service I have now is rubbish

@virginmedia moved house, you don't service the new area so we had to cancel and were told they'd not be a cancellation fee, not only did you send a final bill with a fee, you're also trying to charge £100 for no return for equipment you collected! Shame on you

. @virginmedia my super hub 2 has all blue lights, the check mark and the arrows are both flashing- but still blue. I have done a factory reset and all websites are saying it should be working fine but the internet is still not working.
