Gotta laugh. My @virginmedia home phone is not working yet they want me to call on my virgin media phone to resolve fault. I am NOT paying over inflated charges from another line to fix my landline

@chateauxwindy @LadyCatHT @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom I now pay for a landline with @virginmedia because it would be more expensive to have broadband only 🤔 I have never used the landline, there is no phone plugged into it, no idea even what my number is.

@virginmedia Please contact me ASAP about my complaint. I was driving when your advisor contacted me and wasn't able to talk. Yet again my broadband is incredibly slow. I dont pay for slow broadband, but it appears that you charge me for it nonetheless.

When you get in from work late and just want to catch up on @Stranger_Things and can’t because, for the umpteenth time @virginmedia is down in PA1. Seems routinely to have problems after midnight yet they never admit to any issues. 💩

@virginmedia I did my maximum number of system checks yesterday and your operator did it too . Today when I first did there were problems identified and there are 2 ongoing issues with TV but no better and no information tonight

@virginmedia Yes. WiFi keeps disabling itself and particularly on phones it's doing this and running very slow. Ran a WiFi speed checker and tried restarting the modem many times

@virginmedia It's literally only affecting phones now and was on off with laptops. Laptops have been fine for a day, signal is still there from furtheest point of house, just constantly disabling.

@virginmedia No, it was cheaper as i was committing to 18 months, from out of contract. First team offered me £31 p/m, mentioning I’ve been with VM for 9 years. Transfers me to process, and they offered me £45 As best offer 😡 after being on the call for 60m, i just accepted to close issue!

@virginmedia why for the past 7-14 days am I getting freezing pictures on every channel, reboot the v6 box which does nothing also seems to be after you have "upgraded" the network in our area. your customer service is shocking as you can't get through to anyone. any ideas???1/2

@virginmedia Any issues in the PL3 area? Service status says no, but lost Internet connection 15 hlurs ago (again). Superhub is up and running (green lights) and all it says is Internet (access denied). This is the third time in about a week.

@virginmedia I’ve been waiting almost waiting almost 3hrs to get internet. The customer service team weren’t helpful and instead jumped to getting a technician instead. I just want to finish my dissertation 🙄. Now I’ve missed the 5pm deadline. I’ve been waiting for this for over a week now…
