    Gotta laugh. My @virginmedia home phone is not working yet they want me to call on my virgin media phone to resolve fault. I am NOT paying over inflated charges from another line to fix my landline

    @virginmedia Yes. WiFi keeps disabling itself and particularly on phones it's doing this and running very slow. Ran a WiFi speed checker and tried restarting the modem many times

    @virginmedia It's literally only affecting phones now and was on off with laptops. Laptops have been fine for a day, signal is still there from furtheest point of house, just constantly disabling.

    When you get in from work late and just want to catch up on @Stranger_Things and can’t because, for the umpteenth time @virginmedia is down in PA1. Seems routinely to have problems after midnight yet they never admit to any issues. 💩

    @virginmedia I did my maximum number of system checks yesterday and your operator did it too . Today when I first did there were problems identified and there are 2 ongoing issues with TV but no better and no information tonight

    @virginmedia Please contact me ASAP about my complaint. I was driving when your advisor contacted me and wasn't able to talk. Yet again my broadband is incredibly slow. I dont pay for slow broadband, but it appears that you charge me for it nonetheless.

    @chateauxwindy @LadyCatHT @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom I now pay for a landline with @virginmedia because it would be more expensive to have broadband only 🤔 I have never used the landline, there is no phone plugged into it, no idea even what my number is.

    @virginmedia Hello. Since Virgin Mobile is temporarily using the Vodafone network (and in the future 02), are you currently supporting “Merging calls”? When you piggybacked on EE this was not possible as EE dropped the feature. Thanks

    @virginmedia Its WiFi, I checked the service checker it said there were no issues in my area. It said there were tv issues which they were fixing, I assume that’s why there were 2 vans and they’ve turned off the WiFi when fixing it. Not acceptable with no warning and it’s not the first time

    @virginmedia It's now 1pm and no message for a webchat (and no preinstall team visit). I will be calling customer services shortly to cancel my order. You must be seeing exponential customer growth to actually not care about timely customer services.

    @virginmedia If only it was just long call times. I can never get though unless your trying to upsell me then you harass me non stop. Also I have to plug directly into my computers otherwise the Internet doesn’t work this has been an ongoing problem/three years yet you want 2charge me more?

    @virginmedia our Internet both wired and wireless has been dropping in and out since yesterday morning. Rebooted hub and tested everything. Virgin status claims issue with TV only and broadband is fine. Any suggestions or updates you end? DA1 area

    @virginmedia I've also just had sales trying to upgrade me to a gig for an extra £6/mth but as I explained to them. I'm not paying more money for a faster service when this one is currently intermittent and @CityFibre are installing throughout Swindon
