    @virginmedia It's not an area issue; you prematurely closed my account on the wrong date as I'm moving house and the team members handling the cancellation put the wrong date in. I phoned customer service yesterday morning and was able to be reconnected, it's fixed now.

    @virginmedia customer service and faults department, customer service is absolutely atrocious. 1 month ago I called up and took off sports. Today I wake up to no sports and NO kids. 1.30 mins on the phone and still not resolved! Told im on a different package, I don’t have Kids!

    @virginmedia Yes…but not until the early hours! Not sure why your engineers said the issue was fixed at 21:48 when it clearly wasn’t! Can you look at why F009388398 was set to ‘Resolved’ at 21:48 and when it was actually restored, as quite frankly that is poor service on Virgin Media’s part!

    @virginmedia I think the ref was supposed to be sent to me but nothing arrived. Perhaps it was sent to the email address that's not working. My experience of calling is generally not good, taking a lot of time. I'd prefer messaging so I'm not just having to stay on the phone for ages.

    Having problems with @virginmedia for months now! They know about the network issue yet won't reduce my bill, all they say is it will get compensated as per @Ofcom when the issue is resolved, act a bunch of fraudsters, how many users don't know there is a network problem?
