@virginmedia Yeah, I’ve already done this. I had a guy sent out to take a look and he just left without fixing it. Mind I can’t use most of these support things cause I was never sent my customer number or contract information. This does also make it so I’m unable to cancel my contract @Ofcom

@MrROKinROK @dom_lucre You could be right but there are still people who think Richard Branson owns Virgin Media still or that Bill Gates will solve all of their Microsoft issues.

  • kingoftheshed
    Paul Parkin (@kingoftheshed) reported

@virginmedia And once again it goes down just I’m about to watch the boxing. Sort it or I’m putting in a formal complaint.

@virginmedia I have messaged you team online, replied to their emails and tried calling. But your team told me my package wouldn't change as I moved home then have sent me a contract for 4x as much and then decided to not pass security with me to fix. It's an evil scam

  • olddiesel
    EUGENE #igiveafHck (@olddiesel) reported

Point 2) The big issue is that protesters want Govt to help them on fuel costs. Because they say they can't afford to keep paying this fuel cost going forward...... Edel a coach operator was on a Virgin Media news clip. She was saying she can't pass the cost on to customers

  • AlloquiStrix
    Alloqui Strix (@AlloquiStrix) reported

@virginmedia Perhaps, but not 1 day then 7 days between updates on the same day & within minutes. If this was a water outage for this length of time there would be water tankers delivering water to houses - why are you not providing us with mobile data during this extended SNAFU.

  • AaronHudsonUK
    Aaron Hudson (@AaronHudsonUK) reported

@virginmedia @TelfordMemories Mine went down last night and despite it coming back on today the speed right now is 146mbps when I pay for a gig.

  • formerprisoner_
    Reformed Prisoner (@formerprisoner_) reported

. @virginmedia are the most useless, care-less, let down of a company in existence. If you are considering going with them for broadband. Please don’t. Their technicians do half a job, cancel a thousand times and their customer support is outsourced to some foreign country.

  • philbreadin
    Phil (@philbreadin) reported

@virginmedia how come my bill has jumped from £55 to £72 mid contract? I understand it's April and a small price increase is expected but £17 is taking the mick. With the issues I've had lately @sky is looking more tempting.
