@taff_owst @Twitch @KCOMcare ah. load on the exchange (assuming you're on adsl?) or your isp throttling your downstream bandwidth then 🤔 I know virginmedia were/are doing this once you pass 1gb down, albeit there should still be sufficient headroom to watch streaming with no issues 🤔 bizarre!

One of the worst decisions @virginmedia has taken to set up their customer service center in India. To date, im yet to get a good service. You think there would be professionalism when they say they do something, but so far, I've just had liars on the other end.

Going through the usual farce with @virginmedia now my broadband contract has ended. Taking hours to speak to anyone on the chat, then getting terrible offers that are far more expensive than published "new customer" deals. How exactly do they expect to keep you doing that?!
