@virginmedia Engineer coming but 2 days too late. If not fixed tomorrow we are leaving. You should have been all over this. Call centre cut us off. Engineer gave us his number but couldn’t fix. No signal apart from part of downstairs and room above room where router is. Shocking!

A new @virginmedia customer since Wednesday and still having problems but customer service hung up and when called back to say visit not till Tuesday. Going back to BskyB as soon as get to speak to Virgin again. Dreadful CX!!

@virginmedia as a 25 year plus customer I’m shocked by your behaviour. I got £4.50 increase notified mid jan and called virgin. I was given automated option that said no increase (your system). Now virgin say no record and have introduced increase 😡. Shameful

Time to go to @ofcom regarding @virginmedia . Got a deal then they put a price increase in. This never happened before when agreeing a price for a contract term. I will escalate this.

Fun games with the (new?) @virginmedia sms support channel. 3 days, several different threads of people to answer a query later and it drops it completely. Times like this I wish the BT line wasn’t damp string so I’d at least have a choice.

@virginmedia I was on the phone to your customer services to check why my booster had not arrived at the click and collect address I was given. I was told the booster are now not going to be available till the end of January. So I have to experience more wifi issues

@virginmedia Wow this is just terrible. Called for an hour, best advice a computerised person could give me was to restart my hub (which I already tried) then hung up giving me a link to FAQs! The app your colleague gave me to try didn't work. So what next? It really shouldn't be this hard

@virginmedia Have run the test and no problem found. The connection is also via cable so it is not the WiFi that's the problem either
