@virginmedia There is no dial tone and I’ve tried another phone and line is still dead, so it must be the socket that is broken. I’m out now until 1230 if someone can arrange even a web chat as it’s almost 2 months without phone.. Ty

@virginmedia Instead of silly twitter replies , when you know there is a big outage why don't you publish it on the website ? Have a message on the phone line also , would solve a lot of problems . Your phone lines were overwhelmed yet that could have been prevented .

Tired of paying for multiple subscriptions like Sky, BT Sport, Virgin Media, Now TV, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Apple TV+? I have got the solution. This IPTV @8K_Best_IPTV53 offers: • 300,000+ live channels • 65,000+ VODs • PPV events • Netflix • 78,000+ movies

  • O_E_W
    Our Electric World (@O_E_W) reported

@TheEvEngineer @gigaclear @MartinSLewis I used to get the same with Virgin Media when it was our only option. Simple solution is to swap and change to the cheaper deals. I got an Orbi mesh router a while back. It should help simplify our next swap as it keeps the same network name whatever company we’re with.

  • ExpanseCon
    Expanse Consulting Ltd (@ExpanseCon) reported

@MikeScheider_ Not a vodafone issue. Looks like a core switch failure, optical cross-connect fault or other fault inside one of the central carrier-neutral hubs. It has dropped interconnection across multiple fixed ISPs (Virgin Media, Eir, Siro, NBI) simultaneously.

  • Graelwyn
    Pure Hearted Human (@Graelwyn) reported

@GoonerJo2201 @virginmedia It doesn't matter much now. As I intend to take my life as what virgin media don't know. Is that my mother and father abused me most of my life. And maybe since I never got her unconditional love as she loved only through money. I wanted to use the only thing she gives me now. Since she wouldn't call virgin to explain. As she cares more about my brother's partner's mother having cancer. Than that I may have cancer. So virgin media get their payments. And I have finally given up. That is all.

  • BirchillsBoy
    BirchillsBoy (@BirchillsBoy) reported

It's later this month I can put my notice in with Virgin Media. £40 a month for just broadband is too much. Speed is fast and the service has been good, but I am now running a 5G router alongside from Three at £11 a month rising to £22 next year. Similar speeds. Financial decision.
