    @virginmedia I have been using your service checker for 4 hours, it still shows no outage however people on twitter in a 20 mile square radius are telling you the service is down, so update your webpage, ps phones arent working either hence why you arent inindated with complaints

    @virginmedia Hi. This will be my first time cancelling a mobile contract. I have seen a contract for less then I'm paying with more GB. It says on my account that my 'next upgrade' is 21st September 2021. Should I cancel the 21st or cancel on the 'start date' 22nd Sept please?

    @virginmedia just spoke to a lovely guy on the phone. However, I don’t understand how you can justify charging £40 + for a deal that is £32 online for a new customer. I’ve been with you 20 + years, nothing needs doing to the account. It’s already set up. No point being loyal?
