    It seems I made a good call using the OVO priority link this morning and not one through virgin media. Joined a virtual queue of around 12,000 that took half hour and although would like to have been lower down at the gig, I can’t have many complaints. #peterkay

    @virginmedia Perhaps if you read my messages? 1st message said I don't have a land line. 0345 is 30p a minute on O2 PAYG (your merger partner) This is a sign of customer service to come. I will cancel before my connection date. Thanks for confirming my fears about virgin.

    @virginmedia is a complete and utter joke in Glasgow. Apparently there is a fault and won’t be resolved until January 5th. On Twitter, they redirect us to the service status page, which is “experience some problems” and we can’t check service status. Compensation is in order.

    Hey @virginmedia, can you help please? I’ve never plugged a landline phone to my router since becoming a customer. (I never needed one til now). So I just took the voip/landline adapter out the box and it’s broken. How do I get a new one so that I can plug in a landline? Thanks.

    @virginmedia We have an old victorian house need 3 boosters after discussion with an engineer previously. We just needed new updated ones. Your customer service agent has told us we need to phone to order each one individually ans also they cannot deal with more than 2 questions

    @virginmedia are a complete joke. Raised a complaint 3 weeks ago after being mis-sold a home move 'upgrade'. Phone yesterday and was told I'd have a manager call me be back. No call has happened. Called today and hung up on twice. Great customer service guys, keep it up 😡😡
