    @virginmedia Separate booking. Engineer changed all the wires and should of worked and said box was fine. Still not working today and received a message saying they’ll come Monday. But they had a cancellation Saturday (which was us). They’re being very useless and we are extremely unhappy.

    @Hammer11Run @virginmedia Mate I know exactly what you mean. The way Virgin media operates is absolutely disgusting!!! Every time I call about an ongoing complaint I find that the customer service team doesn't have a clue! Such a fragmented company which doesn't communicate...ironic!!

    @virginmedia Was told it was my hub, have been sent new, still no service, I called up and told there is an outage in the area. So from 9th engineer booked, on 10th issue in area, on 15th text to say fixed, yesterday called to be told it’s the hub, today area issue again, it is a joke.
