    @virginmedia Just spent 90 min on the phone technician took 20 min to fix internet signal so will see how long that lasts he was very helpful then put me through to get a better deal on my package and was on hold for 70 min unbelievable and still no answer time to move on 😡

    @virginmedia I did my maximum number of system checks yesterday and your operator did it too . Today when I first did there were problems identified and there are 2 ongoing issues with TV but no better and no information tonight

    @joelycett Used the text chat service of @virginmedia once. Response after 3 days waiting was to call their helpline. Only got through on the 4th attempt on the helpline, after first 3 attempts disconnected after an hour on hold. 😁😅

    @chateauxwindy @LadyCatHT @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom I now pay for a landline with @virginmedia because it would be more expensive to have broadband only 🤔 I have never used the landline, there is no phone plugged into it, no idea even what my number is.

    @virginmedia again has suspended my services - 2 days in a row now! Called the help line only to to be transferred and cut off with no resolution. Called back and the lines are now closed. No other way to resolve the issue. So annoyed!

    @virginmedia @nosleep2023 1/2 New customer, broadband self setup kit supposed to be here at 13:45. Waited in all day. Today was the only free day I had to set this up. Asked #yodel at 3pm if it was still coming. Give it till 6 pm, they said then. Went back at 6pm all helpline closed till Tue very sneaky.

    @SKYbroadbandPH @virginmedia been a virgin media customer for many years and after some technical issues and appalling customer service where they refused to let me cancel I’ve now gone to sky. Sky have been brilliant and so helpful. Like chalk and cheese
