I’ve been going in circles on the app and website for the best part of an hour. A simple email address would have resolved it in 5 minutes!

There is no way to communicate with anyone and yet, strangely enough, you still charge me for a service which only works intermittently.

Mind I can’t use most of these support things cause I was never sent my customer number or contract information. This does also make it so I’m unable to cancel my contract @Ofcom
