@virginmedia Broadband and TV been down in Balloch G83 since early hours of this morning neither are up and running. Only work I can do is by tethering my phone to the computer killing my own data allowance. Any idea of timelines and how major a fault this is please ?

@virginmedia Take it from someone thats been with @virginmedia for a few yrs now, don't sign with them, constant issues with service with it completely dropping out, next to no customer service and they are about to raise prices again, ill be moving away in a month or 2 when the contract ends
