Complaint raised with @virginmedia on the 17th of December when my bill was produced (for more than double what it should be) and still haven’t heard anything yet they managed to take the incorrect payment. Shocking service.

@virginmedia Yes there was a refund put through on Monday to clear it as it was your error charging him for full price when he had a deal! It shouldn’t take 4 days to push a button. I’m going to make another complaint. The upset your company has caused it ridiculous.

@virginmedia Not sure. Spoke to an advisor but have very little faith that the issue is resolved. No confirmation in regards to the compliant and no apology offered. Asked to speak to a manager and was told this wasn’t possible.

@virginmedia He has been cut off because of an outstanding payment which he does not owe and should have been removed. I’ve had to phone so many times and it hasn’t been fixed. I was told there would be no more issues now he’s been cut off!!!

3rd month I’ve had a apology from @virginmedia over the same issue with a promise it’s been rectified, except this month comes with the lie “we were unable to contact you to discuss” (it may help if you tried...) I’ll believe it when I see it and I’m guessing that’ll be never
