    @virginmedia Hopeless customer service. All you had to tell me was yes or not if it was virgins fault in my area. But then again your just a call centre and hopeless.

    @virginmedia phoned to cancel but got told it was a 45 minute wait and to call back at quieter time which is Saturday as they don’t offer call backs - gave up when I was transferred to 5 different departments - is this a joke #stressed

    @virginmedia my wife appears to be burning through her mobile data at an incredible rate, looking at her recent bill,huge amounts of data in the early hours of the morning despite being connected to WiFi. 6gb of data in less than a week, clearly that can’t be right. Help'

    @virginmedia Therein lies part of your issue. Contact centre customer service non-existent. No accountability. Empathy zero and telephony platform not fit for purpose @richardbranson I look forward to a resolution as per an email now received. Confidence low unfortunately.

    @virginmedia No t.v or internet, V6 box gives error code C233 even though it says its connected to my wifi with a signal strength of 100%. Wifi light is solid green on the hub and stasis bar flashing green, any suggestions, tried rebooting both already

    @virginmedia Wow , Virgin, just off the phone on 789, I’m astounded at what I was told , she said even if I’m connected to WiFi I still use my mobile monthly data, Jesus wept, I don’t know what to say about that , who can I speak too , I need help urgently.

    @virginmedia Been off since this morning, didn’t think much of it until tonight. Been off since about 8.30, not fussed much channels and that are still on just no internet, neighbours have same problem

    @virginmedia had an absolutely waste of time phone call with Jay from your customer service today. Been with yourselves for 9 years and he was not prepared to assist me in the slightest to try and work out a better deal. Clearly customer loyalty means nothing to you.

    @virginmedia I don’t want to leave been a customer of Virgin media for 30 years, and I’m told my monthly data allowance is used when I connected to WiFi, customer service on 789 was insisting that was the the case , and on web chat exactly the same. What am I meant to do when nobody can help

    @virginmedia The fault originally was March. Engineer was supposed to come. She's a new customer too. She can't call you or use internet as its not working. She will be leaving soon and go to my supplier @skytv.
