Virgin Media Issues Reports

-
British and annoyed (@_J_8_7_) reported@trapdoor456 @virginmedia Definately going to look into them now. Worst part about Virgin is the inconsistent price rises as soon as the contract is up. Had to leave them and join as a new customer pretty much every year just to nearly half the monthly payment. ******* ridiculous.
-
A.Brown (@_DundeePerfect_) reported@robhinds @virginmedia I have never been told I need anything other than broadband.... even if do decide to have a home phone that now plugs right in to the router.
-
Sani Yusuf (@saniyusuf) reported@virginmedia Internet not working and router too
-
Dav (@davettoo) reported@DeviateDefiant @virginmedia @MoneySupermkt Yeah imagine getting shafted for being a loyal customer

Jessica Simpson 😺🐶🐾 (@Jess_Simpson645) reportedTo @virginmedia- Many thanks to your Technician who came out today following the outage in my area. Although I was back online by this time he checked over all the equipment and settings, and also discovered that the router needed changing-which he did - very polite and efficient man. I don’t use my real name on here for safety and security reasons, but if you want to send me a DM, I will let you know.
-
Mr chappers (@littlechappers) reported@virginmedia unfortunately I'm leaving you because of the cost of the service was going up to £69 per month but a new customer can get the same package for £24 per month, my disconnection was yesterday Mon 20th July but you still haven't switched it off .
-
Alan Roberts (@AlanRob68902430) reported@virginmedia @RA0307J your scammers everyone has seen how you operate and where find for those practises how many peoples credit file did you irrevocable damage for late payment of a phone bill?, I've been a virgin media customer since its inception as " Blue yonder" I have just terminated my contract and put here in text " come collect your router" I'm disabled and won't be going anywhere to post it back to you take this as LEGAL NOTICE of the same, now I've moved fully to @EE unlimited tarrif and using my s26 ultra as my hotspot currently have a film on TV and using my tablet via said hotspot, virgin scammers are finished.

Alexander Dumas 🏴 (@Alexand68647317) reported@DeviateDefiant @virginmedia @MoneySupermkt I had a very similar experience with them. They are only interested in new customers and not retaining the ones they already have. I left, pay a fraction of what I used to, and will never do business with them again. Great business model for going bust.
