@virginmedia Broadband and TV been down in Balloch G83 since early hours of this morning neither are up and running. Only work I can do is by tethering my phone to the computer killing my own data allowance. Any idea of timelines and how major a fault this is please ?

@virginmedia Yes it said there was an issue and a technician would fix it at 3 separate times yesterday and it’s still not fixed today. This happens a lot yet we still pay our full bill, it’s not ideal.

@riddmj @virginmedia I’ve also tried making a complaint online and it won’t send that either so you can’t do anything online or on the phone so if you cut people of what you going to do then just apologise. Because it’s not fair if you do actually do that.
