  • gbradford67 Gordon Bradford (@gbradford67) reported from Brookfield, Scotland

@virginmedia Broadband once again running at 50% bandwidth, at most. Not funny with parents working from home plus 2 teenagers doing home learning. Should I now just pay half my bill for half the service?

  • AmandaM2282 AmandaM2282 (@AmandaM2282) reported from Alexandria, Scotland

@virginmedia Long story short I was told information that was not correct claimed my money back after being advised to do so the money then has been added back on to my next bill and after endless chats emails complaint forms promises of a call back I’m still waiting to get this resolved

  • cocobrown1973 Coco Brown (@cocobrown1973) reported from Dumbarton, Scotland

@virginmedia Yeah I got it sorted however 1hr on a phone line at 30p per minute is not cheap taking a full hour to sort something that is simple is very poor customer service especially for loyal customers

  • robbo_1962 Peter Robinson (@robbo_1962) reported from Dumbarton, Scotland

@virginmedia I’ve done all that and it always says “no issues” but often when you get through on the phone you’re told there are and engineers are working on it. I’m just fed up of having to go through all the tests and restarts every time I want to record something or watch catch-up tv

  • AmandaM2282 AmandaM2282 (@AmandaM2282) reported from Alexandria, Scotland

@virginmedia I was advised to apply for the indemnity off a supervisor no one said it would be added on at a later date and the whole reason it happened was because an advisor on the chat told me I would have no charges to pay in feb this is my problem too much Erin info and no one fixing it

  • mickfiftyfive Mike (@mickfiftyfive) reported from Dumbarton, Scotland

@virginmedia So channel's 1-5 are back up but all other channel's are still showing error cod (v53), whats the issue @virginmedia ???

  • sarahhyndman Sarah Hyndman (@sarahhyndman) reported

@vmbusiness @vmbusinesshelp I’ve sent a message, I just want the internet I pay for to work so I can run my business. Being down for a day is understandable but this is now a week and a half.

  • olivermccrudden Oli McCrudden (@olivermccrudden) reported

@virginmedia I have lodges an official complaint. Nothing has been done in over a month except payments being taken. Customer service lines are impossible to get answered on. Promises for Managers to call back go unfulfilled. You are stealing my money.

  • Faedrun Fieran (@Faedrun) reported

@virginmedia At the moment it seems fine, but thats hardly the point. The frequent outages, as can be seen just by searching for Virgin Media on twitter, or looking at Down Detecter, have been out of hand lately. Last night around midnight, it went out for hundreds of people, no warning.

  • AlanJBradley Alan Bradley (@AlanJBradley) reported

@virginmedia Yes a complaint was raised although 3 hours on a call and then 30 days to respond…let’s say it doesn’t strike me as @virginmedia being Customer focused. Left wondering if this was a regretful drunken first date…perhaps we just aren’t a match…but it’s definitely you, not me 😞

  • chromaphotog Chris Hopkinson (@chromaphotog) reported

@virginmedia my internet is painfully slow, and is almost stopping my work today. Any idea why? Internet speed test 015102050100+ 0.46 Megabits per second Testing upload… 3.31 Mbps download 0.46 Mbps upload Latency: 26 ms Server: London Your Internet connection is slow.

  • MiladAhmed3 〽️🇵🇸 (@MiladAhmed3) reported

@virginmedia Still crap, what's going on? What's the issue.

  • AlmostYeti YETI (@AlmostYeti) reported

@virginmedia Yet again I'm unable to stream, which is my livelihood, you provide a service that is a fraction of what i pay for! should i bill you for the day?

  • danlisterx ChronoaX (@danlisterx) reported

@virginmedia Normally ok up until midnight each day this week, when suddenly the service disappears, Internet down, website down, have to check through the many tweets to see its not just me, and looking at downdetector shows thousands of reports. Whats going on? We had no info on this at all

  • LIVED_TV LIV-ED TV (@LIVED_TV) reported

@virginmedia Never seems to be any issues during day only from 11.50pm at night disconnects laptop and ps5 but light on hub remains white do updates drop around then or something

  • ishmvm IC3 🇵🇸🕊 (@ishmvm) reported

@virginmedia We dont have any wired connectors, to be honest the itv hub may just be a coincidence but we still have the issue of it cutting out constantly at night time
