@virginmedia I’m paying for 200mbps and sometimes I achieve that, like now, but I still can’t watch @BBCiPlayer without constant buffering. This “local” issue was supposed to be sorted. Seriously considering other options to watch @BBCMOTD

@virginmedia Hi, yesterday we restarted our modem, ever since only half the devices in the house have wifi... half of them cant even find our network anymore, ranging from phones to smart TVs... can I please have some assistance as to why this has happened?

@virginmedia I’ve done all that and it always says “no issues” but often when you get through on the phone you’re told there are and engineers are working on it. I’m just fed up of having to go through all the tests and restarts every time I want to record something or watch catch-up tv

@mcneill_craig @virginmedia They don't make live chat easy to find for existing customers. If you are a new customer browsing packages it's there. But minute you log in to VM online the function vanishes into thin air

@michaelt1967 @virginmedia We gave up, constant hassle with poor virgin wifi... fitted Nest wifi and turned our virgin Hub to Modem mode. Everything is brilliant now.

@virginmedia after 4 weeks of trying and hours wasted eventually got through to a human. After problem analysis he announced “our systems are down, please call back after 4 hours”,I asked him to call me back,our system cant do that,really? Worst customer service - bye Virgin. 👋

@virginmedia Called virgin to book for a phone socket to be moved 5ft, told it’s £99. Outrage as I was a paying client ( bt don’t charge). Put thorough to another dept, put the phone down, called again, explained again, i wanted to leave, was told to bugger off at the end.

@virginmedia It’s not that but speaking to the neighbours this morning they are having the same issues however your saying their is no fault in the area but clearly their is… not being funny but you should be sending someone out to the area when their is an issue
