    @virginmedia Wow , Virgin, just off the phone on 789, I’m astounded at what I was told , she said even if I’m connected to WiFi I still use my mobile monthly data, Jesus wept, I don’t know what to say about that , who can I speak too , I need help urgently.

    @virginmedia phoned to cancel but got told it was a 45 minute wait and to call back at quieter time which is Saturday as they don’t offer call backs - gave up when I was transferred to 5 different departments - is this a joke #stressed

    @virginmedia 18.40. I got a text saying service was fixed and if I was still having issues to switch it off for 30 minutes, I left it off for 45.

    @virginmedia I don’t want to leave been a customer of Virgin media for 30 years, and I’m told my monthly data allowance is used when I connected to WiFi, customer service on 789 was insisting that was the the case , and on web chat exactly the same. What am I meant to do when nobody can help

    @virginmedia No t.v or internet, V6 box gives error code C233 even though it says its connected to my wifi with a signal strength of 100%. Wifi light is solid green on the hub and stasis bar flashing green, any suggestions, tried rebooting both already

    @virginmedia my wife appears to be burning through her mobile data at an incredible rate, looking at her recent bill,huge amounts of data in the early hours of the morning despite being connected to WiFi. 6gb of data in less than a week, clearly that can’t be right. Help'

We left Sky to go with them and they have over-charged us by nearly £100 and still no sign of the Netflix account we were supposed to get as part of the deal two months on.     @virginmedia not sure how You can put up peoples bills by £49.00 a month without Warning. No emails, No letter. I was given a contract phone which we have never used and I made this clear on the phone saying it wouldn’t be used but was told just to “take” it for extra discount.

    @virginmedia virgin media find it acceptable to put a block on a property from a previous Tennant but when a new Tennant moves in and applies that it gets declined everytime, this is discrimination, if this doesn't get sorted I will be contacting ofcom because I've had no help
