    I can see @virginmedia have put a £9.25 BT Sport discount on my May bill. They never told me about it. Their service centres are extremely poor right now at least sky give you the option to cancel the sport channels.

    Currently trying to work from home and @SkyHelpTeam broadband has been down since the weekend. Called and they said there’s no known issues, yet the issue I have is I STILL can’t get connected. A switch to @virginmedia might be in order

    @iamalisonperry @virginmedia To be fair VM supply to your house, beyond that you are on your own. Boosters are probably the worst way as they half the signal each turn. We receive 200Mbps, and 3 floors or in the garden up we still have 200. Look at powerlines or mesh networks — best investment you’ll make.

    @virginmedia That's the result from running the test after logging in from the link you sent me. Running the test from my router doesn't show up any problems. Logs at the times had No Ranging Response, SYNC timing Sync failure, RCS partial service, no unicast maintenance opportunities errors.

    @gawuffy @virginmedia Annoyingly I get no mobile coverage in my flat, I have to stand near the window to do anything and there is only a weak 2G, sometimes 4G signal - so I can't use phone for internet alternative.

    @virginmedia my box is not receiving signal. It has power but internet connection not working and ive no tv. Guy spent 30 mins on phone trying to fix it. Not good enough!

    @virginmedia I’ve spoke to your bereavement team and also the cancellation team. I didn’t get anywhere and they couldn’t offer me the same package and price a new customer would pay 😞😡 I can’t afford to pay for my services at all!

    @virginmedia are you actually having a laugh? Waited 3 hours on chat for someone to respond, they took 20 minutes to go through security and then went 'Oh it's the end of my shift now, I'm putting you back in the queue.' What kind of customer service is that?!

    Never use @Brightstar or @virginmedia again they push you into upgrading your phone and trading in your old phone only then to be told its not worth what they already told you and won't give you the money they quoted you! The phone was fine when posted only they tell u its not
