    @virginmedia I phoned up on the 15th of September and said I wanted my contract stopped after it ends, which is tomorrow. How is that not cancelling?! I was told I would need to call on the 9th or 10th to cancel my contract, so I phoned today. I'm guessing the calls are all recorded?!

    @virginmedia The agent over the phone checked with the support team, who advised that because the notes apparently say I didn't ask for a disconnection (I did) then the 30 days has to start from today. I am not paying up to the 9th of November as after Monday I will not be using the service.

    Mum and Stepdad (both in their 70s) lost their TV service yesterday and they phoned @virginmedia and they said the estimated fix date was the 5th of Jan. This is ridiculous!

    @virginmedia reached to fault team they have recalibrated the Hub and have confirmed an intermittent issue in the area. After recalibration and reset the download speed is fine bu upload speed has gone down drastically..its varying 1-6 Mbps whereas it was 19-20 Mbps always

    @virginmedia Estimated fix date is now 5th January 23. I'm absolutely gutted with this. 13 days when we're all home. Not internet. NO TV service. No phone line. No guarantee of compensation, as last time I was without service for 6 days straight VM didn't have it noted on system.

    I never had the issues with Talk Talk that I am having since switching to Virgin media two weeks ago. The wifi connection to my tv keeps randomly dropping then takes ages to reconnect.

    @virginmedia they have advised it could be because of that intermittent issue in the are and have asked to keep under monitoring for 24 - 72 hours. The case number is 13588752.

    @virginmedia I rang 3 times since 20th and they made a note that it is urgent, yesterday. I can't cancel as have given puk details to transfer son's phone number. Such a shame with all the business I do with virgin.
