    @tyrantshelp @virginmedia Worst comes to worst I can use tethering for work in the morning but I like to keep this phone in another room to avoid distraction and tenement building walls don’t really let that work

    @virginmedia I’m glad you have plenty of time for social media posts! The service you provide is a shambles! You have zero communication as most of the call handlers can barely understand a word people say Worldwide pandemic and you charge me more with no way of contacting you, parasites

    @riddmj @virginmedia I’ve also tried making a complaint online and it won’t send that either so you can’t do anything online or on the phone so if you cut people of what you going to do then just apologise. Because it’s not fair if you do actually do that.

    @JayJvvy @virginmedia I went out and fixed it myself 2 days on phone I had, had enough, I moved home connected my hub and fixed it from the outside and I have to pay £20 virgin should be paying me. Not everyone is fortunate that they can fix it themselves feel sorry for them

    @virginmedia good evening, been battling with intermittent connectivity issues on your fibre broadband last 2 months. Have called your technical team before who just make you do the old school reboot which hasn't helped. Not quite sure why i am paying for a service not working

    @virginmedia checking my account it still says no ongoing issues on the page to keep track of my complaint. This is the second complaint I've had to open since November. The first got closed without contacting me as well. Is virgin purposefully closing and hiding my complaints?

    @virginmedia Having lots of issues with your broadband, for weeks it’s been dropping out. There is a known problem in my post code and your customer service has been awful. 45 mins on the phone & got put through to O2! I want to cancel!
