@richardbranson Mr Branson, I pay for your virgin media services every month without fail, twice this month I have been without tv and wifi for more than 6hrs, this year alone it has went down on more than 3 occasions sort your company out, your quick to take the money from us

@virginmedia No because I've been told on a recorded message there is a issue if the screen is displaying (V53) in the middle of @BGT results aswell the 3rd time in 2months this has happened!!

@virginmedia As with many in West Central Scotland, my Internet is down. I have tried turning the router on and off shark, but to no avail. What's bothering me most is that Virgin Media are refusing to acknowledge what must be a huge outage. I'm in the PA2 area.
