    @virginmedia this has got to be THE WORST service in the whole world. Been a virgin customer for years and years then when you bill goes up and you phone you get a good deal... promised a deal. Sitting all day waiting for instalment to phone to be told it was rejected!

    @virginmedia you told me a router would be delivered on Saturday. Yodel says they couldn’t access the building, even though we were all in. You told me it would arrive today, yodel just rebooked it for tomorrow. I have been your customer for 3 days and I already want to l LEAVE

    @virginmedia It's not an area issue; you prematurely closed my account on the wrong date as I'm moving house and the team members handling the cancellation put the wrong date in. I phoned customer service yesterday morning and was able to be reconnected, it's fixed now.

    @virginmedia good morning, we've had numerous phone calls over the past few days from a call centre claiming to be you guys.. Saying that there is an issue with our router and asking us to tell them what lights are on etc? Is this a scam as I feel uncomfortable giving that info.

    @virginmedia Still having issues Too mentally exhausted and disgusted to waste more time on another pointless phone call. Sought advice elsewhere and diagnosed a new set top box required. A reputable company unlike you would have delivered this and compensated me. You just don’t care do you?

    @virginmedia Outrageous service. Existing customers, moved house 1 month ago, no installation, charged £60 for a non-working dongle, and every lunch hour spent being passed around every dept going, for people to pass the buck. Consistently promised calls back, never get them.

    @virginmedia Does one of the VOLT benefits include not getting signal and only being able to use internet via Ethernet? Because If that is the case I believe that’s not a benefit I was led to believe I was signing up for! @virginmedia has really let me down, and only a month into the service.

    @virginmedia I shouldn't have to. Marketing should be an opt-in, not opt-out. There was no option when I entered my number, and no indication that I would be hassled. Anyway, if that's how you treat potential customers, I don't want to be an actual one, so you've lost a sale.

    @virginmedia Hi guys- spoken2 my solicitor re: my complaint & the confusion & concern ur complaints procedure is causing me. He advises me2 inform Ramon that due process doesn't appear to have been upheld in that @Virgin HAVE ALREADY AGREED a compensatory award & as suchR required2 honour it
