    @virginmedia an engineer came round nearly 2 weeks ago (!!) to fit our Wi-fi box and informed us we needed new wiring to fit it, but virgin would contact us. This has not happened. I have had to call & message customer service who have either hung up or not answered at all (1/3)

    @virginmedia I don't use wi-fi, I'm plugged in with a cable. I'm 100% certain it's a problem with your service. I already explained all the details in the complaint but your team loves to ignore that. I'll be asking for compensation and a free switch to another provider soon.
