Cancel and they’ll bill you for the remainder of your contract and do this til you give in and pay, even if the service is so appalling you’ve had to cancel. Even from their own site the amount of frustration is awful. And to direct an irate customer to that 🤯

@virginmedia I have been a customer for years but my bills have become over double what it started I decided to leave, but realised broadband is probably better with virgin! I found a deal on uswitch that was good, to be told no I have to pay double that offer as its only for new customers

@virginmedia I’ve followed all these steps and been on phone waiting on Technical for 45mins. There was a known issue yesterday that was being fixed apparently. Since then no broadband access.

@virginmedia numerous times every evening the WiFi on my hub 3 decides to switch itself off. Not the broadband. But the wireless itself. Devices connected with Ethernet are fine. And getting in contact with you guys for tech support is a pain in the ***.
