    @virginmedia Weeks ago and everyone nothing shows on the tracking.... its a basic issue that needs resolving can u assist direct ? Need to have some good service from you as today this will be putting people off and I'm certainly not recommending you as it stands

    So @virginmedia won't send out a technician because the signal coming into my house is fine - even though I keep telling them it's a problem with the WiFi from the router. I was offered a technician at a cost of £25 !! Absolutely disgraceful customer 'service'.

    @virginmedia ... my wife who has authority to speak on her account on her behalf has been unsuccessfully trying to get you to once again resolve the issue. As it stands, we have been advised someone will be in touch within 24 hours. Unacceptable!! My mother in law lives alone

    @virginmedia I have had no broadband in G75 8 area of East Kilbride since 10.30pm on 3/11. We've had 4 rolling fix times which now says 14.15 today. tried your WhatsApp - told you are not taking anymore fault reports. Can you give honest fix time please?

    So this is new- I spoke with a CSR @virginmedia in Scotland. I struggled with her accent & she got irritated with me & snarled "Do you even understand English?" I mean, I have a few degrees issued from Canadian universities... maybe they felt bad for me?

    @virginmedia is there a problem with email all of a sudden? It was working this morning and now when I try to send an email from Outlook or on my iPhone, I’m told my password is wrong and when I try to log onto webmail I’m told I have no password.

    @virginmedia Your customer service is absolutely shocking. You have cut off a vulnerable pensioner twice in the past 72 hours for reasons of your own error, leaving her with no means of communication whilst apparently being unable to fix the issue for 24 hours. Shocking! 🤬

    @virginmedia Not only that, when pointing out to your CS team that the account holder was a vulnerable person, my wife was advised "what do you want me to do with that?" By the operator. Shameful. Fix her issue and stop cutting her off for no reason!!

    @virginmedia The point is the contract sent out on 15th Aug wasn't what was agreed when challenged I got put on the virgin no customer service merry-go-round which due to our personal circumstances i had to give up u are an absolute rotten company ur service agent admitted this was appalling

    @virginmedia I felt that the £3 reduction was an insult and that no effort was made to make an reasonable offer even though I am a loyal VM customer. I felt that was no effort to make me stay VM customer so I am talking to Sky and other providers for their offers in order to make a decision

    @virginmedia Took 3 weeks for a technician to arrive just to say that we need a new router when that wasn’t the issue at hand. A cable outside has been broken for the past 3 weeks yet there has been no effort to fix it, leaving my family with no internet.

    @virginmedia Yes I've raised a complaint but confused as to why I was only told about the delay 1 or 2 days before the install date. Fortunately @NOW have come to the rescue and are providing me with a connection. But I will be sending their bill to you guys.
