@gawuffy @virginmedia Annoyingly I get no mobile coverage in my flat, I have to stand near the window to do anything and there is only a weak 2G, sometimes 4G signal - so I can't use phone for internet alternative.

I can see @virginmedia have put a £9.25 BT Sport discount on my May bill. They never told me about it. Their service centres are extremely poor right now at least sky give you the option to cancel the sport channels.

@virginmedia @dyna_qual Aaaaaand definitely not resolved. We've just dropped out again. Whole box crashed this time so had trouble accessing the logs. Same No Ranging Response T3 Time Out. I'd say you're still having problems

Currently trying to work from home and @SkyHelpTeam broadband has been down since the weekend. Called and they said there’s no known issues, yet the issue I have is I STILL can’t get connected. A switch to @virginmedia might be in order

@virginmedia That's the result from running the test after logging in from the link you sent me. Running the test from my router doesn't show up any problems. Logs at the times had No Ranging Response, SYNC timing Sync failure, RCS partial service, no unicast maintenance opportunities errors.

@virginmedia what’s this C130 error which is stopping us watching on demand on our TiVo box. Since I’m here, the booster you are charging me £3 p/m for is absolutely crap as well. Start of lockdown everything was fine, now my phone can’t stay on wifi except near the router.

@virginmedia We are despite new hub without wifi, the VM app does not recognise the hub. Day 5 no BB problematic as need for work. Impossible get through to VM. Frustrating and massively time wasting. We need engineer, at least a person who could assist. POOR service.

@virginmedia Hi. I spoke to virgin 3 weeks ago about the issue. When I advised that I wanted to raise a complaint, twice the advisor said the complaint would go no where. Eventually the complaint was raised and I am yet to hear from the complaints team.
