@virginmedia please sort out your broadband. Despite speed test showing great speeds of 200mbs download and 21 mbs upload I've been having connection issues for the past couple of weeks. Very difficult to watch Netflix etc due to buffering. Have reset router to no avail 😠

@virginmedia has packed in 3 hours before the @ManUtd game tonight. They say they have identified the problem and engineers are working on it anticipating having service back by 9.30!!! To stop a riot it better be fixed sooner @UnitedStandMUFC

@virginmedia That’s all I’ve been doing. Reckon about 9 hours in total spent chasing, chasing, chasing, with nothing coming back the other way. It’s the very opposite of what customer service should be. And for a manager (Steve Hall) to just ignore a complaint, awful.

@virginmedia That phone was wrong. Had to add an extra 1, also took me 5 minutes to get through to a real person and none of the options were really adequate for my query. In the end this person couldn't help at all and he just said that they seem to be looking into it
