@virginmedia swapped my dad’s VM box after finally replacing his TV (no HDMI on his old one). Error 7400. Only a few channels. Call centre closed. Online wants a 9 digit account number but our account number only has 8. Please help.

@virginmedia called your customer helpline 3 times & cut off each time! Booster has packed in which means half the house has no WiFi (small bungalow so not exactly a mansion but need 3 boosters). How do I get a replacement issued while I find a more reliable WiFi provider.

This weeks streams have been messed up due to my @virginmedia broadband being absolutey crap! I've complained about this a lot over the last year, but this last week has been the worst!! Restarting the stream more than 5 times a day due to drop outs isn't helping me at all!! WTF!

@virginmedia I don’t have another device to try it in - previously it was an issue I could resolve through roaming settings but the new SIM doesn’t allow for the same changes to be made in the phone. Dial assist is disabled

@virginmedia No need to speak to them again. They had verified my account details and that I was the account holder, and they had heard me tell them to cancel the contract 5 times. There is nothing more I need to speak to them about. Offcom will be informed about this.
