    @virginmedia had no internet the past 2 days, Glasgow area 28. I see the service checker updates every 4 hours telling me it'll be fixed for a new time and it's been down for over 30. Any hope for a soon fix?

    @virginmedia He came 22/09 and left immediately. Said issue is with multiple cstomers, not my prem. Don't know y he was sent knowing the problem wasn't in my prem. I asked your op y he was being sent. She insisted on sending eng. Wasted my morning. I want to cancel. My kids doing my head in.
