@virginmedia called your customer helpline 3 times & cut off each time! Booster has packed in which means half the house has no WiFi (small bungalow so not exactly a mansion but need 3 boosters). How do I get a replacement issued while I find a more reliable WiFi provider.

@virginmedia just off phone to one of your call handlers all my devices keep getting cut off from the wifi hub handler refusing to help unless I spend money for pods I've never had such bad customer service from a company

Why do @virginmedia think it’s ok to charge me £63 for an existing customer or £26 for a new customer FOR THE SAME THING? 25 YEARS have been with Virgin, but looks like thats changing… you should be absolutely ashamed. Would advise to avoid as they clearly hate loyalty. #ripoff

So have @virginmedia pushed a firmware update that all the hubs and bricked them? I can see a load of complaints and mines been going on / off intermittently since Friday morning and getting very slow connection speeds overnight. Bit **** really. Probably need to get a failover
