@virginmedia had no internet the past 2 days, Glasgow area 28. I see the service checker updates every 4 hours telling me it'll be fixed for a new time and it's been down for over 30. Any hope for a soon fix?

@virginmedia just off phone to one of your call handlers all my devices keep getting cut off from the wifi hub handler refusing to help unless I spend money for pods I've never had such bad customer service from a company

@virginmedia Yes, I check, I check again and again. Seems like I'm doing this every few days. I try and call up to report faults and you can never get through. Here's a question, When will all this end? When can we expect normal service to resume with Virgin????
