@virginmedia I’m having WiFi issues in the KA12 postcode in Scotland , all tests ran on your app say there is no issue , but when I do diagnostics through the router page online it says there are WiFi problems , none of our mobiles or laptops will do anything online

@virginmedia It was finally updated as a fault an hour or so ago. Since then the original eta for a fix (this afternoon) has been extended 23 hrs. If it does take until1500 tomorrow to fix I will have been without broadband or tv for over 48hrs.
