    @virginmedia had no internet the past 2 days, Glasgow area 28. I see the service checker updates every 4 hours telling me it'll be fixed for a new time and it's been down for over 30. Any hope for a soon fix?

    @virginmedia Can't use my phone or the text helpline (whose bright idea was that?) because there is no signal. Can't access My Virgin Mobile app because it can't identify me (it needs a 4G signal) but it doesn't work because there is no signal. I think we are seeing a pattern.

    @virginmedia Ok, same problem. Factory reset completed, then ran the scans for WiFi black spots and the area that I work in is now no longer connected to WiFi (currently using 4G)

    @virginmedia informs the advisor of ALL the stress you are causing her after speaking to a previous advisor who decided it was ok just to hang up the call, she informed this advisor she is being pushed to the point of negative emotions/thoughts due to the stress
