    @virginmedia Hub is where your engineer put it two years ago, the layout of the house hasn’t changed so why then in the last few weeks since you replaced my hub am I experiencing issues. No more excuses please I need answers and results.

    @virginmedia swapped my dad’s VM box after finally replacing his TV (no HDMI on his old one). Error 7400. Only a few channels. Call centre closed. Online wants a 9 digit account number but our account number only has 8. Please help.

    @virginmedia called your customer helpline 3 times & cut off each time! Booster has packed in which means half the house has no WiFi (small bungalow so not exactly a mansion but need 3 boosters). How do I get a replacement issued while I find a more reliable WiFi provider.

    @virginmedia I've been a happy and loyal customer since you were Telewest, and I have never had any issues like this when changing my package to add services (pay more) just seems the paying less thing is where they happen. I think the broadband is fantastic, but things like this let you down

    @virginmedia just been asked via email to return kit to virgin media. Kit was picked up on 28th Apr by Virgin. Another example of the scatterbrained service and why I chose to leave. Abysmal.

    @AkashSachdeva1 @virginmedia You cant check, ringing support all just confirm that a booking is active. You should get a text though, and they should call you from their previous appointment (if you asked for that I think). Who needs Internet anyway…

    @virginmedia Mainly just the console and pc for downloads. Just seems to be really bad connections on that all the time. I’ve got new cables for it too recently and that has not made it any better.

    .@virginmedia Whenever I tell someone I've resigned with Virgin, they laugh. I was offered O2 SIM in 1-2 days – never arrived. I was promised a faster service – it's gotten slower. I was promised a professional service – three outages in 5 days. #VirginOnTheRidiculous
