@virginmedia Thank you will do that , but my point is why has it gotten so bad in last few week , only since you replaced my hub! Same devices in same rooms are shockingly bad now. What multiple external factors now are you referring to ?

@virginmedia 6 wks I’ve been waiting for a call back to cancel my home phone package/review my tv package/deal with WiFi issues, your online service constantly displays error message and on,one chat is unresponsive! You have also failed to respond to a complaint I raised!

@virginmedia I don’t know how you guys keep messing up. Never get speeds that are promised, when trying to talk to your customer services, never get anywhere and transferred 24/7, internet always cutting out. This could genuinely be one of the worst providers I’ve ever seen.
