    @virginmedia swapped my dad’s VM box after finally replacing his TV (no HDMI on his old one). Error 7400. Only a few channels. Call centre closed. Online wants a 9 digit account number but our account number only has 8. Please help.

    @virginmedia please sort out your broadband. Despite speed test showing great speeds of 200mbs download and 21 mbs upload I've been having connection issues for the past couple of weeks. Very difficult to watch Netflix etc due to buffering. Have reset router to no avail 😠

    @virginmedia Hub is where your engineer put it two years ago, the layout of the house hasn’t changed so why then in the last few weeks since you replaced my hub am I experiencing issues. No more excuses please I need answers and results.

    @virginmedia had no internet the past 2 days, Glasgow area 28. I see the service checker updates every 4 hours telling me it'll be fixed for a new time and it's been down for over 30. Any hope for a soon fix?

    @virginmedia called your customer helpline 3 times & cut off each time! Booster has packed in which means half the house has no WiFi (small bungalow so not exactly a mansion but need 3 boosters). How do I get a replacement issued while I find a more reliable WiFi provider.

    @virginmedia 6 wks I’ve been waiting for a call back to cancel my home phone package/review my tv package/deal with WiFi issues, your online service constantly displays error message and on,one chat is unresponsive! You have also failed to respond to a complaint I raised!

    @virginmedia Unfortunately not as the screen on my home phone is damaged, I am a virgin media customer so seemed plausible but I asked for phone number for head office and they hung up so just trying to get some awareness out for more vulnerable people.

    Hi @virginmedia, recently I signed up to your broadband but I have been advised that you cannot activate the service until the 28th of November, despite the necessary connections being in place due to the previous occupier also using Virgin. I was assured on sign-up that... 1/2

    @lufc1990 @virginmedia Mine's crap most days. I'm a sad old bastard and do a lot of online gaming so I need speed too, takes ages to connect if at all. They sent me a booster at £5 a month and it's still no good. Can't even get it in my front garden 5m away.

    @markgraycoach @virginmedia Because they were going through the platform called gigs and tours which wasn't down. Rather than moaning ppl could have used Google to find out how to buy but NO THE SHEEP ARE TOO LAZY and want others to guide them!!!! Thats how it's sold out.
