    @virginmedia 6 wks I’ve been waiting for a call back to cancel my home phone package/review my tv package/deal with WiFi issues, your online service constantly displays error message and on,one chat is unresponsive! You have also failed to respond to a complaint I raised!

    @virginmedia 5 days down the line and still having major issues with streaming going to be 2021 at this rate before we're able to finish Homeland. Been trying to watch season 3 for 2 weeks and only 4 episodes in 😠😠😠

    @virginmedia Hub is where your engineer put it two years ago, the layout of the house hasn’t changed so why then in the last few weeks since you replaced my hub am I experiencing issues. No more excuses please I need answers and results.

    @virginmedia my contract ran out today, after a talk with the retentions guy I am now a customer for another (hopefully happy) 12 months. My bill may have raised £1 p/m, but for a provider who gives me 1TB of data use p/m without speed shaping, I’m VERY happy! 😊

    @virginmedia Dear Mr Bolt, sorry that you had to ruin your reputation by putting your name to this company. The only record VM will will break is for most network failures and lost customers. Hope you get this message eventually when internet gets fixed again.

    @virginmedia called your customer helpline 3 times & cut off each time! Booster has packed in which means half the house has no WiFi (small bungalow so not exactly a mansion but need 3 boosters). How do I get a replacement issued while I find a more reliable WiFi provider.

    @virginmedia please sort out your broadband. Despite speed test showing great speeds of 200mbs download and 21 mbs upload I've been having connection issues for the past couple of weeks. Very difficult to watch Netflix etc due to buffering. Have reset router to no avail 😠

    What now? @VirginMedia? I have tried to sign into my account to claim the reimbursement from not having the products you charge from dad. He should be getting a hefty rebate. Yet, you now can't sign me into the account because it's not connected to O2. So I tried that and you've blocked me because I have used the email to sign in too much. The email that is connected to the account. Then the phone number too much. If you don't fix this before I call you in the next twenty-four hours I'll take this to the courts which you have your bots saying people can't. Get me to let me sign in.

    @virginmedia you have blocked my VM02 ID I’ve telephoned twice and still waiting for it to be unlocked. I can’t access any of my services mobile, tv or broadband. Can’t pay or view my bills. Your quit to block or disconnect but when customers need help you don’t want to know.
