@virginmedia please sort out your broadband. Despite speed test showing great speeds of 200mbs download and 21 mbs upload I've been having connection issues for the past couple of weeks. Very difficult to watch Netflix etc due to buffering. Have reset router to no avail 😠

@virginmedia had no internet the past 2 days, Glasgow area 28. I see the service checker updates every 4 hours telling me it'll be fixed for a new time and it's been down for over 30. Any hope for a soon fix?
-
Barrie C Brown (@bazcb) reported from Kilbirnie, Scotland
@Peter54King @virginmedia Boring! Can’t believe your going off on one because of a days down time. I was down for approx 30mins yesterday. I used my hotspot continue. Even BT have had issues nation wide
-
Kimo (@flyingscotjim) reported from Newton Mearns, Scotland
@virginmedia @ycruiselesley It seems there is cynical removal of channels and an increase in monthly costs at the same time. This coupled with the exorbitant costs of the helpline add up to very poor value for money
-
Barrie C Brown (@bazcb) reported from Kilbirnie, Scotland
@Katherine198929 @virginmedia Calm down ffs, smart people would have used there mobile hotspot on there phone to continue to work..
-
Max (@Maxywalton) reported from Ayrshire, Scotland
@virginmedia currently moved to a new house and apparently the best option for me is to leave because there’s an active subscription, your advisor was so bad, all I want is my broadband to be switched to my new address !!!!!
-
George (@IGeorrgeI) reported from West Kilbride, Scotland
@virginmedia internet's been down for 2 days in Dennistoun and the estimated fix time was an hour ago although it's still down. Any indication as to when it's due back up? Losing my mind here
-
Eck (@Alexsmith1966) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland
@virginmedia dreadful customer service, if your diverting customers to your website due to your inability to answer calls making sure it works might be an idea?

-
CostOfGreedCrisis (@Costofgreed) reported
@virginmedia … because I have gotten quotes and I could get a reliable provider for so much less money a month. Not impressed with Virgin one bit and with other complaints I’ve read, it seems you make a habit of letting people down. (4)
-
Dom (@Smudg13_) reported
@virginmedia I have been sent a bill for services from 11/11 to 10/12. The only service that hasn't ended is my number which is being transferred on the 17th of November. So 6 days after the rest of my services have ended.
-
David (@DavidFromRoI) reported
@virginmedia Requested last Thursday under 14 days was told 24 hours and complaint logged Friday when advisor starting saying it was stuck
-
Chris Gutteridge (@chr15g1979) reported
@virginmedia But now 45 minutes on hold and still not getting anywhere. It's a little pointless directing people to something that so fundamentally flawed. What's the point if there's no one actually providing support
-
Lynne Aldridge (@littleblueshed) reported
@virginmedia Day 6 of little or no broadband. We've pretty much run out of phone data & your automated "help" line says engineers know what's wrong & will fix it by 9am - just like yesterday. Do any humans exist who we can talk to?
-
CostOfGreedCrisis (@Costofgreed) reported
@DarrenYounger3 @virginmedia Hi Darren I’m just curious what your issue is? I’ve had a nightmare with Virgin the last few weeks and I’m losing my patience now
-
FlyingHigh (@FlyingHigh0208) reported
@virginmedia He already gets the automated credit. He's been given a 5G solution but it's not fast enough. He works from home in an IT function and selected virgin because of the product - what product? Virgin should have checked the work that needs doing before accepting the contract.
-
Maria Lane (@butmummylane) reported
@virginmedia Any news on my complaint about my mums lack of connection?
-
Darren Stanton - TV’s Human Lie Detector (@darrenstanton) reported
@virginmedia You know it’s not that long ago companies used to come out and rectify problems. Value their customers and deliver so@e modicum of customer services. Why do I have to be an IT engineer and do your job.
-
Chris Aylward (@athelweard) reported
I'd just like to take a moment to say how terrible @virginmedia are. They might have the fastest internet at the moment but it's useless if they can't get a cable across a bit of lawn and some crazy paving. The pre-install engineer was clueless.
