    @virginmedia We don’t have a home phone hooked up. So If I phone, I’ll be charged on my mobile. Can I please have the contact details of the complaints department. It’s unacceptable that Virgin thinks its okay to let their customers go without service for several hours.

    @virginmedia Sorry, I can say for certain regarding wired as I don’t have an ethernet cable to test but wireless is constantly down - usually a few times a day signal completely stops.

    @MotoNutJob @virginmedia Thing is BB appears to be regional. Different providers give better service in different regions. You cant even recommend switching to supplier 'X' Good luck!

    10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

    @virginmedia Yes. I was assured that it would be fixed by 9.20 this morning after dealing with support from abroad that took 20 mins. Tried again 7 hours later and same result.

    @virginmedia Yes thanks and it was the replacement router that was also faulty as I explained last week new 3rd router working ok now - sometimes us customers need to be listened too and not lied to about sending equipment out when you didn’t also I’ve had no internet service for over a week

    Dearest @virginmedia I'd really like my boss not to be constantly shouting at me due the unreliability of your WiFi ATM. Working from home is enough of a ball ache. Yes I've done every to try and resolve it, no there is no service issues in my area
