@connolly_lg @MichaelRosenYes @virginmedia I had an engineer round. Unfortunately virgin don't let them carry spare boxes anymore. You have to upgrade via the app. Guess what.... App does not work. Gives a 'you need to call' message. Wasted about 4 days, maybe weeks on hold. Awful, awful company 👎

@virginmedia Yes we signed in ok. It is lagging big time. In fact our whole service has been terrible lately. Lots of hiccups, juddering on playback, live, everything and i can't get anyone to help! We've done resets etc
