    @virginmedia hi, just wondering if your support staff are trained on identifying and handling complaints properly? So far “to express my dissatisfaction” and “I would like to complain” haven’t worked.

    @virginmedia There is no dial tone and I’ve tried another phone and line is still dead, so it must be the socket that is broken. I’m out now until 1230 if someone can arrange even a web chat as it’s almost 2 months without phone.. Ty

    @virginmedia How can I phone 151 when my phone line isn’t working! And yes, I’ve dialled the 0345 number on many occasions yet still can’t speak to anyone!!no doubt I will hear from you when I cancel my direct debit and move to another supplier!

    @virginmedia It says there are no problems in my area!what does it take to actually speak to someone, or get a technician out to check where fault is originating from!it’s absolutely shocking!Ive worked in customer service for a good many years, and never experienced such awful service!

    Never ever going with Virgin Media again. Internet has been down for nearly 24 hrs, and it's been down nearly everyday for at least 1-5 hours over the course of the last week or two.

    @virginmedia And what about recompense to me??? Every time YOUR network goes down I have to use my Mobile Hotspot. I've been charged almost £90 over the last 12 months on mobile data just so I can work when YOUR network fails. How can I claim this back??

    @virginmedia Why not just report these problems up the chain. Surely VM know how many downtime hours in OL2? If its constantly breaking down why not get it fixed properly instead of sticky plaster approach? We pay enough for it, so we deserve a reliable service!!!
