@virginmedia Yeah I got it sorted however 1hr on a phone line at 30p per minute is not cheap taking a full hour to sort something that is simple is very poor customer service especially for loyal customers

Don't understand why @virginmedia doesn't have 2FA for emails the fact the same guy has managed to login to 2 of my accounts in 2 hours after having the passwords & security questions changed is mind blowing to me and the support I've received has been terrible
