    @gillykim55 @virginmedia Think you need to do that by phone. I've not found a way of removing stuff before. They are happy enough to sell you more of their crap online.     @virginmedia Well yes it have did the test on my virgin media app why can’t virgin media put a notice or send a notice on this app to tell us network problems in certain areas and also this twitter page why cant it be updated with area out of service terrible 😡

    @virginmedia every night our service drops out saying invalid internet connections . I’ve had a new router, there’s no flashing lights just no connection! Can watch tv but not catch up /on demand. Has went on for months! Fed up phoning 🙄

    @virginmedia Thanks ML. My issue is with the misleading info in your initial comms to me. It does not reflect what @TurgenSec says is in the database. I don’t particularly care what you say to the ICO. Your first duty as the data controller is to me, the subject of the data.

    @virginmedia My Internet connection has been buffering since last week it came back on this morning then just 10 minutes ago went back off I turned the router on and off and it seems fine but it is really annoying so I would like to know if they are problems in my area 28

    @virginmedia Well we moved in on the 12th, but it appears to have been going on longer. Since I plugged in the router I have had no service what’s so ever, constantly flashes green. My partner and i work from home so we are having to tether and using dongles. Which all adds up.

    @virginmedia That is absolutely fine, I was told same before going India but at least give me a network and allow me to make and receive calls and messages, for whatever the price it is. Right now there is no network for me. So how can I get passcodes related to banking transactions

    @virginmedia Well I expressed my frustration over the phone at the situation, but they said there is not much they can do other than credit my account for the days I have had no service. While I appreciate it’s probably all they can do, it doesn’t really seem sufficient.
