@virginmedia had no internet the past 2 days, Glasgow area 28. I see the service checker updates every 4 hours telling me it'll be fixed for a new time and it's been down for over 30. Any hope for a soon fix?

@Ofcom @virginmedia Thanks so much, my service was interrupted last week due to works. I raised it but was told unless the interruption was 48 hrs long I receive no pro rata compensation. It’s the principle more than the money. In my case it was one day but if a customer had multiple separate days?

@virginmedia keep asking to speak to a Peter never say whats its for but it's everyday day now and everyday I say it's not his number and I don't know him. They say a note will be put on system regarding this but the next day another call comes. The number calling shows up as Virgin Media.
