Their customer service are so inept that after multiple phone calls etc they still dont understand the situation and have passed the £500 pound charge onto debt collectors.

Virgin Media News (@VirginMediaNews) reportedA man is in a serious but stable condition in hospital following a shooting incident in Limerick. The incident happened at a residence on Hyde Avenue in Ballinacurra Weston at around 4.30pm yesterday. A man in his 60s was taken to University Hospital Limerick to be treated for serious injuries. MacMurray 🇬🇧 (@DeviateDefiant) reported@virginmedia @MoneySupermkt I've switched, I'm getting an Openreach FTTP line installed in a couple of weeks 👍 I've gone through BT, not sure if I'll stick with them, or just cancel within the 14 days - but that line gives me access to tons more ISPs. Latency will be way better than old Virgin coax too.
