    @virginmedia I haven't managed to speak to the team this time. However, in the past they've sent out engineers to fix the issue. I've been given new hubs (although I'm only on 3 now), and they've tried many other solutions. I've had multiple engineers through the years.

    @virginmedia can you tell me f it’s acceptable to be on hold for 48 minutes. After which to finally speak to someone who is unable to resolve your issue and who puts you over to another dept for you to be on on hold for another 30 minutes?

    @virginmedia so despite 2 messages, still no one has responded to me and now I have checked my bill to find out I have been charged TWICE for the Joshua Pulev fight. Will someone please contact me TODAY...!!! I WILL be wanting a refund. How about a bit of service @virginmedia
