    @virginmedia internet's been down for 2 days in Dennistoun and the estimated fix time was an hour ago although it's still down. Any indication as to when it's due back up? Losing my mind here

    @virginmedia had no internet the past 2 days, Glasgow area 28. I see the service checker updates every 4 hours telling me it'll be fixed for a new time and it's been down for over 30. Any hope for a soon fix?

    @virginmedia I then received an email telling me my complaint had been resolved 5 mins later which was news to me as you can imagine. So it's not been great, to be honest.

    @virginmedia Nope there's no where to make a payment for my credit agreement. My direct debit didn't work and I never noticed as I was away from home for a while and now the direct debit isn't working for some reason. I've paid online before when this happened but I see nothing now

    @virginmedia Says no issues, which is evidently a lie. I’ve been a Virgin Media customer for over 4 years, every year I accept pay increases for less and less services because the speed is what I value. Now I’m not even getting that, total shambles.

    @virginmedia I have spoken to you guys about 30 times since the 7th January and have had countless appointments booked, only to be told that I will be called and the engineer will be with me within an hour. Still nothing! Then lied about an engineer came out? Which you admitted! So bad!

    @virginmedia so dissatisfied when I made a call to see if any reductions could be me to be fobbed off and advised I have the best package, the advisor was no help at all and clearly reading from a script. No bedside manner. And now my landline has suddenly stopped working!!!😥

    @virginmedia are impossible. I received instructions to return the Broadband Hub as contract had terminated ! In fact I had just renegotiated a new 18 month contract, customer service have no idea what happened and cannot reassure me that I will not be disconnected anytime soon.

    @virginmedia I see, the problem is my mum only has her mobile for making calls not texting therefore wasn't aware of any texts, the 1st we knew this was an issue was on the day I contacted you, the day your PAYG expired. Can we be refunded the balance still attached to the number?
