Despite speed test showing great speeds of 200mbs download and 21 mbs upload I've been having connection issues for the past couple of weeks. Very difficult to watch Netflix etc due to buffering. I inadvertently cut my external cable, cutting my hedge. Phoned up, - spoke to a real person first time. They came out next morning at 8.10 and replaced my cable. SERVICE!
