    @virginmedia 5 days down the line and still having major issues with streaming going to be 2021 at this rate before we're able to finish Homeland. Been trying to watch season 3 for 2 weeks and only 4 episodes in 😠😠😠

    @virginmedia swapped my dad’s VM box after finally replacing his TV (no HDMI on his old one). Error 7400. Only a few channels. Call centre closed. Online wants a 9 digit account number but our account number only has 8. Please help.

    @virginmedia called your customer helpline 3 times & cut off each time! Booster has packed in which means half the house has no WiFi (small bungalow so not exactly a mansion but need 3 boosters). How do I get a replacement issued while I find a more reliable WiFi provider.

    @virginmedia currently moved to a new house and apparently the best option for me is to leave because there’s an active subscription, your advisor was so bad, all I want is my broadband to be switched to my new address !!!!!

    @virginmedia please sort out your broadband. Despite speed test showing great speeds of 200mbs download and 21 mbs upload I've been having connection issues for the past couple of weeks. Very difficult to watch Netflix etc due to buffering. Have reset router to no avail 😠

    @virginmedia I've had what I think is a scam phone call from someone claiming to be Virgin Media. He sound Indian, and the call sounded long distance. He said my system needs to be re-configured, and hit quite irritated when I said we hino issues. I hung up. Is this you?

    @virginmedia are worse than 3 mobile trying to solve a problem, maybe even as bad as talk talk. Staff on the phones are very rude, obnoxious and don’t listen at all.

    @virginmedia Hi it's still pretty awful, especially during the day. It's been as low as 8mbps, I reboot it, but then the next time I check (e.g. following day) it's still nowhere near the minimum guaranteed speed. Today it's 79.3 but feels slower, it's taking ages to do things for work.
