@virginmedia just off phone to one of your call handlers all my devices keep getting cut off from the wifi hub handler refusing to help unless I spend money for pods I've never had such bad customer service from a company

@virginmedia Not only that, when pointing out to your CS team that the account holder was a vulnerable person, my wife was advised "what do you want me to do with that?" By the operator. Shameful. Fix her issue and stop cutting her off for no reason!!

@virginmedia Long story short I was told information that was not correct claimed my money back after being advised to do so the money then has been added back on to my next bill and after endless chats emails complaint forms promises of a call back I’m still waiting to get this resolved

@virginmedia ... my wife who has authority to speak on her account on her behalf has been unsuccessfully trying to get you to once again resolve the issue. As it stands, we have been advised someone will be in touch within 24 hours. Unacceptable!! My mother in law lives alone

@virginmedia I was advised to apply for the indemnity off a supervisor no one said it would be added on at a later date and the whole reason it happened was because an advisor on the chat told me I would have no charges to pay in feb this is my problem too much Erin info and no one fixing it

@virginmedia Your customer service is absolutely shocking. You have cut off a vulnerable pensioner twice in the past 72 hours for reasons of your own error, leaving her with no means of communication whilst apparently being unable to fix the issue for 24 hours. Shocking! 🤬

@kwscott29 @virginmedia I’ve not had many problems to be fair - but this has left a bitter taste.. The guy I spoke to was very polite, and tried he’s best but was following a knowledge base and not actually troubleshooting, I’m worried they are not able to fix actual faults - I’ve been very patient.

@virginmedia Hey. Seems the call to fix my problems didn’t fix it at all. Just had “retentions” call me and confirmed my account is still set for termination on the 11th April. Despite you confirming that error by Virgin Media had been corrected. So can someone call me again and sort this?

@virginmedia I will try with ethernet this evening but am considering switching as the service has been so unreliable for many months and £72 is a hefty price. Not sure why our area is so badly affected?! Many complaints from neighbours. Is it to do with where we live?
