@virginmedia Yes it said there was an issue and a technician would fix it at 3 separate times yesterday and it’s still not fixed today. This happens a lot yet we still pay our full bill, it’s not ideal.

@Peter54King @virginmedia Boring! Can’t believe your going off on one because of a days down time. I was down for approx 30mins yesterday. I used my hotspot continue. Even BT have had issues nation wide

@virginmedia 18.40. I got a text saying service was fixed and if I was still having issues to switch it off for 30 minutes, I left it off for 45.

@riddmj @virginmedia I’ve also tried making a complaint online and it won’t send that either so you can’t do anything online or on the phone so if you cut people of what you going to do then just apologise. Because it’s not fair if you do actually do that.

@virginmedia shocking service,on hold for over 30 minutes to speak to someone about my tv package.then they hang up. Time for a change after more than 10 years you would think they value your business 😡😡😡😡😡😡

hi @virginmedia internet has been out in my postcode since 12pm yesterday, the service status page said it would be fixed at 5pm yesterday, then 7pm then 10am this morning. its now 11:15 and it still says 10am PLEASE tell me when this will be fixed

@virginmedia Ok yes I did contact them on Tuesday 28/2/23 and that’s when I was informed by a call handler that the issue was “a technical glitch” and the technical team would fix and get back to me which as discussed they haven’t done so. False promises again to customers

@virginmedia what sort of compensation can we expect in Bedford for having no television and broadband since yesterday, with seemingly no sign of it being fixed any time soon? The service is patchy at rhe best of times. This isn't convincing me to stay.

@virginmedia Well it seems to be back on now.. that’s not the point though.. what is going to happen to compensate me for the loss of service for like 14 hours.. And what’s to say this won’t happen again, during the hours of the day when the call centres aren’t open to help me!!
