    @virginmedia after 4 weeks of trying and hours wasted eventually got through to a human. After problem analysis he announced “our systems are down, please call back after 4 hours”,I asked him to call me back,our system cant do that,really? Worst customer service - bye Virgin. 👋

    @virginmedia Thanks!! I got a warning about work being carried out tomorrow Wednesday but not today Tuesday Is the work happening over 2 days? No issues if the work needed doing I used to be a blue chip Network admin I switched to Op/sec Personally I'm still debating on switching to Starlink!

    @virginmedia So existing customers are not important enough to look after? Why is a new customer treated better and considered as being more important than myself. Offers should be for all new and who are once out of contract no?
