Anne Marie McPhee (@nuttynanaannie) reported from Motherwell, Scotland

@virginmedia For the past 5 days I've had limited Tivo use and no access to apos at all in Ml15hd also no Internet 90%of the time. Virgins site says they're working in my area to fix this by 20th October. So will I get a reduction on bill for a week of no service.

  • LarryCuffe
Larry Cuffe (@LarryCuffe) reported from Hamilton, Scotland

HELP! I am trying to contact Virgin Media to drop TV from my package. When I phone a robot, with a warm and friendly voice redirects to the website. I then have a typed conversation with a warm and friendly robot who sends me to the phone. How do I get to speak to a real person?

  • DegsyScott
Derek Scott (@DegsyScott) reported from Grangemouth, Scotland

@benjitindz @virginmedia To be fair, the speed is the best option and I’m on 250mbps whereas the best I’d get on ADSL is 10-34mbps. Agreed, customer service is worse than a RyanAir equivalent

  • Diamondmarydoll
Mary Brogan (@Diamondmarydoll) reported from Glenmavis, Scotland

@virginmedia since I can't get onto the Internet to check fault status and I'm scrambling to use my phones data because my signal is ****. Fault status in ML6 please?

  • AIcolni
Andrasi Icolni (@AIcolni) reported from Mollinburn, Scotland

@virginmedia once again, on day 2 of Burgin Medias incompetence it would seem that lack of competence has surfaced its ugly head again and my complaint has been registered in a non active account that I have no way of accessing so therefore been told NO ONE AT VIRGIN can help

  • DNSandilands
David Sandilands (@DNSandilands) reported from Falkirk, Scotland

@virginmedia Yeah but then I realised you can't use a 192.168.1.x network with the hub either 🙃 so sadly into modem mode it goes.

  • DegsyScott
Degsy (@DegsyScott) reported from Grangemouth, Scotland

Great… working from home and @virginmedia broadband goes down again. It’s become very erratic service in the last 12 months… what the hell as we paying premium prices for fast fibre if it can’t be reliable… with more price rises ahead

  • Tank2521
Dave Scott (@Tank2521) reported from Broxburn, Scotland

  • Lshire_Laird

Hello @virginmedia the Internet has been down since 7.30am and I haven't been able to register a loss of service on your website. Wtf

  • AndrewW12290183
    Andy W (@AndrewW12290183) reported

@virginmedia Still yet to happen. Plus you will still keep my money for a TV subscription that I never signed up for. Virgin does not reward customer loyalty. I also see you think customers issues are funny

  • AshronDesigns
    Ashron Designs (@AshronDesigns) reported

@virginmedia I have decided to cancel after nearly 20 years! Tried live chat and all they did was reduce the package to reduce the price.

  • theandyb10
    Andrew Baynton (@theandyb10) reported

@virginmedia this morning. After lots of wasted time and persistence, I managed to raise a complaint. They informed me no record of my conversation yesterday evening and no ability to give me a priority / urgent appointment. Furious!

  • RobinRaving
    Filius Scott (@RobinRaving) reported

@virginmedia Nope! But have found out my new provider will be able to cancel my contract on my behalf so I don't have to go through the agony of trying to deal with your "customer service" team.

  • djacid25
    Djacid (@djacid25) reported

Sorry about no streams . No content . I have no Internet @virginmedia say it will not be back up until the 13th . Its been off since the 5th. No word . No update. Not even a message from virgin media. I dont feel like a customer at this point . Rather just a number. Do better

  • bling_pot
    @bling_pot (@bling_pot) reported

@virginmedia Can you explain how you can even justify increasing your broadband service to over double for a single household who limits what they use WiFi for?!

  • andymousemat
    MouseMat (@andymousemat) reported

@virginmedia been a customer for over 12 years and given you approx £12k - Is there any chance you can replace my 6 year old hub 4 - which is old technology now.

  • SteveSmith98
    Steve Smith (@SteveSmith98) reported

Hi @virginmedia. Fault F012283434 started last Thursday and you're now saying you don't intend to fix it at all this week. Do you actually think it's OK for your customers to be unable to work for a week? Could you not even try to explain what's wrong and what you're doing?
