No internet until Monday. Good old @virginmedia - told them I'd been having issues for weeks, was told to monitor it, THEN they say 'oh we thought it had resolved itself'... Clearly not if I'm still calling. sounded like they just wanted me off the phone asap tbh. Switching ASAP

@virginmedia absolutely disgraceful new customer to virgin 3 weeks ago on deal of £70 a month for 12 month cancelled sports which was nightmare but now they try to take £179 out bank which I block and the cut it off leaving no WiFi or tv .... shocking 3 weeks service worst ever

@reece_dinsdale @virginmedia We got thru after an hour, they are freezing sky sports payments for now. We were £135 got them down to £84, they no longer have over seas advisors working for them there for taking ages to get thru . Keep trying good luck 😉

@virginmedia Yes I have, I've run the tests and the website eventually asked me to book an appointment for a technician. Earliest available was Sat. I'm now concerned as it's not clear if I will be charged for it. And I can't even cancel it because it's not showing up in my account 'appts'.
