    @virginmedia I am paying for 600mb broadband but for over a month I have never seen speeds above 75mb. Tried the online advice, no change. Can’t get through to customer service as waiting times are over an hour. Any hints? It’s been a year of lockdown so not buying that excuse.

    HELP! I am trying to contact Virgin Media to drop TV from my package. When I phone a robot, with a warm and friendly voice redirects to the website. I then have a typed conversation with a warm and friendly robot who sends me to the phone. How do I get to speak to a real person?

    @virginmedia My husband has been on phone for 90 minutes trying to close an account following a bereavement. He could not get anyone who could actually help him. Absolutely shocking service Virgin Media !!!

    @virginmedia Thank you for the response. I did as you asked at 7:04pm this evening engaged with Terri the Triage Bot who has kept me on hold waiting to speak to someone for 3 hours 20 minutes. Just when I thought @virginmedia might try to repair this customer onboarding failure #poorservice

    @virginmedia @virginmedia done all the usual troubleshooting. Finally got through to customer service and a new hub is being sent out. Initially in 5 days but I escalated it and it’s coming in two. I still find this unsatisfactory though because we need to work from home.

    @virginmedia buzzing coming from the box at the wall thought it was coming from TV but was getting louder and was at the wall were cables come in. Anyone else had this problem? Buzzing stopped when turned off at the mains.

    @virginmedia No, only on certain channels (5 HD being the worst) there seems be a static interference. The box is very old so not sure if it is compatible anymore

    @virginmedia I’ve just had a phone all from a call centre stating it was from virgin media. They were saying that I’m having issues with my internet speed and needed to turn on a computer or device to check my speeds. Is this something that your tech division door is it spam?

    @virginmedia 2. Check my bill. It is there as part of package. But on main account page it isn't. Virgin agent said she'd raise " a ticket". 5 mins later comes back with "having technical problems" This happened before It's now approx 2 months of back and forth.

    @virginmedia Yes every time it's VERY warm. Had several engineers out in recent years, last year he replaced all my connections. They just refuse to believe it could be the heat in the street box. Can I have my port in the box swapped? Can we find out if others on that box are having issues?

    @virginmedia Just to add I've scanned around my home and the app can not even connect to the hub so I'm unable to do a scan. Because the pods are not working. Only room I can scan is the living room where the router is.

    @virginmedia VM engineer visited myself and the neighbour explaining cabling has to be run under neighbours property. 5 times VM said they request written consent from the neighbour. This never happened. Just spoke to an operator who said I need to request the consent. No confidence in this

    @virginmedia I did look at that but apparently it’s not compatible with hub 4 . Following those steps on the service checker put me to someone who is sending a new hub out to see if that sorts it out . So will see what happens when that turns up .

    @virginmedia It’s just filling up with people in the same area having the same issue. You guys ain’t interested because it’s not showing any faults your end. Whatever they did on Friday they need to undo. My confidence that this issue will be fixed is disturbingly low.
