Hi @virginmedia after 2 weeks of repeated calls and being promised a new remote ordered each time when it wasn’t, I finally reached a customer service agent called Maciej Betnat who took the time yesterday and today to help. He is great & I want to see that this is recognised. 👏🏻

Great… working from home and @virginmedia broadband goes down again. It’s become very erratic service in the last 12 months… what the hell as we paying premium prices for fast fibre if it can’t be reliable… with more price rises ahead

@virginmedia Yes!!! Constantly. Haven't had selected channels now for over 2 weeks and WiFi is abysmal! Seems to fall on deaf ears as the issue is never resolved ! Certainly won't be renewing my contract with yous if its not resolved anytime soon!

@virginmedia He came at 0730 Saturday. All fixed by 0755. The cable outside was cut. No signal getting in. All fixed so easily by the engineer

@virginmedia First of all, they said it would take 24 hours, then they said it would be working for 8am. Then a fault in the area, then there’s a delay in getting a test signal to the router. I’d just like the full functioning broadband I was sold.

@virginmedia Thanks but I'm beyond that now. So angry with the attitude of the agent and the poor service. All I asked for was a small gesture. Now all I can think about is leaving. Am looking at other service providers. I was on an 18 month contract and I want out if it now, not Dec 23.

@virginmedia Yes. The issue is resolved now, I hope. My annoyance with Virgin media is this, after putting up with poor service since moving into current home 3 years ago your agent on the phone effectively called me a liar. Refused to refund a small amount. I'm done now! Any ideas?
