    @virginmedia On nearly 20 minutes of being on hold. I can upgrade online but not remove channels, yet other providers are letting customers switch off and on channels each month. Virgin media completely lagging behind the curve. Not to mention a loss of service last week for whole area. Poor

    @virginmedia so, been trying to get through to these guys for weeks. Can't get thru via phone, chat function on the app doesn't work, the website give options to upgrade or leave, can't remove services and you are directed to the number that u can't get through on 👎

    @virginmedia help! I can't receive texts. Haven't had an SMS since Sunday. Sent one to myself. It sent, never arrived. Swapped SIMS with mum who is also with you. My SIM didn't work in her phone, her SIM did work in mine. So this is clearly a network issue.
