    @virginmedia customer service and faults department, customer service is absolutely atrocious. 1 month ago I called up and took off sports. Today I wake up to no sports and NO kids. 1.30 mins on the phone and still not resolved! Told im on a different package, I don’t have Kids!

    @penfold1912 @virginmedia Just out of interest did you ever resolve this? I have #virginmedia broadband and it doesn’t let me see the full Netflix content. No resolution yet and I think easiest to just leave virgin when my contract ends.
