@virginmedia First of all, they said it would take 24 hours, then they said it would be working for 8am. Then a fault in the area, then there’s a delay in getting a test signal to the router. I’d just like the full functioning broadband I was sold.

@virginmedia Yes!!! Constantly. Haven't had selected channels now for over 2 weeks and WiFi is abysmal! Seems to fall on deaf ears as the issue is never resolved ! Certainly won't be renewing my contract with yous if its not resolved anytime soon!

@virginmedia He came at 0730 Saturday. All fixed by 0755. The cable outside was cut. No signal getting in. All fixed so easily by the engineer

@virginmedia Hi, it's been like this since last Thursday. Our Tivo box is constantly flashing and apps don't work as we have no Internet probably. Internet not worked since then. Its a real issue as we need Internet to work.

@virginmedia you are not very good at keeping your side of the contract but you expect regular FULL payment for INCOMPLETE SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT. Your customer service need more training on how to complete work orders and deliver the proper equipment.

@virginmedia It is now almost four weeks since I have had broadband. The technician who came out 11 days ago assured me the “dig team” would be out in the next day or two. Having now spent approximately 738 hours trying to contact you, I have finally spoken to a customer (1)

@virginmedia Thanks. I'll try that. When I do a status check it flags Tivo right away but shows no issues with broadband or phone when I then run a broadband check it says there's an intermittent fault in my area. !

@virginmedia I've been told you are ceasing contracts, but if I want to move to an O2 one then there's an easy way of doing it where you handle the PAC codes, etc. Inferior package offer that is likely to get worse given the O2 offers open to everyone, and poor coverage doesn't enthuse me!

@virginmedia Broadband isn't exactly spectacular either, but is just on the better side of the trade off between speed and reliability / features given the poor speed on @OpenreachHelp here. I've traded IPv6 and a reasonably steady connection for speed and not infrequent drops!

@virginmedia Just spent over an hour online waiting to make a complaint only to be cut off twice and waiting again. I want to make a formal complaint, I do not want to do troubleshooting tests. The problem is you keep turning the WiFi off at the same time every evening!

@virginmedia Not that I was aware of, but I couldn't check without decent mobile data. H or H+ was the best I could get all the way down the A3 from the M25 to Petersfield. Kept getting no service walking round Portsmouth a week back. You are ceasing mobile contracts soon so easier to move.
