Cancel and they’ll bill you for the remainder of your contract and do this til you give in and pay, even if the service is so appalling you’ve had to cancel. Even from their own site the amount of frustration is awful. And to direct an irate customer to that 🤯

@virginmedia It's literally only affecting phones now and was on off with laptops. Laptops have been fine for a day, signal is still there from furtheest point of house, just constantly disabling.

@virginmedia I’ve followed all these steps and been on phone waiting on Technical for 45mins. There was a known issue yesterday that was being fixed apparently. Since then no broadband access.

We also found a £10 payment to 02, whom they’re now linked with. Unknown to us, an account had been set up when we called! They cancelled it when we rang but..

@virginmedia Yes, complaint made, absolutely awful response from Virgin. Engineer said lines can talk to each other, so u can't prove we made the call and we can't prove we didn't. We are Christians who believe horoscopes are satanic, so no way we made call.

@virginmedia 16th May but i have given up trying to get help and it’s really bad that I have had to log a complaint as my only option. Phone handlers put down the call before I had chance to speak or promise callbacks but don’t. WhatsApp is the most frustrating loop only to be fobbed off
