@virginmedia Hi there. Since signing up for virgin media I have had very poor WiFi service. Connection dropping a lot. A resolution for this is using the super hub 3 in modem mode and connecting another router, but I’m having a lot of issues doing this

@virginmedia Broadband. We're at 166 Buchanan Street. Office block in Glasgow City centre. Every business in the building that uses Virgin is affected. No broadband service.

@virginmedia yet again my broadband is down in G66 area @sky what deals can you offer me for tv broadband and phone. I’m paying £74 odds a month for a service that breaks down every weekend

@virginmedia Rebooting and factory resetting doesn’t help, unfortunately. I switch the hub to modem mode, the light goes purple like it should, connect the other router but this then shows no internet

Day ³ of no @virginmedia service & 2 engineers turn up. Not convinced as they are baffled how we got a cable to our house (it seems "you guys dug up the garden" is a mind blowing response) & while agreeing that @SGNgas messed the wires it seems "f**k knows" is all they can offer

@virginmedia It’s not made me thought I want to cancel. I actually am. Sick fed up of your no broadband at weekends when I spend the most time at home. Get Richard Branson to fix the problem. I won’t be flying in one of aeroplanes either.

No internet until Monday. Good old @virginmedia - told them I'd been having issues for weeks, was told to monitor it, THEN they say 'oh we thought it had resolved itself'... Clearly not if I'm still calling. sounded like they just wanted me off the phone asap tbh. Switching ASAP

@virginmedia They advised, reset, changing from 2.4 to 5. Then back again. Changing the settings on the account. Done this multiple times. Customer service hung up on me then I rang back again and was told I hung up on them. Awaiting a supervisor call. It’s never worked since installation

@virginmedia still haven’t fixed my issue. Called up once again to get a rubbish automated response now saying it will be fixed by tomorrow at 4:00pm when I’ve already been told it was going to be 4:00pm today then changed it to 9:00pm tonight and still nothing!! Worst provider.

@virginmedia That BQM is never going to be the full story though because even with 0.5MB/s upload a latency monitor will tell you that everything is OK. Definitely time to detail a forum post if that's the only means of support.
