@virginmedia I had an engineer out today as landline has been down for 4 days not that I minded as never use the thing. I mentioned my WiFi speed to engineer and he told me we were running at 59mbps & I’m paying for 200mbps although kindly sorted it for me. Just saying 🤔

@pwmcomms We've had similar problems with Virgin Media. I would suggest contacting their customer service team but that might take you the rest of the day...😒

@virginmedia I’ve tried to speak with someone for weeks re issue with my email connection, your recordings provide a link to help online, but it is only suggestions of what might be wrong! I can’t access emails and now having bother with my WiFi. Customer service is shocking!!!!!

@ColourMeGreen5 I’m led to believe that all internet providers slowed there supplies down during lockdown as they were getting hammered. My WiFi with @virginmedia has been slow for months and it’s meant to be their top speed. 😤

@virginmedia Hi there, I've rang the number and they say that they can't waive the £35 connection fee and when I asked if I could have an email confirming my connection issues they said that wasn't possible either.

@virginmedia I have used the virgin service to run test on line - so much that I’m unable to for the rest of the day. This is why I turned to another website to check and see if there were others having same issue. Which they were. My router restarted itself 5 times in 1 hour. Not right! :/

@virginmedia I have and a new hub is being sent out but that doesn't solve the problem of getting connected in the mean time. I'm an agency worker and paid by the hour so am losing income by not being able to get online. 1/2
