    @virginmedia you're customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Over 2 hours in messages support I've waiting with no response other than being told 1 hour ago, my issue would be responded to in 10 minutes.

    @virginmedia contacted your 150 number and asked to use the text service which I did . Unfortunately they asked to contact oomph team on 150 . Unable to get through on 150 to speak to an advised as just a message telling me to use text service help please

    @virginmedia Your online chat and bot is terrible. I want to reduce my package. First got chucked out during security. Then they couldn't help and put me through to relations but your bot thinks I have a mobile query. I'm trying not to phone as requested but this is unworkable.

    Hey @virginmedia why can’t I down grade my package online, via email or live chat? I can upgrade no problem. Calling the customer help line says most of your offices are closed and I would have an hours wait to speak to someone. An hour!!!

    @virginmedia Since the "upgrade" I havent been able to connect to WiFi upstairs in my small house. So I hoped the app would help but it can't connect to the superhub from upstairs either. Speeds are terrible all of a sudden. Rebooting and resetting router not helping.

    @virginmedia keep checking your page regarding service being down in SW16 since yesterday and it went from an engineer fixing the problem to an engineer is on the way and the estimated time keeps increasing. I'm not happy.
