    Hey @virginmedia why can’t I down grade my package online, via email or live chat? I can upgrade no problem. Calling the customer help line says most of your offices are closed and I would have an hours wait to speak to someone. An hour!!!

    @virginmedia Your online chat and bot is terrible. I want to reduce my package. First got chucked out during security. Then they couldn't help and put me through to relations but your bot thinks I have a mobile query. I'm trying not to phone as requested but this is unworkable.

    Highly recommend not going with virgin media, been in the new flat 2 months paying insane rates and it doesn't work. Not to mention the appalling customer service which we have received

    @virginmedia I have yes, I’ve been making frequent calls to your customer service department and pre-install team since 15/5/21 and there seems to be no dedication or obligation in assigning an engineer/technician to the work that needs doing

    @virginmedia No. I would like to get this sorted. However, I am a disabled person in a wheelchair and I cannot do anything by myself. I need people to help me. I had hoped the swap over from BT to VM would have been a straightforward job. It's been anything but. Very annoying.

    @virginmedia Hello TF. This is your best price. I have spoken to your guys. £36 for 100mb is what I negotiated hard for. As a non new customer it was going to be raised to £43 iirc. Which a new customer would receive 516MB broadband. Can you understand why this is not a good look?

    @PollyJames @virginmedia Good luck. I've only just managed to leave.... They wanted to charge me double for the package I've had, then took weeks to finally get hold of someone to get the contract cancelled. Their customer service is horrendous.

    @virginmedia Nothing they haven’t found our missing payment, they can’t tell us why the money keeps going missing, and all we got was “ummmmm yeah sorry”. We have put in a complaint because this continues to happen and we have asked for compensation.
