    @virginmedia I’ve had no services since Tuesday. Discovered this after CS closed Tuesday night, as I’m a nurse and work long hours. Contacted Wednesday, got attitude from a call handler, spoke to a manager who couldn’t help much. New router, self install, still nothing!

    ok ... I called and an engineer is coming on Monday but 9 times out of ten it's an outside or area problem. TV stopping and starting. In 11 years we have had well over 30 break downs. This is the West End in Edinburgh @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Now I have an engineer coming tomorrow. They way this has been handled is ridiculous. I lodged a complaint online, was told I’d get a response within 7 days. So patiently waiting. I want to speak to someone UK based with authority to sort this out for me.

    @virginmedia I think I’ve fixed it will let you know if it reoccurs seems to be to do with using Modem mode on the router has been a known issue for a while that you don’t seem to be willing or able to push out a fix for

    My experience with @virginmedia was 50/50 today called downgrade got a whole lot of crap from the first person. Ended up at the cancellation department who listened to me & saved me as a customer.

    @virginmedia after three engineer visits and technical call cut off after an hour and twenty minutes, numerous amounts of previous phone calls and still no further forward with the problem being fixed we are at our wits end,and you’re telling me I can’t leave until February!

    @KingPMoney @virginmedia Been with them like 6 years myself and the exact same thing happened, then they fitted the wiring outside and said someone was shielding in my property so they can’t install (no one had lived in the house for 3 years it had just been renovated) Their customer service is the worst

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve requested an activation. Still no luck. Multiple factory resets, left it for long periods of time. Same issue. I’m all out of ideas.

    @virginmedia I'm afraid I'm still without tv and nobody answered my text. I've rang the telephone helpline and nobody answers. I've even put in a complaint and nobody has picked that up. Not good.
