After 30 mins on hold we’re told it will take a further 1hr on hold to get to the cancellation dept who will then require 30 days notice 😡 #rubbish

The appt date is only part of the issue as the call centre customer service is abismal with no explanation or offer of compensation for lost service. We pay a small fortune each month & have reported numerous issues with Internet connectivity & its only getting worse.
