    11 years a Sky customer not one issue, reluctantly have to cancel due to no signal in new house so set up with @virginmedia big mistake numerous errors and have had to contact them 4 times in 3 weeks. Customer service is null a complete shit show of a company!

    Trying to watch via catch up on #stvplayer via @virginmedia #tivo is nothing short of torture. Super slow responses loading / between menus, buffering and you can’t fast forward adverts.. really need to catch up with the times, customer viewing habits and expectation

    @virginmedia help! My mobile phone number was meant to transfer to you yesterday. Online it still says processing, and I can use the Internet and send texts and call out. But nobody can call or text me! Feeling slightly frustrated. :(

    11 years a customer with Sky not one single issue, have to mobe to @virginmedia due to house move and have had to control them 4 times in 3 weeks. Shit show of a company.

    @bsamikey @virginmedia Yes, I had three weeks of very slow connection, all because they changed the head-end and never noticed older modems were also in need of changing! Great connection, lousy customer service.

    @virginmedia Hi, I am trying to logon to My Virgin Media, but my password is rejected. I then follow the reset password instructions -and enter the correct details for the secret question and then my account details - it gets rejected - can you please help

    I spent 4 hours on the phone in Lanzarote last week and was assured that the problem had been resolved and in September 99 pounds would be coming out of mine and Lucy’s account. I’ve just been billed 165 pounds for September. Get it sorted @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I have reached out. 5 times. Each time it has not been dealt with. Every time I’ve been told the problem has been rectified and it hasnt. They are telling me different things, no one has a clue. You can’t take money out of peoples bank account then put it into credit

    @virginmedia No I haven’t.. not sure much can be done. I can’t have a V6 box as you won’t allow me to use a different broadband service (I don’t pay for my current broadband..) so I’m stuck with aging technology of TiVo 😞

    @virginmedia very I happy with my current issue, I have been charged £80 for a contract with has been changed without my knowledge even though I spoke to an agent about 3 1/2 weeks ago and sorted my contract out and it was around £52 a month, now being told that no record of this

    @virginmedia is there a problem with smtp server for Blueyonder. Trying to forward emails to someone through Android phone. Settings are correct but told can't send message. Last month I couldn't send emails with any attachments (under size limits)

    Honestly @virginmedia are a joke. Our contract ended in April so I phoned to cancel. They convinced me to stay with a deal for 99 pounds with a 50 pounds off loyalty voucher. Since then we have been charged 138.99, 138.99, 140 and they wrongly took 155 out last week

    Just had an email from Virgin Media including the chilling line: “Learn about your household’s tech habits”. I sincerely hope all my broadband provider knows about my tech habits, other than my network use, is that I use a strong firewall to stop them snooping.

    @ktsimmo @virginmedia My phone line has been crackling 2mnths now. Engineers still not fixed. I didn't use landline for 1mth they said they wouldn't charge and guess what they did!! Today its been on & off all day. Im going to leave. I even put in an official complaint 1 month ago to date no response.

    @virginmedia Tried all that nonsense. Says no faults in the area and everything is performing just fantastically according to your online checkers. The reality is somewhat different. The hub is so poor, constant speed issues and your phone advice is “turn it off” that’s not a solution for me.
