    @virginmedia Thanks - however under “if you don’t feel your complaint has been resolved” this again refers to speaking to a manager and if one isn’t available they will call you back. We were told it was not possible for managers to make outgoing calls! Which is correct?

    @virginmedia Hi, is it normal for an agent to call to fix internet problems?I pressurised him on his lack of security, he said do you want good service or to cancel?Then hung up?It’s impossible to communicate with you as a corporate organisation so I’m hoping you tweet?

    Hi @virginmedia, how do I speak to an actual person at Virign Media about a fault with my Hub 3? When I call automated service says restart Hub then hangs up on me. This does not solve the problem.

    @virginmedia Tried to but hilariously the site said it was down. I phoned up and got a lovely person who managed to do something which initially fixed it worse but now it's all shiny again. 🤞🏼

    @virginmedia We can still phone up within 28 days apparently. Part of the issue was we couldn’t escalate the original call to a manager which is ridiculous. What’s the point of phoning again? It seems the only option available is to stop being a customer as soon as the contract is done.

    @virginmedia Hi it was just Sky movies on demand not working for one night in the end. We ended up watching something on All 4 via a Firestick rather then the film we were intending to watch as it was unavailable.

    @virginmedia So we can’t easily escalate to a manager the way you first implied? We will raise a complaint which will now include the fact that customer service is inadequate while you work from home. This stress is not helpful while I am pregnant - this should have been easy to resolve

    Hey @virginmedia - we are not at all satisfied at the resolution from the complaints procedure and we will 100% not be renewing our contract with you. Shame you couldn’t do the right thing to resolve this issue - it would have resulted in a better long term outcome for you.

    @virginmedia hello folks, I do now have a minor issue - my new Hub 3.0 has a flashing green power light and solid green WiFi light, this has been the case for a few hours now despite being told (in a text message) I had received a signal and all wires are firmly connected?

    @virginmedia Yes multiple browsers. Press submit and it just clears the form, no confirmation it's been sent. Complaint is regarding awful customer service regarding a change to package, then subsequent billing issue. 10 times I've had to contact VM.

    Do you know someone cut off from the digital world? They could receive help from the Good Things Foundation and Virgin Media O2 to receive free data, unlimited minutes and texts. Tell them to visit the Barking Learning Centre or Dagenham Library for more details.

    @virginmedia The last one advised that I upgrade my SIM card (upselling). I’ve had no clear answers, everyone says something different and passes me on to another team. I’m aware the issue is because an engineer isn’t being assigned to the job. Categorically the worst customer experience.

    @virginmedia Complaint filed Tuesday - told there was a fault in TW9 from 31/01/2021 and earliest it would be resolved would be 14/02/2022 - I made a complaint because the contract should never have been formed and was told they’d call me in 2-24 hours - no contact made
