    @virginmedia I have been calling premium numbers for weeks to speak to people. Only one seemed to help but she was from a UK office and said she would call me back. I am still waiting over a week later for anyone to be in touch with me!

    @virginmedia Thanks - however under “if you don’t feel your complaint has been resolved” this again refers to speaking to a manager and if one isn’t available they will call you back. We were told it was not possible for managers to make outgoing calls! Which is correct?

    @virginmedia They may have the same training but they do not have the same capability to make decisions. I don’t care where they are based but only UK based departments can help getting this installed. How can @Ofcom allow you to charge premium numbers just to get in touch it’s been 10 weeks!

    Hey @virginmedia - we are not at all satisfied at the resolution from the complaints procedure and we will 100% not be renewing our contract with you. Shame you couldn’t do the right thing to resolve this issue - it would have resulted in a better long term outcome for you.

    @virginmedia So we can’t easily escalate to a manager the way you first implied? We will raise a complaint which will now include the fact that customer service is inadequate while you work from home. This stress is not helpful while I am pregnant - this should have been easy to resolve

    @virginmedia hello folks, I do now have a minor issue - my new Hub 3.0 has a flashing green power light and solid green WiFi light, this has been the case for a few hours now despite being told (in a text message) I had received a signal and all wires are firmly connected?

    @virginmedia We can still phone up within 28 days apparently. Part of the issue was we couldn’t escalate the original call to a manager which is ridiculous. What’s the point of phoning again? It seems the only option available is to stop being a customer as soon as the contract is done.

    @virginmedia Lol I’m basically on a first name basis with the installations team at this point. I’ve more contact with them than my own family. They’re not any help. They just blame the outside works people..but won’t give me their contact details so I can speed this up myself.

    When I try to leave @virginmedia it's almost impossible. Wait 45 mins on hold (they hang up when you say you want to leave) or write a letter (!) When I eventually do manage to leave, they phone me 5 times in one day. 🤔

    @GibsonPaddy @virginmedia @SkyUK That’s who I left. Only problem was the slow internet & was paying them £117pm. Virgin was 85 but 3 months later and I’ve had no internet. Should have stayed with Sky tbh mate. The virgin call centres are horrribleeee too. Line is bad & they’re zero help.
