    @virginmedia I have been calling premium numbers for weeks to speak to people. Only one seemed to help but she was from a UK office and said she would call me back. I am still waiting over a week later for anyone to be in touch with me!

    @virginmedia Is there a free phone number or a way to get direct to the UK bases call centres as your oversees premium numbers do not have the capability to help in this matter I’ve trie don multiple occasions

    @virginmedia Thank you for the response. I did as you asked at 7:04pm this evening engaged with Terri the Triage Bot who has kept me on hold waiting to speak to someone for 3 hours 20 minutes. Just when I thought @virginmedia might try to repair this customer onboarding failure #poorservice

    @virginmedia They said they would sort it and call me today. I had a phone all to the house phone at 11pm waking up my mrs that asked me to text back which I couldn’t do so no idea what that meant. They have all disappeared and I still have no update I have been promised resolution by Sat

    @virginmedia They may have the same training but they do not have the same capability to make decisions. I don’t care where they are based but only UK based departments can help getting this installed. How can @Ofcom allow you to charge premium numbers just to get in touch it’s been 10 weeks!

    @DebbyHallett_LD @SueSuezep @virginmedia I ran an online connectivity test with Virgin Media recently and it picked up a fault. I was able to book an engineer visit at a time suitable for me and he put in a brand new router for me. My only issue with Virgin is the monthly cost, but it does cover very fast broadband.

    @virginmedia @thinkbroadband All evidence, and actual reports of users on the connections experiencing the issues during these peak times (including myself) points to Virgins core network. Really hope that we get the right Virgin team on the case.

    @virginmedia It says everything is fine. Run a test. Not fine. Useless real time status service. Even more useless having no wifi. All my neighbours also complaining and we never get any of the promised compensation.

    @virginmedia Thanks, sounds like the first bit of slightly positive news I have heard, the other customers on the same thread will also be pleased, but, we will expect Virgin to act and look to fix it on their end and not finger point @thinkbroadband or at the customers own setups/connections
