    @virginmedia I sent a complaint in to your company 10 days ago regarding my shocking ping rates and slow speeds on my broadband. Still no response, not even to confirm you received my complaint. After 1 hour on hold without even speaking to an agent, I get disconnected.

    @virginmedia It absolutely shocking that we have to wait nearly a week for an engineer to come out because we have no service at all. In the meantime, I cannot work from home which leads to us as a family losing money especially in the current climate...

    @virginmedia never use this company, total disrespect for property, or heath and safety. Property has been damaged with heath and safety issues left unresolved for ove a month. I've been told by 4 people a manger would call me. That was in August and I'm waiting.
