    @virginmedia We’ve been having issues. Especially with the on demand service or anything we record. Constantly asking us to test the connection. I’ve switched everything off and back on again. Including modem and still getting the same error.

    @virginmedia I’ve tried to speak with someone for weeks re issue with my email connection, your recordings provide a link to help online, but it is only suggestions of what might be wrong! I can’t access emails and now having bother with my WiFi. Customer service is shocking!!!!!

    @virginmedia My WiFi has been cutting off at least once a day and if not then running extremely slow, making most days almost impossible to WFH. Mobile issues are more to do with customer service which I have already logged complaints about. Just wish I could exit early without any fees

    @virginmedia Theres no wifi or TV..tried your online service as the error code advised this yet doest help much ! I know how to switch the system on/off to reset ! customer service is a joke to get thru on !! And when you do they hang up 🤬 3rd time this has occured in the last 2 months!

    @Schadenfury Virgin Media = the worst. I had to move & we were not allowed Sky just Virgin or Eir. Virgin is dearer & no Al Jazeera. It makes a huge difference.

    Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

    @virginmedia That there was a blockage in the road. The same as the 1st, second and third visit. I was hoping team no 4 was aware of this but they weren’t. So then I called customer service and was told another team would come back that day yesterday and sort it out. But that did not happen.

    @virginmedia Basically that it's perfectly normal to get the speed I'm getting & they can't do anything unless I want to pay even more a month and get a wifi booster. I'm loath to do that as my mum has one and it does nothing to help, and also with how much I'm paying already ...
