    @virginmedia Yeah, spoke to them briefly. Waited 75 MINUTES. Your rep admitted the fault. Said he was outing me on ‘silent hold’ for 2 minutes then 20 MINUTES later the line went dead. Absolute joke. Shambles of a customer service. Apparently that is quite common.

    @virginmedia I've looked on yoir service page, outage and forums. All suggest it's a hardware fault with the HUB or connector cables to the house. WiFi remains consistent but once a morning or afternoon my ethernet drops from the HUB itself, tried multiple devices.
