    @virginmedia once again, on day 2 of Burgin Medias incompetence it would seem that lack of competence has surfaced its ugly head again and my complaint has been registered in a non active account that I have no way of accessing so therefore been told NO ONE AT VIRGIN can help

    I rang @virginmedia who confirmed they do have a major problem with their servers and @twitter which will take another day (so four in total) to resolve. So why not put this message on your social platforms to save everyone time including your staff? "Media could not be loaded"

    @virginmedia Yes, On laptop connected directly to the VM router (network lead) one of a few devices connected (Alexa & a TV). Speed test via Ookla, yet having a teams call is often not possible. Locked on contract for now, hence looking for another supplier to access the internet.

Yet you signed us up for yet another contract when we didn’t agree. We are trying to get out the one we have thankyou. No one has a clue within VM at all

    Currently using hotspot as @virginmedia has been down since 9.15. Their site says a problem in the area. They’ve also changed their sign in process to use biometrics (which doesn’t work properly) and there was no notice of this change that I saw…

    @emsiemorris @virginmedia VIRGIN MEDIA ARE THE WORST BROADBAND PROVIDER on EARTH. I’ve spent all my energy contacting them to sort my broadband. They refuse to accept responsibility and do not help! I’m now on hold to cancel my contract. I quit! I’ll spend my life promoting against them.
