@reece_dinsdale @virginmedia We got thru after an hour, they are freezing sky sports payments for now. We were £135 got them down to £84, they no longer have over seas advisors working for them there for taking ages to get thru . Keep trying good luck 😉

@VirginMediaIE The most expensive provider in Ireland cannot recruit staff because they pay **** wages, so the customer has to endure shockingly poor service. Virginmedia break the contract, I will stop my payments. I am sure I will then have my issue resolved.

So, after two days without the internet @virginmedia have just informed me that I might have intermittent issues up until the 25th August. Oh, and I'll have to chase them up after that for any kind of compensation. @CommunityFibre might be getting a call from me soon.

@virginmedia The issue has now been resolved. All it took was an email from you to sort it out. But before this ridiculously simple solution I had to make countless phone calls and messages on WhatsApp. And I was charged by Netflix.
