    @virginmedia @dyna_qual I'm your customer VM. I had a catastrophic no ranging response T3 Time Out logged at 11:55, so I'd say it's too early to tell if the issue has actually been resolved

    @virginmedia @dyna_qual Aaaaaand definitely not resolved. We've just dropped out again. Whole box crashed this time so had trouble accessing the logs. Same No Ranging Response T3 Time Out. I'd say you're still having problems

    @gawuffy @virginmedia Annoyingly I get no mobile coverage in my flat, I have to stand near the window to do anything and there is only a weak 2G, sometimes 4G signal - so I can't use phone for internet alternative.

    @virginmedia WIFI issues all day in ML5. Mobile is also starting to play up with full reception 3G/4G intermittently dropping on my phone.

    @Kennyf1283 @virginmedia They also do a fine line in "shocked and surprised" when you report a fault in Glasgow City centre, like you're the only person in a city of millions who has had this issue.

    I can see @virginmedia have put a £9.25 BT Sport discount on my May bill. They never told me about it. Their service centres are extremely poor right now at least sky give you the option to cancel the sport channels.

    @virginmedia my internet service has been absolutely shocking the last two weeks (not that it’s actually that great usually anyway!!) sick of paying for a service I don’t get between this and the mobile problems wish I’d never joined virgin for anything

    So was playing competitively Overwatch last night, and on 3 separate times the ******* internet cut out. I lost a whole lot of points cause I couldn't get back in and got temporarily banned.. thanks Virgin #virginmedia

    @virginmedia My WiFi has been cutting off at least once a day and if not then running extremely slow, making most days almost impossible to WFH. Mobile issues are more to do with customer service which I have already logged complaints about. Just wish I could exit early without any fees

    @virginmedia I asked if it could potentially be put back a week to 3/12. Person I spoke to said only 9/12 available. I said no good,I need internet access before then for work- keep current date. They told me it was automatically changed and it was stuck now. I never confirmed. Can dm photos?

    Christ, @virginmedia, you’ve been SO shockingly poor of recent. Slow connection, router regularly resets/reboots itself, and connection regularly unstable.

    @virginmedia is the crappiest, most useless customer hating organisation. My #TiVo box doesn’t work. The on-line help is useless and there is no human help. If you have tried the former, you are just chucked off the phone. I hate them. Call/me now and fix this. #hatevirginmedia
