Despite @virginmedia increasing it's prices they continue to disrespect customers. We have had no broadband for 2 whole days, no response. I have been on the their website asking for help to enable me to work during a pandemic, nothing helpful. One the phone for 45 mins and????

My @virginmedia internet service is now down for the third consecutive day in Glasgow and yet again I’m having to tether to my phone’s data to be able to work from home. This is woeful service when so many are working from home relying on their internet - get it sorted!!!

It appears @virginmedia can't communicate with it's customers. Perhaps @Ofcom and @BBCWatchdog would like to investigate how their inability to provide customer service is affecting customers ability to work during a pandemic.

@virginmedia so, been trying to get through to these guys for weeks. Can't get thru via phone, chat function on the app doesn't work, the website give options to upgrade or leave, can't remove services and you are directed to the number that u can't get through on 👎
