Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • gotthegistofit Chris Johnson (Gotthegistofit) (@gotthegistofit) reported

@virginmedia Several months too late now I’m afraid. But one relevant point is that you engage on social media as if you’re going to help - then you just refer customers back to your god awful call centre services where we can’t get any sort of useful resolution. I left VM ages ago.

  • MattVins Matthew Vins (@MattVins) reported

@virginmedia That's what you took out the message? Your script really is bad when you overlook the harassment... We spent 8 months trying to get you to sort out the issues, you never bothered. Now we can finally leave and you're suddenly all over us.

  • jonqpr422 Jon (@jonqpr422) reported

@virginmedia 21.50 a month rise, less than a week after agreeing a deal. Can't even connect to webchat to cancel. Bit busy with cancellations are we.

  • jonqpr422 Jon (@jonqpr422) reported

@stidger72 @virginmedia I got 21,5% can't get through to cancel on webchat. They may be a tad busy with cancellations.

  • ChloeWalk123 Chloe Walker (@ChloeWalk123) reported

@virginmedia nearly 3 months of waiting for broadband to be installed and every time we speak to a human we get promised that it’s going to happen that day. Absolute shambles of a company and reading tweets on here I will finally be cancelling, your customer service is appalling.

  • Russ_Waring Russ Waring (@Russ_Waring) reported

@MarkH_Photo @virginmedia Same here, £11.00 a month increase for TV only. I'll be phoning @virginmedia to discuss this and if they cannot or will not offer me a better deal they will loose a 20+ years customer to Sky!

  • unshapedadrian unshapedAdrian (@unshapedadrian) reported

@virginmedia how do I contact your support team to discuss my broadband speed without rebooting/resetting my router

  • NeedyBeach NeedyBeach (@NeedyBeach) reported

@Azzeyylive **** virgin media for today, that was ridiculous

  • steve_noonan1 steve_noonan (@steve_noonan1) reported

@damom73 @virginmedia I got the same letter Damo, misread it at first and then thought WTF - new provider will be sought as that kind of rise is a piss take!! 4% above exorbitant levels of inflation. No thanks

  • stidger72 🤘🏻Stidger🤘🏻 (@stidger72) reported

@virginmedia I don’t care about “average” rises I care about mine. 4 weeks after a new contract. And I do not accept that a 19% is justifiable. Disgusting that @virginmedia think it is. Been a customer for 25 years. Will seriously think about changing that in the next few days. 😡
