@virginmedia Since changing to virgin Iv had problem after problem No tv services no WiFi 😂😂 I don’t know why I changed in the first place better of give £60 per month to a good cause instead !

That’s me up to 7 days with broken broadband and WiFi, despite an engineer call out and numerous calls. Finally @virginmedia have agreed the hub is faulty. New one arrives on Tuesday. That’ll be 10 days. #whatapalaver

@virginmedia Yes. When the engineer came out we were told the line to our house had been blocked as part of the fix for the area. Engineers then came out to replace the line.

@virginmedia Yes it shows up on the available networks. But the internet just does not work and hasn’t done for 13 days. On the service info page it still says that your engineers are trying to fix the problem (apparently for the last 13 days)?!
