@virginmedia Have to say that the business service I ordered had been a joke since the day I ordered it. Slow speeds... Instead of 350mb.. days of no service at all.. just joined and will be leaving as soon as my contract ends.

@virginmedia As outlined in the original tweet, there is an issue with channel 624, France 24 English HD, the audio and video are not in sync. It is still ongoing. If you've access to it, watch the lips of the broadcaster and note they don't move in sync with the audio.

@virginmedia is there a problem with smtp server for Blueyonder. Trying to forward emails to someone through Android phone. Settings are correct but told can't send message. Last month I couldn't send emails with any attachments (under size limits)

@virginmedia I tried to sign with you but apparently the extra 300/400 metres was too much effort for the workers. so one block up my mum has fibre optic best broadband with you guys. But yeah no fibre optic just down the road.. Summerston area, around the schools. John Paul academy.

@virginmedia It only happens with this channel, it doesn't happen with any other channel. The issue also affects a friend of mine that lives in Birmingham, so suggests an issue with the source. I have rebooted, same issue.

Why can @virginmedia increase the cost of my TV package in 28% MID CONTRACT but I can’t leave them mid contract?!? Tried customer services twice but got no help! 😡 AFTER 20 YEARS of being a loyal customer, be sure I’m going to leave in August at the end of my contract!!

Beware if you're a @virginmedia customer. If an engineer visits your property regarding any problem with your landline & leaves you with your phone connected to your modem the likelihood is that your phone won't ring when you're called! Shoddy & VM know but don't tell customers!

@virginmedia @LutzSchueler I renewed on 9/2 on the basis of a hub4 been sent. Today been told that u don’t have any stock of hub4 since 6/2 &/or my bundle doesn’t qualify for hub4. Ive been miss sold & 28days wait for complaint team whilst I continue to pay u £££’s a month???!
