Good old @virginmedia happily enjoying the football on BT on my iPad when your crappy app decides to freeze then kick me out and refuse to recognise my login. Dreadful bit of kit, never works properly.

@virginmedia I have used the virgin service to run test on line - so much that I’m unable to for the rest of the day. This is why I turned to another website to check and see if there were others having same issue. Which they were. My router restarted itself 5 times in 1 hour. Not right! :/

@iamalisonperry @virginmedia To be fair VM supply to your house, beyond that you are on your own. Boosters are probably the worst way as they half the signal each turn. We receive 200Mbps, and 3 floors or in the garden up we still have 200. Look at powerlines or mesh networks — best investment you’ll make.

@virginmedia usually singing your praises however your safeguarding policy for customers who are older people needs refinement. Sales teams not speaking to customer service has caused me and my parent great upset. Please look into training for all your sales staff please.

@virginmedia so, been trying to get through to these guys for weeks. Can't get thru via phone, chat function on the app doesn't work, the website give options to upgrade or leave, can't remove services and you are directed to the number that u can't get through on 👎

@virginmedia @virginhelp Sorted it myself. Thanks for the reply but ill be leaving virgin media in the new year. Great products. Absolutely god awful customer service. Richard Branson needs to start divering some of his profits back into his customers instead of playing spaceman. Damn shame.
