    @virginmedia On nearly 20 minutes of being on hold. I can upgrade online but not remove channels, yet other providers are letting customers switch off and on channels each month. Virgin media completely lagging behind the curve. Not to mention a loss of service last week for whole area. Poor

    @virginmedia I have to turn the router on and off most times to reset it to get the wifi working. As it’s not completely broken you won’t fix it but I spoke to 2 agents previous that said they would send out the hub. Very frustrated
