    @virginmedia your call centre is rude, they can’t understand simple English, round in circles, the line keeps buzzing out, I want to cancel but they will not put me through to anyone who can. They profess to be from every team everything I ask for help! Shocking how bad this is

  • Appolotech Dave Stone (@Appolotech) reported from Stirling, Scotland

    @virginmedia Stoping them should be automated. It’s more than just a casual annoyance. You caused additional stress in a very bad time, and all your staff denied the issue and made it worse. Automation isn’t an excuse for bad customer experience.

  • AndrewWedge A Wedge 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💙🇪🇺 (@AndrewWedge) reported from Dunfermline, Scotland

    @virginmedia They may have the same training but they do not have the same capability to make decisions. I don’t care where they are based but only UK based departments can help getting this installed. How can @Ofcom allow you to charge premium numbers just to get in touch it’s been 10 weeks!

    Let down again by @virginmedia , engineer visit booked today for between 8.00 & 12.00 and no engineer has shown up

  • CausticMain69 HK21 (@CausticMain69) reported

    @virginmedia I've figured out that it's because I've got a hub 3.0, a lot of which have faulty hardware. I've fixed the problem for gaming by limiting the channel switching but it's not ideal - what's the fastest route to request a new router? I know the 3.0 isn't up to standard.

  • FaffedOff ||||Subzero|||| (@FaffedOff) reported

    @virginmedia What sacrifice to what deity do i need to make for an issue from 21st December 2020 to be resolved. C-1301211989 ?

    @virginmedia I am already a Virgin customer since two years ago, just switching from private to business account, I don’t see the reason I can’t just install the kit myself.

  • thelocalscooter scooter (@thelocalscooter) reported

    @virginmedia any chance you can give me a reason for our speeds being so horrendous?! paying for 350 and getting 10 is a bit of a difference, at this rate we’ll have to cancel our contract

  • independencekat kathleen reid (@independencekat) reported

    @virginmedia Seriously you are asking me to call again the people who I've already called numerous times and when I did they refused to help

  • EmilyEastley Emily Eastley (@EmilyEastley) reported

    @virginmedia please can you advise if there is an issue in my area SW170QQ. Modem has just stopped for no reason, and although we're due to move, it's not supposed to switch over until 21/02/21. AHH!
