    @virginmedia Unfortunately no. I've spoken to multiple agents all day and an engineer is scheduled for tomorrow. If it isn't intermittent outage, it's a massive speed decrease (currently getting 50Mbps down/3Mbps up on a Gig1 line, usually 800Mbps down/55Mbps up)

    @virginmedia disgraceful customer customer service from you. Trying to sort your mistake and being hung out out to dry. Prepare for cancellation. Almost 90 minutes on the phone and still being told to wait. Total disrespect for a long time customer. No more.

    @virginmedia The point is the contract sent out on 15th Aug wasn't what was agreed when challenged I got put on the virgin no customer service merry-go-round which due to our personal circumstances i had to give up u are an absolute rotten company ur service agent admitted this was appalling

    @virginmedia The service checker tells me either nothing, or - as in the screenshot - something completely contradictory. There is no way to communicate with anyone and yet, strangely enough, you still charge me for a service which only works intermittently.

    @virginmedia The checks tell me there are issues. regardless I donโ€™t really care about wider issues in my area. Iโ€™ve been sent in a loop for the past month and itโ€™s still broken, Iโ€™ve been paying for this time and not receiving a service - this is not the first time either @Ofcom

    @markrmifsud @virginmedia Oh, back down again since 9:30pm. Looks like we were one of the lucky ones who were able to use our services for a day. Would be nice to know what the actual issue is @virginmedia? Some people have had no service for days now in our postcode.

    My Internet has been intermittent over the last 3 weeks. @virginmedia engineer was supposed to come out today but never turned up. Turns out he signed the job off as completed even tho he didn't turn up. Internet still going off and on.

    Hey @virginmedia I live in Epping CM16. My services have been out for 2 days. You keep putting the fix date back, you now say Monday. Prove to me you know what the trouble is and that you are actually working on it. No excuses allowed about resource allocation.
