@richardbranson Mr Branson, I pay for your virgin media services every month without fail, twice this month I have been without tv and wifi for more than 6hrs, this year alone it has went down on more than 3 occasions sort your company out, your quick to take the money from us

@virginmedia The email gives no info about this. I wonder if this means that the complaint has still to be responded to. The email refers to loss of service. Is it possible that this would have been sent in advance of a response to the complaint?

@virginmedia I’ve spoken to someone on the phone and they told me there is a local issue which should be resolved at around 12. However the service status line says there are no faults in the area which is not particularly helpful.

@virginmedia The testing tool tells me nothing is wrong despite my issues and then it tells me to reboot my Hub which I have done twice. It works for a while but then I keep losing connection unexpectedly and having to hotspot from my phone. Repeat rebooting can't be the solution?

@virginmedia I don’t need to reset the password, I know what it is. The issue here is I’ve been logged out on my browser as well as iPhone mail with no way of getting back into my account.
