@virginmedia Not surprisingly told that I couldn't be transferred to a manager then told they'd transfer me to collections, incompetence of the highest order, shameful customer service, another hour and a half wasted! 😡

@virginmedia After my repeated calls and issues I won’t believe it unless I see it. I haven’t directly spoken to a manager but last time it was apparently approved by a manager and out through while I was on the line. I won’t make anymore calls about this as it’s pointless. I’ll DM my details

Missus been on fone for over half an hour to cancel our @virginmedia subscription but person couldnt help n pit us thru to someone else so been on hold for another 15 mins... hey @richardbranson aint ur pockets fat enough... disgraceful 😡😡😡

@virginmedia Want 2 explain why our internet and tv goes down for a change instead of the usual "known issue crap" . If it's maintenance why not just tell the folk that pay your wages the real issue for not bein able to watch the shows they want browse the Web or even work.

@_ran1gers_ @BazBowsk1 @virginmedia YouTube to rename one of the two signals the box sends out. I found this helped. then I got a another router and put hub 3 into modem mode and now it works as it should. The hub 3 is a terrible box.

PSA: it takes @virginmedia 4 months to change your bill after agreeing to reduce it due to bad customer service at which point they put it up. Save yourself some hassle and shout into a well once a month instead, it’ll cost you less.

@virginmedia I’ve replied to the last email I’d received from the complaints dept where they claimed to have resolved the issue. Won’t be calling again as there’s no point when nothing ever gets resolved and my issue is well documented.
