@virginmedia I’ve tried to speak with someone for weeks re issue with my email connection, your recordings provide a link to help online, but it is only suggestions of what might be wrong! I can’t access emails and now having bother with my WiFi. Customer service is shocking!!!!!

No internet until Monday. Good old @virginmedia - told them I'd been having issues for weeks, was told to monitor it, THEN they say 'oh we thought it had resolved itself'... Clearly not if I'm still calling. sounded like they just wanted me off the phone asap tbh. Switching ASAP

Im howling. The customer service i have recieved from @virginmedia is an absolute joke. Talking to one of their "internet techs" and they didnt even know what a Cat 6 cable was. Not to mention im paying £41 a month for a service that drops randomly every few days.

@virginmedia Hub 3 on the 300mbps package. Never get more than 90mbps down even on LAN. Peaks at 20mbps up. Last night I was getting 2mbps down and 0.1mbps up. I’ve lost count of the amount of streams I’ve had to end because of Virgin WiFi crashing.

@ChampagneDosser Virgin Media. It's horribly overpriced. Reliability can be fine for months and then it can be days of annoying random outages. Customer service has got better in recent years at least. Upload speeds could be better, but that's the UK for you.

@virginmedia Can anyone PM me for my number so you can call me re my virgin faults. Been trying to get through for a couple of months now. Getting errors on my TV and my broadbands dropping out 20 times a day. Nobody answers phones anymore.
