    @virginmedia Hi, is it normal for an agent to call to fix internet problems?I pressurised him on his lack of security, he said do you want good service or to cancel?Then hung up?It’s impossible to communicate with you as a corporate organisation so I’m hoping you tweet?

    @virginmedia I’ve just had a phone all from a call centre stating it was from virgin media. They were saying that I’m having issues with my internet speed and needed to turn on a computer or device to check my speeds. Is this something that your tech division door is it spam?

    @virginmedia No, only on certain channels (5 HD being the worst) there seems be a static interference. The box is very old so not sure if it is compatible anymore

    @virginmedia My husband has been on phone for 90 minutes trying to close an account following a bereavement. He could not get anyone who could actually help him. Absolutely shocking service Virgin Media !!!

    @virginmedia @jet2tweets Absolutely disappointed. my complaint C-150522192 has been closed without even speaking to me. I am £15 pounds disadvantaged per month. Had Sky for 15 years they never dealt with customers like that. Absoltely shocked with standards from company like virgin

    @virginmedia Our Wi-Fi cuts in and out and is lost altogether at least 1 day a week. Your automated phone service suggested there’s no fault (I did have Wi-Fi at that time) and cuts me off. Can’t speak to anyone about intermittent coverage.

    @virginmedia It was a software update, as it was green according to the internet. But yes I get flashing lights from service outage all the time. I went into settings and set the light bar to 0% BUT YOU OVER RULE THAT and cause it to start flashing at 100% brightness, Waking me up every time
