@virginmedia I’ve tried to speak with someone for weeks re issue with my email connection, your recordings provide a link to help online, but it is only suggestions of what might be wrong! I can’t access emails and now having bother with my WiFi. Customer service is shocking!!!!!

@virginmedia Stoping them should be automated. It’s more than just a casual annoyance. You caused additional stress in a very bad time, and all your staff denied the issue and made it worse. Automation isn’t an excuse for bad customer experience.

What is the best way to speak to someone at @virginmedia as I've spent close to 2 hours this week trying to get through. Appreciate the issues due to covid but I urgently need to speak to someone since my bill has suddenly increased and I have no way to sort this atm

@virginmedia I sent a complaint in to your company 10 days ago regarding my shocking ping rates and slow speeds on my broadband. Still no response, not even to confirm you received my complaint. After 1 hour on hold without even speaking to an agent, I get disconnected.

@virginmedia I have used the virgin service to run test on line - so much that I’m unable to for the rest of the day. This is why I turned to another website to check and see if there were others having same issue. Which they were. My router restarted itself 5 times in 1 hour. Not right! :/

@virginmedia On nearly 20 minutes of being on hold. I can upgrade online but not remove channels, yet other providers are letting customers switch off and on channels each month. Virgin media completely lagging behind the curve. Not to mention a loss of service last week for whole area. Poor

@virginmedia Nope but I got a nice little call today to tell me not to worry the technician is coming to fix it in 4 weeks time. Nice of u to let me know. In the meantime I’ll take a £15 credit off my bill. Really I shouldn’t have to pay a thing a Amy service is not what I’m paying for.

@virginmedia @Florence_R_A I don't want a house phone in a room out the way at the top of the house, its too far to go before the phone rings off. Simple! I want to cancel the phone line. And if its going to be this difficult then maybe I need to arrange another provider altogether.

@virginmedia She told me all was sorted she’s applied the discount and got me back down to my normal price. My bill due in next few days is still £139.99. I can’t understand what is so difficult. I need this sorting before I’m billed that amount.
