@virginmedia Postcode is W4. When not logged in service status says everything is fine, but when logged in it says there are issues. When I ring up there is an automated issue saying there are issues. Need to know when it will be fixed.

@virginmedia our WiFi is horrendous! I live with 8 final year students and since August the WiFi cuts off ever 2-3 minutes! How is this a reliable service and how do you expect us to all pass our final year of university if we can’t even connect to the WiFi!!! I need my lectures!
