Hey @virginmedia why can’t I down grade my package online, via email or live chat? I can upgrade no problem. Calling the customer help line says most of your offices are closed and I would have an hours wait to speak to someone. An hour!!!

@virginmedia Your online chat and bot is terrible. I want to reduce my package. First got chucked out during security. Then they couldn't help and put me through to relations but your bot thinks I have a mobile query. I'm trying not to phone as requested but this is unworkable.

@dsilverman Very happy with both our service providers: we have Virgin Media (350/35 on cable) and BT Fibre To The Premises (910/118). Very few outages.

@virginmedia I got through to customer setvices. They gave me the details I needed. The web form keeps saying ‘enter valid billing date’ but I got the information from them!!!! You are making me feel very stressed and distressed. You’ve told me to use the web form but it doesn’t. Work!!

Hi @virginmedia, I've got net/hub issues. PC connects to internet via ethernet no issue. Google speaker connects via WiFi no issue. Phones & Chromecast won't connect via WiFi. PS4 & TV won't connect via ethernet or WiFi. Unable to obtain IP address. Still on hub2. Please Help!

@virginmedia I keep getting told by agents over the phone there are no issues from what they can see on my lines and no issues in my postcode. Well you can clearly see there is a problem. Making me pay for a service this bad is criminal.
