    @virginmedia ongoing problems with my service. Promised on the 18th that an engineer would call in the 22nd, a no show. Then promised an engineer on the 25th, a no show. Then promised a new TiVo box in the post, yes you guessed it, yes a no show. Ridiculous service no explanation

    Hey @virginmedia. On Saturday we had a tech visit to sort pixilated screens. He said network problem in street. Network guy came out today and fiddled in the street. Said it was fixed. Now have no broadband and unwatchable TV. Eh14 area. Nothing on status check. Help

    @virginmedia still having horrendous problems with this company, numerous calls since 22nd July. Twice assured that engineers would call, but no shows. I have spent hours conversing with numerous people to no avail.

    @longbangers @virginmedia Can’t believe how shoddy they are. Spoken to five different people about the same problem, no joined-up writing to note what’s been discussed previously so I’ve had to explain it each time, switch off and on etc, etc. Being shunted from pillar to post

    Shocking service from @virginmedia tv fault, spoken to five different people at Virgin, each time I’ve had to give all the details again, same procedures and all have failed to resolve the problem. More than two hours spent on the phone - now it’s call back tomorrow. Shambles

    @virginmedia Yes I called them, for some obscure reason they cancelled the visit. Never bothered to tell me of course and have now rearranged another visit on the 25th. The right arm does not know what the left is doing.

    Been with @virginmedia for all of a day and already experiencing issues. Internet is currently down and when it's working you can't get no WiFi in any other room in the house bar the one that the router is in. Shocking.

    @virginmedia No issues on the page. And tonight trying to stream a movie on Disney+ with a wired connection and getting buffering. Also the hub is showing red and has done for about a year now.

    @virginmedia I have lost all confidence in VM and, as I said, I'd be wasting my time. As it is, my complaint was about unnecessary upselling to resolve a connectivity problem has been "resolved" by telling me to "FO".

    What do humans have to do, to talk to other humans from @virginmedia? Almost a whole week, wifi and TV off and on.. Mostly off. Everyday it says the problem is known. Everyday it says the problem will be fixed by the evening. Everyday the time gets pushed back.
