    @virginmedia I checked but that say's there's no issue. But people at this S38HD postal code are unable to use the internet since around 8PM. They have 2 routers both are down.

    @virginmedia Sorry, the routers are not mine it's owned by the building. There are 4 routers and all 4 are down. Have asked the building manager to get in touch with you but seems to be there's a bigger problem from the ISP end than the routers going bad.

    @virginmedia Hi again so I had a total loss of service for a total of 10 days due to the super hub 5 I received was faulty called up and have only been offered £19.80 far from the £8.40 per day stated on your website. How do I take this further ? Overseas call centre were unhelpful.

    @acailler @virginmedia Lucky you. We had no internet from @virginmedia for four days this week then they cancelled our engineer appointment for today. Speeds may be great (when it works) but their customer service is shocking.

    @virginmedia I am tired to call them again and again, they threatened me if I cancel my contract they will charge me more money to cancel early. One month past no one came for installation I think I deserve early cancellation contract

    @virginmedia There’s no issues in the area. I’ve rebooted my hub still the same. Seems to stop broadcasting Wi-Fi every 2 minutes as well.
