I phoned today about being overcharged obviously the call handler was so inept she cut me off rather than fix it. But she did get in the fact that this terrible service was going up by 20% next month.

First problem I've ever had this week, and service, ability to contact and understanding of my problem is absolutely woeful. Luckily still in cooling off period for new deal. Dreadful.

Perhaps the skills of good customer service need to be a CPD exercise for the call centres!

The first Help Desk person said 'suspicious activity' and escalated the problem. The second person said that the address was not associated with the primary account holder 1/2

They are only interested in new customers and not retaining the ones they already have. I left, pay a fraction of what I used to, and will never do business with them again. Great business model for going bust.

I have a security camera mounted right above my window, but it constantly drops connection due to weak signal. To make matters worse, I get virtually no Wi-Fi signal at all when I am sitting in my back garden, which is really frustrating. Given how close these areas are to the house, I shouldn't be losing connection like this. Could someone please check my Hub settings/signal or advise on getting Wi-Fi Pods to fix these dead zones? Thanks,
