Which advised to return the box/speak to online chat if further issues. As I have pointed out multiple times I have already returned the box. This is absolutely infuriating at this point.

The service I am receiving is disgusting. 40 minutes call and to be told that in a #CostOfLivingCrisis you want £650+ to disconnect a service. I phoned today about being overcharged obviously the call handler was so inept she cut me off rather than fix it. But she did get in the fact that this terrible service was going up by 20% next month.

Still nothing. Now estimate is 12pm today. Aye thats no happening. What time will the service I'm paying for be back online?

AxiomLunc (@AxiomLunc) reported@Benleo @virginmedia @Benleo Put a complaint into the Ombudsman, O2 and Virginmedia do this all the time, i had a friend who cancelled his O2 contract after working for the company, never had issues with fraud etc, then magically after leaving, he had over £1000 fraud on his account.

Geoff Jones (@geoffjones7) reported@Benleo @virginmedia I was a service engineer for many years for Virgin (formally Telewest). You most certainly do not have to renew a contract to get a cable fixed. Also the Indian call centre has been a long-standing issue for their customers. Very poor service
