    @EveryNextDream @virginmedia I’ve had issues with their customer service for years. I worked for them part time whilst at uni when they were “Telewest”, and went through the whole Virgin take over. We all knew it was doomed from that moment. I’ll be leaving when contract is up.

    Honestly @virginmedia are a joke. Our contract ended in April so I phoned to cancel. They convinced me to stay with a deal for 99 pounds with a 50 pounds off loyalty voucher. Since then we have been charged 138.99, 138.99, 140 and they wrongly took 155 out last week

    @virginmedia No I haven’t.. not sure much can be done. I can’t have a V6 box as you won’t allow me to use a different broadband service (I don’t pay for my current broadband..) so I’m stuck with aging technology of TiVo 😞

    11 years a Sky customer not one issue, reluctantly have to cancel due to no signal in new house so set up with @virginmedia big mistake numerous errors and have had to contact them 4 times in 3 weeks. Customer service is null a complete shit show of a company!

    Trying to watch via catch up on #stvplayer via @virginmedia #tivo is nothing short of torture. Super slow responses loading / between menus, buffering and you can’t fast forward adverts.. really need to catch up with the times, customer viewing habits and expectation

    @virginmedia I have reached out. 5 times. Each time it has not been dealt with. Every time I’ve been told the problem has been rectified and it hasnt. They are telling me different things, no one has a clue. You can’t take money out of peoples bank account then put it into credit

    FFS @virginmedia please sort out your customer service. After finally getting through to change my package, I was put on hold again and transferred to another department. I hung up after 1 hour on hold!!! Think I’ll just cancel and take my business elsewhere

    @virginmedia very I happy with my current issue, I have been charged £80 for a contract with has been changed without my knowledge even though I spoke to an agent about 3 1/2 weeks ago and sorted my contract out and it was around £52 a month, now being told that no record of this

    I spent 4 hours on the phone in Lanzarote last week and was assured that the problem had been resolved and in September 99 pounds would be coming out of mine and Lucy’s account. I’ve just been billed 165 pounds for September. Get it sorted @virginmedia

    @bsamikey @virginmedia Yes, I had three weeks of very slow connection, all because they changed the head-end and never noticed older modems were also in need of changing! Great connection, lousy customer service.

    @virginmedia Only the TV works (it’s wired), everything else is not working as no internet, so it’s definitely a WIFI issue.

    @virginmedia Customer Service is not (or used not) to be a game where we can only ask each other questions to be answered "yes" or "no"? or where no consideration is given to the question? We used to have analysts who were skilled in establishing facts & providing solutions. Do you know any ?

    @virginmedia my wifi has been down since 3pm. Spoke to customer service and they’ve told me I can’t get a technician until 23rd Feb. I WFH for starters and can’t watch tv for a week?? Unacceptable.. what can be done about this? you’re charging a fortune for a rubbish service ???
