Hey @virginmedia - we are not at all satisfied at the resolution from the complaints procedure and we will 100% not be renewing our contract with you. Shame you couldn’t do the right thing to resolve this issue - it would have resulted in a better long term outcome for you.

@virginmedia So we can’t easily escalate to a manager the way you first implied? We will raise a complaint which will now include the fact that customer service is inadequate while you work from home. This stress is not helpful while I am pregnant - this should have been easy to resolve

@virginmedia Hi it was just Sky movies on demand not working for one night in the end. We ended up watching something on All 4 via a Firestick rather then the film we were intending to watch as it was unavailable.

We sat down to watch Birds of Prey the new Harley Quinn film on Sky but @virginmedia on demand is broken for the whole weekend - how do I get a refund? It had already started on Sky linear so have had to record it and watch another day. Disappointing.

Hi @virginmedia, how do I speak to an actual person at Virign Media about a fault with my Hub 3? When I call automated service says restart Hub then hangs up on me. This does not solve the problem.

@virginmedia hello folks, I do now have a minor issue - my new Hub 3.0 has a flashing green power light and solid green WiFi light, this has been the case for a few hours now despite being told (in a text message) I had received a signal and all wires are firmly connected?

@virginmedia It says the problem will be fixed by 2pm. It has said that every day for a week. I’ve escalated the problem to my local MP as no on in the area can work if they need to send anything bigger than a basic email.

@virginmedia The issue I am having is I can't get in touch with anyone at virgin, and haven't been able to since Autumn last year, via phone, web chat or email! The service is down every night as a minimum and it's down a whole day at least once a month.

@MPIainDS people in the E4 area have been unable to work for days due to the @virginmedia internet service having 0 upload speed. Every day they say it will be fixed by 2pm, every day it’s not fixed. Can you escalate this? They will not compensate for loss of earnings.

Do you really expect me to phone customer services, who when I eventually get connected will insist I reset my router, as if this has got anything to do with the problem. The problem is the fact that the virgin media network has taken on too many customers.
