    @virginmedia yes well after waiting in for five hours yesterday for an engineer to come I was just told it had been rearranged for the 28th. The great pity is they never informed me to find out if that was OK, such gross inefficiency abounds within your organisation.

    @virginmedia We have tried to problem solve ourselves and need help. A replacement box or an engineer, not a link to a forum. Do you have a link to a customer complaints department? Maybe I will get somewhere with them.

    @virginmedia Nothing. The frustration is there’s no record of an outage yet I’m now told it will be 21st when that is fixed. At which point my issue is still going to exist and I’ll have to phone the awful call centre again to beg for an engineer.

    @virginmedia I’ve no internet, phone or tv in South Edinburgh - following intermittent internet for days. Your fault checker says there is no service fault yet your website does not allow me to book an engineer. Can you help?

    @virginmedia I am on the phone right now and like I’ve said. The service I am receiving is disgusting. 40 minutes call and to be told that in a #CostOfLivingCrisis you want £650+ to disconnect a service. Must’ve been robbers you merged with as this is criminal behaviour.

    @virginmedia Yes I have phoned yet again this morning so I think your organisation are considering some sort of compensation for the five weeks I have been without the service. No doubt it will be a paltry sum in comparison to what I pay every month.

    @virginmedia If I phone there is a message saying there is a complex fault. The online fault tracker says there isn’t. Hard really to understand what the problem is and when and how it will be fixed. Still no service at all. Not impressed.

    I was left without service for a week with multiple lies, promises of calls that didn’t happen and appalling customer service … you promise compensation of a month for free, the next you state £650 for disconnection. We are in a coat of living crisis you idiots! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Issues when you phone VM you are constantly transferred to different people cold transfer then if they put u on hold cut off .why is there no email or decent human web chat poor customer service I am still waiting to get complaints resolved

    @virginmedia Any idea when the broadband issue will be fixed in my area ? Teesside . It’s been slow for a good few weeks . Finally the service status page shows there is an issue ,the estimated fix date keeps changing. My internet is now working intermittently.

    @virginmedia My WiFi and overall service has been up and down for over 2 weeks now. I’ve done all of the trouble shooting. I’ve checked the service. I done the old switch off and on. I just need to get somebody to visit and do it as I am unable to wfh because of it.

    @virginmedia I’m disgusted that after being a VM customer for 18 straight years, I am being charged double to renew compared to VM new customer offer. DM me to resolve or I’m off to SKY. So disappointing to have to post this.

    @virginmedia Help Please! Just been given incorrect advice from 4xoverseas tech support. Initial issue was an error code & “black listed IP server” that stopped desktop emails from working. Any advice as advice now cancelled iPhone email. TIA

    @virginmedia im a new customer i was lead to belive a engineer would be installing broadband now i have a old telewest socket the cable that I am supposed to plugg in won't fit now where cable is supposed to go has that to be unscrewed ? I have no service or WiFi tia gail

    @spudbishop666 @virginmedia I was a VM customer for 30 odd years but ditched them recently because of price and customer service. Last price hike took me package to £235 a month. Now with EE at £86 a month for similar TV and broadband package but no landline phone which we didn't use anyway.

    @virginmedia How vile. There is no amount outstanding on my account. It has been paid. The response I got from the credit file amendments team was to contact the credit file amendments team. So I'll just go to CISAS. You're even horrible on social media. No wonder your trust pilot is so low.
