TV working for a while but not consistently and faltering from time to time. Been kept waiting on phone for 10 minutes now hoping to speak to someone...poor show.

Tried 150 for third time and am waiting yet again to talk to someone...13 minutes and counting.. I'm afraid this is happening too often...it's really a very poor service ( and expensive)... 15 mins now!

The appt date is only part of the issue as the call centre customer service is abismal with no explanation or offer of compensation for lost service.
