@virginmedia So we can’t easily escalate to a manager the way you first implied? We will raise a complaint which will now include the fact that customer service is inadequate while you work from home. This stress is not helpful while I am pregnant - this should have been easy to resolve

Hey @virginmedia - we are not at all satisfied at the resolution from the complaints procedure and we will 100% not be renewing our contract with you. Shame you couldn’t do the right thing to resolve this issue - it would have resulted in a better long term outcome for you.

@virginmedia We can still phone up within 28 days apparently. Part of the issue was we couldn’t escalate the original call to a manager which is ridiculous. What’s the point of phoning again? It seems the only option available is to stop being a customer as soon as the contract is done.

@virginmedia we went through a serviceability check with you at time of order. We were advised what product you could install so we ordered weeks ago and paid. You now tell us on the day of installation there is a serviceability issue! Are you incompetent or fraudulent!

Just had a call supposedly from @virginmedia telling me my internet has been hacked. He asked me if I had a computer, I answered, why ? He said all my information is being downloaded by scammers but he could guide through how to fix it.I said 'fix what'? He hung up. Weird.

@virginmedia hello folks, I do now have a minor issue - my new Hub 3.0 has a flashing green power light and solid green WiFi light, this has been the case for a few hours now despite being told (in a text message) I had received a signal and all wires are firmly connected?

@virginmedia Thanks - however under “if you don’t feel your complaint has been resolved” this again refers to speaking to a manager and if one isn’t available they will call you back. We were told it was not possible for managers to make outgoing calls! Which is correct?

@virginmedia back up and running at 9am, but the apparent scale of outages across Lanarkshire in the past 24 hours is extremely poor. Not the social teams fault, as former staff I get how frustrating it can be for you guys, but VM *should* address this as a company in a comms to customers

@virginmedia Logged twice on xmas eve and surprise surprise nobody calls you back. Nobody has a clue and your field support team number just rings out. Dont worry one of your customers has no water or heating when its freezing!!
