@virginmedia It's about listening to the customer and applying common sense rather than dismissing them & going through a list of useless troubleshooting questions which end up being the same anyway.I have a box that is lit like a Xmas tree & reboots itself instead no.We go through the list.

@Robwhitt07 @virginmedia I literally just moved back to Sky because virgin always went down, particularly during working hours and they never compensated me despite my requesting it. Sky has all the great shows unavailable everywhere else unless you're willing to pay. I say get rid!

@virginmedia I have experienced today the worst customer service I have ever had. YOUR sales team promised us a credit when joining and during a 90 min phone call I spoke with 6 advisors who all agreed we needed the credit but wouldn’t apply it. Should have stayed with sky.

Just played my best match of DBD so far. Killer couldn't keep up with me. Soon as a teammate was hooked, I was swooping in to rescue them. All over the gens. Running to the gate and the internet went down. Outage in my area due to be fixed at 9:30pm. Thank you, Virgin Media.
