@virginmedia I’ve sent over 100 messages, unfortunately this is the level of service you are providing. I’ve checked the loss of service and it says it’s all up and running fine! Please don’t expect me to pay you for a service you can’t provide. I will be cancelling my direct debit with yous.

@virginmedia No known issue. We called (on mobile) and have a tech booked for Tuesday night!! Not good enough my wife is a key NHS worker and needs to phone patients and update over Internet. We now have neither so WFH impossible.

Hey @virginmedia why can’t I down grade my package online, via email or live chat? I can upgrade no problem. Calling the customer help line says most of your offices are closed and I would have an hours wait to speak to someone. An hour!!!

@virginmedia Not sure if you got this tweet- an advisor named Sandra informed me that there's an outage in my area which has been ongoing since 11th and expected to last til 27th. Towards the end of the call I expressed my frustrations to which she responded rudely. No fault ref no. given.

@MNEK @virginmedia I’ve had no internet for five days. They tell me on here to phone up, i phone up, end up in an endless automated loop that eventually cuts me off, unable to speak to anyone. The service is really appalling.
