@virginmedia are you guys serious! You set my account up with a credit limit lower than my package cost so it suspends my services for 20 days, when my bill is paid or make me pay it early! And nobody can rectify it! Over 12+ years a customer for this.

@virginmedia Yesterday I reported a problem with my landlines and was kept on hold for over 40 minutes before giving up. I tried again later in the day ...this time for only 35 minutes to no avail. I am currently using my mobile phone but still holding.. now 30 minutes..help.

@virginmedia No known issue. We called (on mobile) and have a tech booked for Tuesday night!! Not good enough my wife is a key NHS worker and needs to phone patients and update over Internet. We now have neither so WFH impossible.

@virginmedia Yes. No issues. They keep saying there is no issue but our internet stops working 20 times a day. We need an engineer to our house. Not online/over the phone ‘fixes’. I’ve been through this so many times, speak to someone else then have to do it all again. It’s infuriating.
