    @virginmedia You are trying to say if I had of picked the standard option I wouldn’t of had any problems. Virgin media is a joke these days. phone calls every day to try and upgrade my package even tho I tell them to stop calling. Moving house soon but will get sky after 10 years with virgin.

    Anyone else having WiFi issues with @virginmedia done everything they suggest online and now been on hold for 20mins. Two days without wifi is far from ideal. Lucky it’s the weekend and I just want to watch Bridgerton and not trying to do more important things.

    @virginmedia I have a hub 3 the main white light is on. Have tried resetting and factory reseting as advices on your website but there is no signal when I search on any device.

    @virginmedia Hi- yes, just had a truly awful call so I raised a complaint, reference is C2312202125. Looks like a few more days of suffering with an unreliable internet system, with devices sometimes working other times not working.

    @virginmedia It was bad all the way through the undercard. It was not acceptable to charge for the bad picture. You are due a lot of people a refund.

    @virginmedia lovely engineer today fixed everything. Your customer service had removed the wrong box and I’m now the proud owner of new V6 which actually plays Netflix! Took three weeks of my life but hey ho!

    Very unimpressed with @virginmedia #virginmedia , no surprise there it would appear. Sales pick up after one ring but when transferred to customer service currently on hold for 30 mins and counting. Each of those minutes brings me closer to wanting to cancel my subscription.

    @virginmedia I’ve got an engineer visit booked for Saturday as that’s all your website would let me do but it seems more likely it’s a network issue as the internet is fine between 9pm and 11am every day. It’s up and down the rest of the time. EH5 area.

    Bored of being fobbed off @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp No WiFi since December 18th, consistently promised fix dates and still no resolve. Escalated again today, no one will contact us till next week - promed today it would be fixed. If you're in Edinburgh just go with @virginmedia 😩

    @virginmedia Yes it’s fast internet - when it’s not dropping the signal 😳. Struggled to stream on a 350mb package as the signal dropped so frequently. Absolutely infuriating and not fit for purpose.

    @virginmedia i.m about ready to report you to citizen advice. Broadband not working now. Done the switching off n on at plugs. Glad i Signed out my Netflix or i wouldny have that either. I told yous the Tivo box would probs no work. Are yur ears painted on? Get it sorted.

    @virginmedia can u help to apply some common sense. The issues I have had since the start of my contract persist. have had 5 engineers over 3 complaints about the same issue. But I have been told an engineer has to come out 3 more times before I'm released from contract
