    I was left without service for a week with multiple lies, promises of calls that didn’t happen and appalling customer service … you promise compensation of a month for free, the next you state £650 for disconnection. We are in a coat of living crisis you idiots! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I’ve no internet, phone or tv in South Edinburgh - following intermittent internet for days. Your fault checker says there is no service fault yet your website does not allow me to book an engineer. Can you help?

    @virginmedia Nothing. The frustration is there’s no record of an outage yet I’m now told it will be 21st when that is fixed. At which point my issue is still going to exist and I’ll have to phone the awful call centre again to beg for an engineer.

    @virginmedia what an absolute farce - have now tried twice to simply upgrade my broadband speed but end up stuck in live chat for over an hour each time with no progress - why do I need to go through your overloaded customer service just to do this?

    @virginmedia I am on the phone right now and like I’ve said. The service I am receiving is disgusting. 40 minutes call and to be told that in a #CostOfLivingCrisis you want £650+ to disconnect a service. Must’ve been robbers you merged with as this is criminal behaviour.

    That's virgin media back down to £30 a month from £53, all because of one call. If energy prices are going up just tell everyone you can't afford them any more and they'll soon offer a discount!

    @virginmedia Neither of these things have happened. The last person on the help desk that I spoke to denied that the account was associated with my VM account and did not want to talk to me. Nothing happens when the Help Desk can't sort it themselves Please deal with this.

    @koenjideck Only worked well for me in recent years, but it gave me a decade of packet loss and outages before then 😵‍💫 I remember playing games with people on my street at uni, and half the people would disconnect in a lobby whenever Virgin Media had an outage 🥀

    To the engineer in the ML4 3EZ area.... lovely man. My complaint had been composed. he changed my mind. Sometimes we don't see someone working from 7am to get things sorted #virginmedia

    @virginmedia broadband down again. Go in to web page and it says try back again in 22hours! Go to tele helpline and it costs a fortune. How can I get help fixing this that doesn’t take 22hours. Shocking customer service.

    Virgin Media is still having an outage. Was supposed to be fixed yesterday, but now estimated fix is 15th April. I'm going (more) insane and I can't afford to not stream so I'll try to stream today at like 8pm ish regardless! 🫠

    @KenTrowbridge3 @virginmedia Worst supplier I have ever had - but we have no choice for full fibre here, so it’s literally the best of a bad bunch. I will change when other providers come in at a heartbeat!
