My @virginmedia internet keeps going off every couple hours for 5 minutes or so. It’s messed up recording interviews & frustrated my attempts to be a bad homeschool teacher via YouTube.

@virginmedia Nope, didn’t help. Last time it happened it was late at night while I was walking home and trying to call my boyfriend. From a safety perspective these kind of faults need to be resolved sooner rather than later.

I’ve been looking at switching to the ultimate Oomph package with @virginmedia but it’s just gone up £20 and as an existing customer (not TV though) it’s probably not nearly as good a deal Vs new customer deal. Looks like I’ll have to renew with Sky again for 18 months.

@virginmedia 1/2 Moving house - given installation date over the phone of 25th July. Got email to say 9th August. Work from home so can't wait that long. Tried to contact to sort. Been on the phone over an hour everyday for 5 days. No calls back, cut off, rude / sworn at plus more.
