    11 years a customer with Sky not one single issue, have to mobe to @virginmedia due to house move and have had to control them 4 times in 3 weeks. Shit show of a company.

    @virginmedia To be honest I haven't been satisfied with the price of service for a long long time and it really grates that all these new offers come out to new customers only. It's a disgrace that loyalty of existing customers is not similarly rewarded by your non access approach to deals.

    @virginmedia I have checked, no services but the kit is all in the house hence the photo. Your customer service claim this street is still a building site. Clearly not though as we have lived here for 3 weeks.

    @virginmedia You need to increase the infrastructure in the area to address the problems, you’ve not needed to and got away with out it as there has never been competition until now

    @virginmedia Media. I have issues with my bill and this needs to be corrected. I’ve been billed since October 25th and services have only been activated since November 15th.

    @EE It’s crap! 😂 simple as. Have to rely on WiFi calling but as @virginmedia provide such poor internet service even that doesn’t work. Would love it if you had a decent signal in my area so I didn’t have to rely on them!

    @virginmedia Ridiculous that as a existing customer now out of contract that I cannot be offered the same monthly deal as new customers. My bill is to rise by £50 pcm which is not acceptable. I ask if I can take your Bigger tv bundle with sports as advertised for £72 and told no.

    @virginmedia It seems that the issue already reported is to do with BBC Scotland HD, while my issue is that my signal on BBC1 HD keeps breaking up briefly every 30 seconds or so. It's mostly an audio drop out for a split second.

    @virginmedia So, I clicked on the link and it says only that there's an issue with BBC1 on On Demand or Catch-up. I try to run a test to show something else is wrong, but it produces an error message that something went wrong. It's been like that for months at least for that test page.

    @bsamikey @virginmedia Yes, I had three weeks of very slow connection, all because they changed the head-end and never noticed older modems were also in need of changing! Great connection, lousy customer service.

    @virginmedia Sorry but thats nonsense. Point out ANY existing customer changes/deals that save your loyal customers as much as new customers. I've been a customer for a long lot of years and have yet to see any customer loyalty being rewarded in the same way as these deals for new customers.

    @virginmedia She doesn't have another handset.. I'm at work and she told me when I called her. Her account is showing online as over the limit when she doesn't have one. And for the second time how would she speak to you over the phone with no service and I can't as not my account

    @virginmedia And so you presume the customer is lying than the potential for your employee to have made a mistake and insist she pays £250 to cancel a contract she never entered. For a contract to be valid there needs to be consideration, offer and acceptance. Where is the acceptance?

    @virginmedia Yes, he sent a text which took 72 hours to be responded to. He went through this process twice, then decided to abandon the complaint as it wasn't worth the time and stress. He now just wants to know who to contact to address the non-receipt of the automatic compensation please

    @virginmedia None if we want an old box the engineer will bring one and fit it so we still have no tv so I will be phoning tomorrow to cancel my account as your equipment isn’t compatible with my year old tv
