@virginmedia Nope, didn’t help. Last time it happened it was late at night while I was walking home and trying to call my boyfriend. From a safety perspective these kind of faults need to be resolved sooner rather than later.

I’ve been looking at switching to the ultimate Oomph package with @virginmedia but it’s just gone up £20 and as an existing customer (not TV though) it’s probably not nearly as good a deal Vs new customer deal. Looks like I’ll have to renew with Sky again for 18 months.

@virginmedia Yes but there was no issue on that link just now or at any of times of these outages. I don’t think it’s fair pay £45 for a connection that cuts out multiple times per day!

@virginmedia I check all the service status checkers, reset and rebooted a number of times. It's beyond a joke now. How can I get a new hub4? I don't think an engineer can do anything different to me unless there is a fault on the cable outside

@virginmedia Your customer service, and broadband devices are of very poor quality. Whenever we call your call centre, they are just asking to upgrade plans but will never solve the issue. Just deceiving customers with fixed month contracts..

@VirginMediaIE you courier did not pick the router on time so you asked me to return it to local virgin media shop in Galway. which I did. Still you are billing me for it 10e/month for several months even I have contacted you to stop. Poor service.

@virginmedia It’s a bit embarrassing with the stuff they came out with! I also cancel my direct debit I don’t even use the services. I even sent the equipment back.but apparently I was supposed to do the cancellation separately when I even told him but they didn’t tell me that over the phone
