    @virginmedia I also phoned to report on Thursday but was then told yesterday there was no record of that so must be lying. The customer service on the phone is truly atrocious. Your services are great when they work, your customer services the opposite.

    @virginmedia what is going on? No television or broadband from 550pm Thursday the 30th of June. Estimated fix was 3am 1st of July. Guess what? Still nothing. Now estimate is 12pm today. Aye thats no happening. What time will the service I'm paying for be back online?

    Hi @virginmedia I am trying unsuccessfully to contact you about my current contract. I don’t have WhatsApp and your online help link doesn’t help. My old fashioned ‘telephone’ call ended with ‘there was a fault’. Are there any humans around?

    @virginmedia Nothing. The frustration is there’s no record of an outage yet I’m now told it will be 21st when that is fixed. At which point my issue is still going to exist and I’ll have to phone the awful call centre again to beg for an engineer.

    @virginmedia Issues when you phone VM you are constantly transferred to different people cold transfer then if they put u on hold cut off .why is there no email or decent human web chat poor customer service I am still waiting to get complaints resolved

    @virginmedia It claims intermittent issues. Mine has been totally dead for the past two days. I appreciate there is nothing you can do. It means when that is fixed and I still have my issue, I’ll have to start again to report then patiently wait till they can be bothered sending someone.

    @virginmedia And the scheduled engineer call tomorrow got cancelled because of this unrelated and later supposed outage. It’s a farce.

    I've had rude calls with some staff, spent over £9 on calls to @TravelodgeUK to get this refunded for the charity, their customer service emailed saying that even though two of their staff & virgin media said I should get a refund that they are not going to refund. #badservice

    Cost of living advice - IF Virgin Media ask for a big price hike tell them you are going elsewhere but will stay for the same price as a new customer would pay. It takes a while but saved £800 (over 18 months) today and will get more for same price/no increase @MoneySavingExp

    @virginmedia What so every customer complaining needs an engineer 🙄, this is a constant ongoing problem with your network servers ,this is a problem your end you need to fix . Sending an engineer to everyone having the same problems is ludicrous.

    @virginmedia W4 area have been without wifi for almost 6 days. Is this issue even being fixed? Text updates just delay fixing times by hours. Very frustrating and expensive, I hope there will be compensation for this?
