@virginmedia Your online chat and bot is terrible. I want to reduce my package. First got chucked out during security. Then they couldn't help and put me through to relations but your bot thinks I have a mobile query. I'm trying not to phone as requested but this is unworkable.

@virginmedia brand new customer meant to be paying £32 a month with an o2 sim and booster. They sent the sim and no booster. Been 1 month with them I work from home full time, internet didn’t work for a week. They charged me £70?? This is not treating new customers fairly!!!!!

@virginmedia is an absolute joke!! I’m a brand new customer been with them a month. Package meant to be £32 they took £70 off me!! Not even sent my booster and charged me a late payment fee when it wasn’t late they didn’t set me up right!!!!!!!!
