@virginmedia Nothing. The frustration is there’s no record of an outage yet I’m now told it will be 21st when that is fixed. At which point my issue is still going to exist and I’ll have to phone the awful call centre again to beg for an engineer.

That's virgin media back down to £30 a month from £53, all because of one call. If energy prices are going up just tell everyone you can't afford them any more and they'll soon offer a discount!

@virginmedia I also phoned to report on Thursday but was then told yesterday there was no record of that so must be lying. The customer service on the phone is truly atrocious. Your services are great when they work, your customer services the opposite.

Hi @virginmedia. We’re now into fourth day of no tv or wifi for long periods of day. I know you’ll say ‘our engineers are working hard to fix the problem’, you always say that, but it’s now been off for 16 hours during a strike so I’m WFH. Is there anything I can do to help them?
