@virginmedia This has left her charity and her partners business with websites and headed paper wuth the wrong number as @virginmedia are saying they can't do anything about the landine that was transferring to you. A mobile is also involved. She is in tears and your staff have been rude

@MakeDigitalWork @virginmedia I feel your pain! They provide such a poor service, with poor equipment and poor support. Holding them in breach of contract now as they are not providing what I am paying them for, cancelling and getting fttp with @bt_uk installed in 2 weeks

All the old @virginmedia equipment has been disconnected and unplugged! It’s been like night and day getting @bt_uk #fttp installed, so far 10 families in my street have moved away from VM... that’s what you get for poor customer service

New @bt_uk #fttp been in for a few days... what have I noticed so far, no drop outs, Wi-fi calling working decent internet speeds and general decent service unlike @virginmedia

@virginmedia That says it all.... “higher call volume than usual” they have confirmed an issue in the area. But seems this issue has been lingering around for over a year now. I appreciate there will be issues, but you seem to have more bad days than good days with your internet service

Hello @bt_uk broadband goodbye @virginmedia. BT fibre being installed today! Finally virgin media have got some competition in the area. I can see everyone in the area switching in the coming months due to the poor service you’ve provided everyone in Currie.

@virginmedia I've been told the Omnibox needs a cable which should have been there from the off. After countless calls I was promised this would be fixed by Tuesday 22nd. This did not happen. I'm stuck without WiFi and so far virgin cust service has been a massive disappointment.
