    @virginmedia Sick to death of scam phone calls. Offcom states its the provider/supplier who has responsibility..yet..Virgin media do nothing. Shameful service..makes you wonder how they get your number in the first place..#integrity of phone provider.

    @virginmedia I’d just like someone to check at the head-end, my service configuration, compatibility with my modem, and then we can start testing if necessary. For now I can monitor and reboot the modem.

    @virginmedia Thanks JGS. The appt date is only part of the issue as the call centre customer service is abismal with no explanation or offer of compensation for lost service. We pay a small fortune each month & have reported numerous issues with Internet connectivity & its only getting worse.

    and the ongoing never ending breakdowns @virginmedia continue in #Edinburgh's West End today. At least 7 or 8 times every year since Virgin launched... poor show.

    @virginmedia Nothing in service status. This on a 1 Gbps connection hard wired. Last time something like this happened my then modem was declared obsolete, as the head-end had been upgraded without any considerations for existing customers’ modems.

    @virginmedia WiFi , no signal at home and no Amazon Firestick TV , You obviously have a problem in EH10, can you confirm so we are not confused switching our routers off and on😡

    @virginmedia Trying to raise a complaint is made extremely difficult when you're put on hold for 26 minutes and then get cut off as the phone also breaks down. Virgin really need to fix their @virginmedia services, before attempting space travel.

    @virginmedia Called it.. no help. Automated reply said there was no problem and hung up. Tried 150 for third time and am waiting yet again to talk to someone...13 minutes and counting.. I'm afraid this is happening too often...it's really a very poor service ( and expensive)... 15 mins now!

    I spent 4 hours on the phone in Lanzarote last week and was assured that the problem had been resolved and in September 99 pounds would be coming out of mine and Lucy’s account. I’ve just been billed 165 pounds for September. Get it sorted @virginmedia

    @virginmedia no callback after raising my complaint, to then be told I can’t change from the £27pm to the £29pm package I originally thought I’d purchased as I am now not a new customer and quoted me £59pm🙂plus installation fee 👍🏼..

    @virginmedia Ongoing problem. Engineers were meant to visit between 8.00am and 12.00 noon today. Didn't come and didn't notify me. TV working for a while but not consistently and faltering from time to time. Been kept waiting on phone for 10 minutes now hoping to speak to someone...poor show.

    @virginmedia is there a problem with smtp server for Blueyonder. Trying to forward emails to someone through Android phone. Settings are correct but told can't send message. Last month I couldn't send emails with any attachments (under size limits)

    Trying to deal with @virginmedia on behalf of my Gran is one of the most frustrating things. All we want to do is downgrade her package and I've been passed to so many different people. I bet they would keep you on the phone if you wanted to cancel!

    @virginmedia been on the phone(150)for almost 30 minutes with a TV problem ( picture freezing intermittently). Went through usual ritual and the call centre have arranged a call back for tomorrow to see if problem still exists. It does. Sadly this is almost a monthly occurrence

    Honestly @virginmedia are a joke. Our contract ended in April so I phoned to cancel. They convinced me to stay with a deal for 99 pounds with a 50 pounds off loyalty voucher. Since then we have been charged 138.99, 138.99, 140 and they wrongly took 155 out last week

    @virginmedia You’re normally very good, but broadband / TV etc. down for the best part of 2 days, engineers not coming out because it’s a wider network problem, and resolution time kicked forward each day by 24 hours. No support available by normal routes - what’s going on?

    @virginmedia Your Virgin TV Go app doesn't work. Well, it loads and shows everything you COULD watch, but absolutely NOTHING plays. Regardless of live, demand, paid or free, absolutely nothing works. I pay a premium for this sort of service, what do I get back?

    @virginmedia Ofcom general condition 14.4. I've already complained and nothing is happening, not even confirmation of complaint. I think on this occasion you have failed in anything close to customer service. Your refusal to have someone own this issue is testament to this.
