    Hey @virginmedia why can’t I down grade my package online, via email or live chat? I can upgrade no problem. Calling the customer help line says most of your offices are closed and I would have an hours wait to speak to someone. An hour!!!

    @Ptolemy_band @virginmedia Same! Awful service, been told 4 different things from two customer service reps/chat bots! Told me to book eng, then got msg to say they’d put that on hold as known issue. No known issue listed on website.

    @virginmedia So ringing up to query our plan and wifi status is really frustrating. We’re relying on 3G which isn’t great signal here so trying to organise our other bills and do my training for work is really proving a struggle. We just would like a bit of support with it all please?x

    I’ve never had a more frustrating service than virgin media’s internet. We’ve called countless times, it gets resolved for a few weeks and then just goes down daily for another few weeks, been intermittent all evening tonight :(
