    @virginmedia It's about listening to the customer and applying common sense rather than dismissing them & going through a list of useless troubleshooting questions which end up being the same anyway.I have a box that is lit like a Xmas tree & reboots itself instead no.We go through the list.

    Just one week ago @virginmedia carried out "essential works" on their network. Today the Internet connection has failed again. Eventually I was able find out there were "issues" in our area. And their app is a waste of space.

    @virginmedia hi TV box & Router switched off and rebooted minutes later, No broadband since. Got live TV but catch up etc not working. EH54 5HR. Used online help wasn't working, but is now saying network error. Can you confirm problem I've rebooted router etc. Thanks

    In all fairness to those that have @SkyUK broadband. It is an awful service. We suffered nothing but outages so we changed to #virginmedia as soon as we could. Went from around 35Mb to 200Mb then upgraded to 350Mb before I went onto Gig1.

    @virginmedia Why? This is a national problem, apparently. What will me clogging up the phone line achieve? It's not just the Facebook-owned apps, it's your broadband service too.

    Without any shadow of a doubt @virginmedia you have by far the worst customer service available. Just called them for the problem with my box and as always it's awful and a real nightmare. My bills are far from being cheap yet you treat you customers like 💩💩 #nothappy 😤😤

    @virginmedia I have not been able to access any Virgin Media broadband services - either my own or the local hotspot - since around 6pm. I have turned my router off and on again before you ask. Down Detector suggests a national problem with Virgin broadband.

    @virginmedia My cancellation date is already set 11th Nov 2022, as I have to give 30 days notice. You lost my business yesterday after one of your CS decided to try and change my package to make it cheaper thinking that would sort problem, he wasn’t listening to complaint!

    @thisisAlanTurk @EmmaKeele1 @virginmedia Every two years or so when Virgin have upped my price to near £40, I contact them saying I’m leaving. I come prepared with just one other deal from another provider, and without fail they offer me a price under that. It’s an annoying game to have to play, but I always win.

    @virginmedia V6 box keeps resetting every 5 mins. Unable to watch anything, obvious hardware problem yet I have to wait for engineer instead of being sent a replacement. Rude advisor that doesn't listen and is only able to follow a script.

    @virginmedia after more than 7 hours in WhatsApp chat on Sunday where your agents couldn't or didn't want to help me I was promised a call back within 48 hours. Obviously VM doesn't keep promises. No phone call, now got to get in contact with VM yet again!

    @virginmedia @RedVertigoo Why is the connection between the internet and tv constantly going having to reboot modem all the time. Sick of this issue as not once in a while happening for a month now on and off, more everyday in the last two weeks. This is not the service I expect for how much I (over) pay.
