If it isn't intermittent outage, it's a massive speed decrease (currently getting 50Mbps down/3Mbps up on a Gig1 line, usually 800Mbps down/55Mbps up)

Still not got my Oomph unlimited data to help ease the pain either and no ETA on fix. This is beyond silly.

Mobile issues are more to do with customer service which I have already logged complaints about. Just wish I could exit early without any fees
