    @virginmedia I sent a complaint in to your company 10 days ago regarding my shocking ping rates and slow speeds on my broadband. Still no response, not even to confirm you received my complaint. After 1 hour on hold without even speaking to an agent, I get disconnected.

    @virginmedia I’ve just had a phone all from a call centre stating it was from virgin media. They were saying that I’m having issues with my internet speed and needed to turn on a computer or device to check my speeds. Is this something that your tech division door is it spam?

    @virginmedia Wifi still not working. Been down for about 4 days now. Ended up unplugging our superhub 2 and plugging in the superhub 3 which was sent out a while back. Still not working though

    @virginmedia No, only on certain channels (5 HD being the worst) there seems be a static interference. The box is very old so not sure if it is compatible anymore

    @virginmedia Was msg along lines of "no longer available". Have been told it's the channel provider who's done this. 851 & 852 have gone from yourselves. We can now watch recordings from the stations, so something has changed from earlier. Issue now would be that HD takes up a lot of space.

    I wish Virgin Media / All4 would use the same servers to deliver streaming TV programmes as they use to deliver the mandatory adverts. 3 minutes of crystal clear beer commercials with never a problem, followed by errors, 4 times out of every 5 attempts on my V6 box.
