@virginmedia Unfortunately no. I've spoken to multiple agents all day and an engineer is scheduled for tomorrow. If it isn't intermittent outage, it's a massive speed decrease (currently getting 50Mbps down/3Mbps up on a Gig1 line, usually 800Mbps down/55Mbps up)

  • Haggiskings
Haggisking💙 (@Haggiskings) reported from Brightons, Scotland

@virginmedia Hi, is it normal for an agent to call to fix internet problems?I pressurised him on his lack of security, he said do you want good service or to cancel? Then hung up?It’s impossible to communicate with you as a corporate organisation so I’m hoping you tweet?

@virginmedia Want 2 explain why our internet and tv goes down for a change instead of the usual "known issue crap" . If it's maintenance why not just tell the folk that pay your wages the real issue for not bein able to watch the shows they want browse the Web or even work.
