    Ordered 2 new phones from @virginmedia on Thursday. @YodelOnline were due to deliver on Friday. No attempt made Fri or Sat after waiting in all day. About 8 conversations with yodel and virgin later and I’m now told it will be tomorrow. Yodel are the worst company to deal with 😡

    @virginmedia (2) so tried to confirm. Chat service just kept repeating same thing 5 times - despite my explanation that none of options applied. Then tried Tel call & after rigmarole of security got cut off. No engineer, day wasted and parcel only just available to collect now.

    @virginmedia No again it's only when test is complete it tells you there a problem! When we call they say there is a problem but the service status for the area isn't updated with the problem or estimate fix time! The cust services have no idea what I'm talking about! Scripted calls!

    @virginmedia Want 2 explain why our internet and tv goes down for a change instead of the usual "known issue crap" . If it's maintenance why not just tell the folk that pay your wages the real issue for not bein able to watch the shows they want browse the Web or even work.

    @virginmedia home wifi is down, call the help line for them to run a test through automated system only to be cut off so I call back to be told it’s a 30 minute wait to speak to someone because I’m ‘still’ experiencing the same issue! Help!

    @_ran1gers_ @BazBowsk1 @virginmedia YouTube to rename one of the two signals the box sends out. I found this helped. then I got a another router and put hub 3 into modem mode and now it works as it should. The hub 3 is a terrible box.

    Im howling. The customer service i have recieved from @virginmedia is an absolute joke. Talking to one of their "internet techs" and they didnt even know what a Cat 6 cable was. Not to mention im paying £41 a month for a service that drops randomly every few days.

    That’s me up to 7 days with broken broadband and WiFi, despite an engineer call out and numerous calls. Finally @virginmedia have agreed the hub is faulty. New one arrives on Tuesday. That’ll be 10 days. #whatapalaver

    @virginmedia The up load speed keeps dropping out to zero resulting in loss of connection! Think engineers call that surging! We have had the same issue at our property before but according to your engineers was only us and they couldn't find fault!

    @virginmedia Thank you for your response. I will look into this. I appreciate this is not Virgin Mobiles fault and the bad experience is because of Yodel but, I am a VM customer not a Yodel customer. I am hoping to receive the phones today but not too confident. Thanks.

    @virginmedia so after being told we would have a discount and not be affected by a cut off we are officially cut off from the Internet! After weeks of the same ******* problem and customer services have no clue about this! Shocking!

    @virginmedia is there a problem with VM broadband at post code PR4 1 - have been unable to connect to Wi-Fi broadband for the last couple of hours. Nothing showing on VM status checker, and have rebooted modem a few times. Can you advise please.

    @virginmedia every month I make the same bloody phone call, you are thee worst company ever !!! Customer service is appalling over charged massively for four months,IS any one out there !!!
