    @virginmedia I sent a complaint in to your company 10 days ago regarding my shocking ping rates and slow speeds on my broadband. Still no response, not even to confirm you received my complaint. After 1 hour on hold without even speaking to an agent, I get disconnected.

    @virginmedia On nearly 20 minutes of being on hold. I can upgrade online but not remove channels, yet other providers are letting customers switch off and on channels each month. Virgin media completely lagging behind the curve. Not to mention a loss of service last week for whole area. Poor

    @virginmedia Stoping them should be automated. It’s more than just a casual annoyance. You caused additional stress in a very bad time, and all your staff denied the issue and made it worse. Automation isn’t an excuse for bad customer experience.

    @virginmedia I’ve just had a phone all from a call centre stating it was from virgin media. They were saying that I’m having issues with my internet speed and needed to turn on a computer or device to check my speeds. Is this something that your tech division door is it spam?

    @virginmedia What's happened is she changed some account details, bank account and name....and since then her connection has been cut....seems more an administrative issue than technical.

    @virginmedia My husband has been on phone for 90 minutes trying to close an account following a bereavement. He could not get anyone who could actually help him. Absolutely shocking service Virgin Media !!!

    @virginmedia I have spent over an hour talking to 2 different people and having to use my mobile because the land line isn't working due to the damaged boxes. It's not good enough ... I'm not paying to ring you yet again ... Terrible customer service ,terrible equipment 10 days terrible TV
